The invention mainly aims to provide a fresh air system air pipe maintenance and sterilization device and a method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems in the background art.

A method for maintaining and sterilizing an air pipe of a fresh air system comprises the following steps:
opening purification equipment, and opening an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, an anode plate, a cathode plate and a first valve in a purification box;
opening a fresh air system, opening fresh air equipment, and allowing external air to enter a purification box through a connecting pipe to realize air supply operation;
step three, filtering and adsorbing, namely sequentially introducing the air introduced in the step two into a filter screen and an active carbon screen, so as to remove macromolecular particles and harmful substances in the air;
step four, sterilizing, namely sterilizing the air filtered in the step three by using an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp;
step five, dust removal, namely introducing the air disinfected in the step four between an anode plate and a cathode plate, and ionizing the air flow with dust by an electrostatic field generated between the anode plate and the cathode plate to realize dust removal operation and collect the dust on the anode plate;
air is supplied, and the air purified by the purifying box is introduced into the air pipe fitting to realize ventilation operation;
step seven, cleaning impurities and dust, taking out the filter screen and the activated carbon screen in the purifying box for cleaning and replacing when the alarm gives an alarm; when the anode plate accumulates more dust, the starting switch is started, the air cylinder drives the dust cleaning brush to move, and the dust is collected in the collecting piece;
and step eight, sterilizing, namely closing the first valve, opening the second valve and the third valve, starting the ozone generator to work, conveying ozone generated by the ozone generator into the air pipe fitting through the ozone pipe, and discharging the ozone to the outside from the ozone discharge pipe to realize the sterilization operation on the inner wall of the air pipe fitting.

2. Ozone generated by the ozone generator is conveyed to the inside of the air pipe fitting through the ozone pipe and is discharged to the outside from the ozone discharge pipe, so that the sterilization operation of the inner wall of the air pipe fitting is realized, bacteria in the inner wall of the air pipe fitting after long-time use are prevented from being discharged along with air, the air exhaust quality is improved, and the air pipe fitting is beneficial to human health.
3. The pressure sensor can monitor the filtering element in real time through the arrangement of the alarm and the pressure sensor, and the alarm can be used for reminding a user of cleaning the filtering element in time so as to ensure the purifying effect; and cleaning device collects the deposit dust inside collecting, avoids the manual work to clean the dust, alleviates user's washing and changes the burden.

As shown in FIGS. 1-6, a fresh air system air duct maintenance and sterilization device comprises a purification box 2, a connection pipe 14 is fixedly connected to the middle of the left end of the purification box 2, a connector 5 is fixedly connected to the middle of the right end of the purification box 2, an air duct 10 is fixedly connected to the right end of the connector 5, an ozone discharge pipe 1 is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the air duct 10, a second valve 15 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the ozone discharge pipe 1, a first valve 11 is fixedly installed at the lower portion of the right end of the air duct 10, a sterilization device 7 is fixedly installed at the upper side of the right end of the purification box 2, the lower end of the sterilization device 7 is fixedly connected to the left portion of the upper end of the air duct 10, a control panel 8 is fixedly installed at the left portion of the front end of the purification box 2, an alarm 9 and a start switch 13 are respectively fixedly installed at the front end of the control panel 8, 2 upper end left parts of purifying box are pegged graft and are had and filter 4, and filter 4 lower extremes and extend to inside the purifying box 2, and 14 left ends fixedly connected with new trend equipment of connecting pipe, 2 lower extreme right parts of purifying box are provided with collection piece 6.
A partition plate 23 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the purification box 2, ventilation holes 24 are formed in the middle of the partition plate 23, the partition plate 23 is vertically distributed, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25 is fixedly arranged on the left portion of the upper end of the purification box 2, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25 can disinfect air to realize disinfection operation, and a cathode plate 21 and an anode plate 22 are fixedly arranged on the right portion of the upper end and the right portion of the lower end of the purification box 2 respectively; in order to collect the dust deposited on the anode plate 22, the cleaning device 3 comprises an air cylinder 31, a push rod 32 is fixedly installed at the output end of the air cylinder 31, a push plate 33 is fixedly connected to the right end of the push rod 32, and a dust cleaning brush 34 is fixedly installed at the lower end of the push plate 33; the lower end of the dust cleaning brush 34 is contacted with the upper end of the anode plate 22, the right end of the push rod 32 penetrates through the lower part of the partition plate 23, the push rod 32, the push plate 33 and the dust cleaning brush 34 are made of insulating rubber to realize insulating operation, the dust cleaning brush 34 is a soft brush, the lower end of the air cylinder 31 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the purification box 2, and the air cylinder 31 is electrically connected with the starting switch 13; in order to perform preliminary filtration on the air introduced from the outside, the filtering member 4 includes two cover plates 41, the middle parts of the lower ends of the two cover plates 41 are respectively and fixedly connected with an activated carbon net 42 and a filter net 43, the activated carbon net 42 is positioned at the right side of the filter screen 43, the left part of the upper end of the purification box 2 and the left part of the lower end of the purification box 2 are respectively provided with two sockets 16 and two slots 17, the pressure sensors 18 are fixedly arranged in the two slots 17, the lower end of the activated carbon net 42 and the lower end of the filter screen 43 respectively penetrate through the two sockets 16 and extend to the upper ends of the two pressure sensors 18, the activated carbon net 42 is positioned at the left side of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25, the two pressure sensors 18 are both electrically connected with the control panel 8, the control panel 8 is electrically connected with the alarm 9, and the pressure sensor 18 and the alarm 9 are arranged to facilitate the replacement and cleaning of the filter element 4 in time, so as to ensure the purification and maintenance effect; in order to clean and collect dust pieces conveniently, the collecting piece 6 comprises a dust collecting box 61, the dust collecting box 61 is of an upper end opening structure, a dust collecting plate 64 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the dust collecting box 61, mounting plates 62 are fixedly arranged in the middle of the left end and the middle of the right end of the dust collecting box 61 respectively, fastening screws 63 penetrate through the middle of the mounting plates 62 in a threaded manner, and the upper ends of the fastening screws 63 are connected with the right part of the lower end of the purifying box 2 in a threaded manner; in order to sterilize the inner wall of the air pipe 10, the sterilization device 7 includes a top plate 71, an ozone generator 72 is fixedly mounted on the upper end of the top plate 71, a delivery pipe 74 is fixedly connected to the left end of the ozone generator 72, a third valve 75 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the delivery pipe 74, an ozone pipe 73 is fixedly connected to the output end of the ozone generator 72, the lower end of the ozone pipe 73 is fixedly connected to the left portion of the upper end of the air pipe 10, and the left end of the delivery pipe 74 is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the right.
A method for maintaining and sterilizing an air pipe of a fresh air system comprises the following steps:
step one, starting the purification equipment, and starting an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25, an anode plate 22, a cathode plate 21 and a first valve 11 in the purification box 2;
step two, starting a fresh air system, starting fresh air equipment, and allowing external air to enter the purifying box 2 through the connecting pipe 14 to realize air supply operation;
step three, filtering and adsorbing, namely sequentially introducing the air introduced in the step two into a filter screen 43 and an activated carbon screen 42, so as to remove macromolecular particles and harmful substances in the air;
step four, disinfection, namely disinfecting the air filtered in the step three by using an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25;
step five, dust removal, namely introducing the air disinfected in the step four between an anode plate 22 and a cathode plate 21, and ionizing the air flow with dust by an electrostatic field generated between the anode plate 22 and the cathode plate 21 to realize dust removal operation and collect the dust on the anode plate 22;
sixthly, air is supplied, and the air purified by the purifying box 2 is introduced into the air pipe fitting 10 to realize ventilation operation;
seventhly, cleaning impurities and dust, namely taking out the filter screen 43 and the activated carbon screen 42 in the purifying box 2 for cleaning and replacing when the alarm 9 gives an alarm; when the anode plate 22 accumulates more dust, the starting switch 13 is turned on, the air cylinder 31 drives the dust cleaning brush 34 to move, and the dust is collected in the collecting part 6;
and step eight, sterilizing, namely closing the first valve 11, opening the second valve 15 and the third valve 75, starting the ozone generator 72 to work, conveying the ozone generated by the ozone generator 72 into the air pipe 10 through the ozone pipe 73, and discharging the ozone to the outside from the ozone discharge pipe 1, so as to realize the sterilization operation on the inner wall of the air pipe 10.
The invention relates to a fresh air system air pipe maintenance and sterilization device and a method thereof, wherein an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25, an anode plate 22, a cathode plate 21 and a first valve 11 in a purification box 2 are started, then fresh air equipment is started, and external air enters the purification box 2 through a connecting pipe 14 to realize air supply operation; the air sent into the purifying box 2 is firstly sequentially introduced into the filter screen 43 and the activated carbon screen 42, so that macromolecular particles and harmful substances in the air are removed; then, the filtered air is disinfected by an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 25 to realize disinfection operation; then introducing the sterilized air between the anode plate 22 and the cathode plate 21, ionizing the dust-carrying airflow by an electrostatic field generated between the anode plate 22 and the cathode plate 21, and discharging toward the surface of the anode plate 22 to deposit on the surface of the anode plate 22 after the dust in the airflow is combined with negative ions and charged negatively, thereby removing the dust in the airflow; the air after dust removal treatment is introduced into the air pipe fitting 10, so that ventilation operation is realized; when the alarm 9 gives an alarm, the worker takes out the filter screen 43 and the activated carbon screen 42 in the purifying box 2 for cleaning and replacement; when the anode plate 22 accumulates more dust, the starting switch 13 is turned on, the air cylinder 31 drives the dust cleaning brush 34 to move, and the dust is collected in the collecting part 6; the filtering piece 4 and the collecting piece 6 are movably inserted and connected with the purifying box 2 in a threaded manner respectively, so that impurities and dust generated in the purifying process can be collected and cleaned conveniently, the purifying box 2 can prevent the dust in the air from directly entering the air pipe fitting 10, the air pipe fitting 10 is prevented from being blocked by the air pipe fitting 10, and the problem that the air pipe fitting 10 is not convenient to clean is solved; after the air pipe 10 is used for a period of time, a worker can close the first valve 11, open the second valve 15 and the third valve 75, and start the ozone generator 72 to work, ozone generated by the ozone generator 72 is conveyed to the inside of the air pipe 10 through the ozone pipe 73 and is discharged to the outside from the ozone discharge pipe 1, so that the sterilization operation of the inner wall of the air pipe 10 is realized, bacteria on the inner wall of the air pipe 10 are prevented from being discharged along with air, and the air exhaust quality is improved.
