本发明属于水质改良剂制备装置技术领域,具体涉及一种微生物水质改良剂制备用高效烘干发酵装置。
背景技术
由于大量饵料、肥料、渔药等的投入水产养殖中,会导致溶氧下降,产生氨氮、亚硝酸盐等有害物质,水质恶化,最终导致有害细菌繁生,养殖生物病害频发。水质改良剂能够解决此类问题,水质改良剂综合了现代生物应用技术,是一种环保生态水质与底质调理剂,由于改良剂内存在很多微生物,粉碎时既要能发挥改良剂的效果,还要保证微生物的存活率,目前市场中的水质改良剂的的生产装置一体化程度不高,需要大量的人力和物力。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种微生物水质改良剂制备用高效烘干发酵装置,能够解决上述问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种微生物水质改良剂制备用高效烘干发酵装置,由上至下包括粉碎箱、烘干箱和发酵罐,所述粉碎箱内安装有筛网,所述粉碎箱内设有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴的上端穿过所述粉碎箱,且与电机的输出轴连接,所述搅拌轴的下端穿过所述筛网,所述搅拌轴的上部固接有粉碎叶,所述粉碎叶的下方设有固接在所述搅拌轴上的松动辊,所述搅拌轴的底端固定有分散叶,所述粉碎箱底部的出料端连通所述烘干箱的上部一侧,所述烘干箱内上下分别设有第一传送带和第二传送带,所述烘干箱的上部另一侧安装有吸风机,所述烘干箱的出料端连通所述发酵罐的上部,所述烘干箱内安装有加热翅,所述烘干箱内倾斜设置有搅拌辊,所述搅拌辊下方设有温度传感器,所述烘干箱底部设有物料出口。
所述粉碎箱的上部设有主料口和辅料口,所述发酵罐的上部设有微生物加料口。
所述筛网为弧形,所述松动辊为与所述筛网结构相匹配的弧形,且底部沿长度方向间隔固定有松散齿。
所述第一传送带和第二传送带安装有加热带。
所述吸风机的进风口安装有滤网。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明将粉碎箱、烘干箱和发酵罐集成到一个装置中,减少了设备的占用面积,减少了人力和物力的投入。
2.本发明的粉碎箱将搅拌和粉碎合为一体,搅拌混料的同时,保证物料的粉碎粒度达标,保证后续的烘干和发酵,弧形的筛网可增大物料过筛的面积,弧形的松动辊及松散齿可防止粉碎的物料堵塞筛孔,进而提高筛分的效率,分散叶可将筛分开下落的细物料打散,防止细物料之间的积聚,保证后续干燥的效率。
3.本发明采用第一传送带和第二传送带的双传送带设置,延长了烘干时间和增大了烘干的表面积,极大地提高了烘干效率,同时,双传送带的运转使得烘干箱内的热空气能够更加均匀分布,确保了热量的均匀分布,进而保证了烘干的效率。
4.本发明发酵罐内设置加热翅及温度传感器,可通过温度控制来确保发酵罐内始终达到发酵的最佳温度,保证发酵的顺利进行,而烘干箱内倾斜设置的搅拌辊能够增大搅拌的面积,提高搅拌的效果。
5.本发明的工作过程自动化控制程度高,操作简单,而且易于控制物料添加量的精确度,同时能大幅度提高工作效率、提升产品质量。

具体实施方式
如说明书附图图1所示的一种微生物水质改良剂制备用高效烘干发酵装置,由上至下包括粉碎箱1、烘干箱2和发酵罐3,粉碎箱1内安装有筛网4,粉碎箱1内设有搅拌轴5,搅拌轴5的上端穿过粉碎箱1,且与电机6的输出轴连接,搅拌轴5的下端穿过筛网4,搅拌轴5的上部固接有粉碎叶7,粉碎叶7的下方设有固接在搅拌轴5上的松动辊8,搅拌轴5的底端固定有分散叶9,粉碎箱1底部的出料端连通烘干箱2的上部一侧,烘干箱2内上下分别设有第一传送带10和第二传送带11,烘干箱2的上部另一侧安装有吸风机12,烘干箱2的出料端连通发酵罐3的上部,烘干箱2内安装有加热翅13,烘干箱2内倾斜设置有搅拌辊14,搅拌辊14下方设有温度传感器15,烘干箱2底部设有物料出口。
粉碎箱1的上部设有主料口16和辅料口17,发酵罐3的上部设有微生物加料口18,均设置有流量计和阀门(图中未示出)。
筛网4为弧形,松动辊8为与筛网4结构相匹配的弧形,且底部沿长度方向间隔固定有松散齿19。
第一传送带10和第二传送带11安装有加热带20。
吸风机12的进风口安装有滤网21。
工作原理:该装置工作时,主料和辅料分别通过主料口16和辅料口17加入粉碎箱1内,启动电机6带动搅拌轴5旋转,粉碎叶7将物料粉碎且混合均匀,通过筛网4筛分,弧形的松动辊8及松散齿19可防止粉碎的物料堵塞筛网4的筛孔,进而提高筛分的效率,筛分出的细物料下落,通过分散叶9的打击可将细物料打散,防止细物料之间的积聚,保证后续干燥的效率,细物料下落至烘干箱2内的第一传送带10上,加热带20加热,再经第二传送带11进入的发酵罐3内,吸风机12可将烘干产生的水汽排出烘干箱2,进入到发酵罐3的细物料及从微生物加料口18加入的微生物在搅拌辊14的搅拌下进行混合,加热翅13进行加热,而温度传感器15电性连接与搅拌辊14固接的驱动电机及加热翅13,温度传感器15通过实时监测发酵罐3内的温度来控制驱动电机的转速及加热翅13的功率,进而调整发酵罐3内的温度,保证发酵的效果,发酵后的物料从烘干箱2底部设有物料出口出去。

1.一种微生物水质改良剂制备用高效烘干发酵装置,由上至下包括粉碎箱(1)、烘干箱(2)和发酵罐(3),其特征在于:所述粉碎箱(1)内安装有筛网(4),所述粉碎箱(1)内设有搅拌轴(5),所述搅拌轴(5)的上端穿过所述粉碎箱(1),且与电机(6)的输出轴连接,所述搅拌轴(5)的下端穿过所述筛网(4),所述搅拌轴(5)的上部固接有粉碎叶(7),所述粉碎叶(7)的下方设有固接在所述搅拌轴(5)上的松动辊(8),所述搅拌轴(5)的底端固定有分散叶(9),所述粉碎箱(1)底部的出料端连通所述烘干箱(2)的上部一侧,所述烘干箱(2)内上下分别设有第一传送带(10)和第二传送带(11),所述烘干箱(2)的上部另一侧安装有吸风机(12),所述烘干箱(2)的出料端连通所述发酵罐(3)的上部,所述烘干箱(2)内安装有加热翅(13),所述烘干箱(2)内倾斜设置有搅拌辊(14),所述搅拌辊(14)下方设有温度传感器(15),所述烘干箱(2)底部设有物料出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生物水质改良剂制备用高效烘干发酵装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎箱(1)的上部设有主料口(16)和辅料口(17),所述发酵罐(3)的上部设有微生物加料口(18)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生物水质改良剂制备用高效烘干发酵装置,其特征在于:所述筛网(4)为弧形,所述松动辊(8)为与所述筛网(4)结构相匹配的弧形,且底部沿长度方向间隔固定有松散齿(19)。
