a detection device for a control panel comprises a tool table plate, a detection bracket, a longitudinal sliding table group, a transverse sliding table group, a plug connector, a plug socket, a buffer, a level sensor, an induction block group and a button top head group, wherein the control panel is positioned in a cavity of the tool table plate, the detection bracket is positioned at one side of the tool table plate, a longitudinal sliding table group is arranged on the sliding device, a transverse frame is arranged on a longitudinal sliding block of the longitudinal sliding table group, a transverse sliding table group is arranged at the bottom side of the transverse frame, and the transverse movable block of the transverse sliding table group is fixed with an inserting seat, one side of the inserting seat is fixed with an inserting head which is inserted and matched with the electric inserting groove of the control panel, a button top group is also arranged below the tooling bedplate, the button top group comprises a fixed frame, a pushing cylinder and a pushing head, the pushing cylinder is arranged on the fixed frame, the movable end of the tool is provided with a pushing head which penetrates through a cavity of the tool platen and pushes a control plate button longitudinally; the detection support is provided with a longitudinal limiting support, the longitudinal limiting support is fixed with a buffer, the top end of the buffer is in lower limiting fit with the bottom side of the cross frame, the fixed end of the transverse sliding table group is provided with a horizontal sensor, the transverse movable block of the transverse sliding table group is further fixed with a sensing block group matched with the horizontal sensor, and the horizontal insertion and connection of the insertion joint are detected through the sensing fit of the horizontal sensor and the sensing block group.
