Background
Decorative lights generally refer to light fixtures that provide illumination and decoration. The shape of the decorative lamp is designed according to the shapes of animals, plants, buildings and the like.
In the copying lamp which is designed by taking a flower as a copying object in the current market, the petals are generally made of acrylic materials, and the lamp is used as a stamen. In industry, the acrylic plate is generally processed by a plastic suction process to be made into a petal shape. When the plastic suction process is used for manufacturing the acrylic petals, the softened acrylic plate is required to be placed on a plastic suction mold; then, air in a cavity of the plastic suction mould is pumped out, so that the acrylic plate is sunk into the plastic suction mould under the action of atmospheric pressure; and finally, after the acrylic plate is cooled, the acrylic petals are manufactured and molded.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that the yield is low when the plastic uptake process is used to manufacture the acrylic petals with the thickness of more than 10 mm.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the yield of acrylic petals, the application provides a manufacturing process of an acrylic copying sheet, a die and a decorative lamp.
In a first aspect, the application provides a process for manufacturing an acrylic profiling sheet, which adopts the following technical scheme:

when the primary blank is subjected to hot press molding, a mold is opened firstly; then putting the heated initial blank into a cavity; then closing the mold and waiting for the initial blank to be cooled and shaped to form a profiling sheet; the mold is then opened and the formed replica plate is removed.
By adopting the technical scheme, the acrylic copying sheet is manufactured in a hot-press forming mode, and the finished product rate is high. After the mold is closed, the initial blank is taken out of the mold after being cooled and shaped, so that the condition that the shape of the copying sheet is recovered can be effectively avoided.
Optionally, in step S2, heating the parison in an oven for 25-30 minutes;
in step S3, the mold is closed and then waits at least 20 minutes.
By adopting the technical scheme, the primary blank can be fully softened by heating in the oven for 25-30 minutes, so that the success rate of finished products is ensured; and (3) after the mold is closed, the mold is at least waited for 20 minutes, so that the initial blank can be completely cooled and shaped, and the shape of the copying sheet is not easy to recover after the mold is opened.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a mold, which adopts the following technical solution:

the female die comprises a female die plate and a plurality of cavity plates stacked on one side of the female die plate, adjacent cavity plates are fixed with each other, and the female die plate is fixedly connected with the adjacent cavity plates; the cavity plate is provided with forming holes, and the hole walls of the forming holes on the cavity plates are combined to form a cavity.
By adopting the technical scheme, the male die is formed by the male die plate and the plurality of the core plates, and the female die is formed by the female die plate and the plurality of the cavity plates, so that the manufacturing difficulty of the die is greatly reduced.

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-7.
The embodiment of the application discloses a manufacturing process of an acrylic copying sheet. The acrylic profiling manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
s1, preprocessing: the method comprises the following steps of S11, cutting an acrylic flat plate into a preset shape to form a primary blank;
s2, heating: heating the primary embryo in an oven for 25-30 minutes at 170-180 deg.C;

When the male die 1 is closed on the female die 2, the core 12 extends into the cavity 22 and a forming space matched with the copying sheet 7 is formed between the core 12 and the wall of the cavity 22; in this embodiment the profile blades 7 are petal-shaped.
When the primary blank is subjected to hot press molding, a mold is opened firstly; then the heated primary blank is placed into the cavity 22; then the mould is closed and waits for at least 20 minutes, so that the initial blank is fully cooled and shaped into a profiling sheet 7; the mould is then opened and the formed replica plate 7 is removed.
The implementation principle of the manufacturing process of the acrylic copying sheet 7 in the embodiment of the application is as follows: placing the heated and softened blank on the female die 2, pressing the blank into a cavity 22 on the female die 2 through the male die 1, and extruding and forming the profiling sheet 7 under the action of the male die 1 and the female die 2; the shape recovery of the copying sheet 7 is not easy to occur after the copying sheet is taken out from the die, and the yield is high.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a mold for the manufacturing process of the acrylic copying sheet. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the mold includes a male mold half 1 and a female mold half 2.
Referring to fig. 1, the male mold 1 includes a male mold plate 11 and a plurality of core plates 121 stacked on one side of the male mold plate 11, each of the core plates 121 has a different shape, adjacent core plates 121 are bonded and fixed to each other, the male mold plate 11 is bonded and fixed to the adjacent core plates 121, and all the core plates 121 are combined to form the core 12. It is worth noting that the male die plate 11 and the core plate 121 are both made of wood plates, so that the die cost is greatly reduced; further, the difficulty in manufacturing the mold can be reduced by dividing the core 12 into a plurality of core plates 121.
Referring to fig. 2, the mother die 2 includes a mother die plate 21 and a plurality of cavity plates 221 stacked on one side of the mother die plate 21, adjacent cavity plates 221 are fixedly bonded, and the mother die plate 21 and the adjacent cavity plates 221 are fixedly bonded; each cavity plate 221 is provided with a forming hole, the forming holes on the cavity plates 221 are different in shape, and the hole walls of the forming holes on the cavity plates 221 are combined to form the cavity 22. It is worth noting that the mother template 21 and the cavity plate 221 are both made of wood plates, so that the cost of the mold is greatly reduced; in addition, the cavity 22 is formed by combining a plurality of cavity plates 221, so that the difficulty in manufacturing the mold can be reduced.
The implementation principle of a mold in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the male die 1 is closed on the female die 2, the core 12 extends into the cavity 22 and a forming space matched with the copying sheet 7 is formed between the core 12 and the wall of the cavity 22.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a decorative lamp.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 3, a decorative lamp includes a lamp post 3, a lamp body 4 connected to one end of the lamp post 3, a base 5 connected to the other end of the lamp post 3, and a plurality of fixing members 6 connected to the peripheral side wall of the lamp post 3 and near the lamp body 4. In this embodiment, the number of the fixing members 6 is eight, and the fixing members are divided into two upper and lower groups, and each group of the fixing members 6 is uniformly arranged around the lamp post 3; each fixing piece 6 is connected with a profiling sheet 7, and the profiling sheet 7 is manufactured by adopting the acrylic profiling sheet manufacturing process.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the fixing member 6 includes a fixing portion 61 and a connecting portion 62, and the connecting portion 62 and the fixing portion 61 are both made of metal sheets and are integrally formed; the fixing part 61 is welded on the outer side wall of the lamp post 3. The connecting part 62 is detachably connected with the profiling sheet 7, specifically, at least one screw 71 (two screws are taken as an example in the embodiment) is welded on one side of the connecting part 62, and a nut 72 is screwed on each screw 71; the copying piece 7 is provided with a threading hole 73 through which the screw 71 can be inserted, the screw 71 is inserted through the copying piece 7 through the threading hole 73, and the copying piece 7 is sandwiched between the connecting portion 62 and the nut 72.
Referring to fig. 4, the threading hole 73 includes a via hole and a kidney-shaped positioning hole, the via hole communicating with the positioning hole; thus, the requirements on the processing precision of the threading hole 73 and the position precision of the screw 71 fixed on the connecting part 62 can be greatly reduced, and the decorative lamp is convenient to produce and manufacture.
The implementation principle of the first embodiment is as follows: when in use, the decorative lamp can be illuminated by supplying power to the lamp body 4. In addition, the user can adjust the state of the eight copying sheets 7 by pulling the fixing member 6. The colored profiling sheets 7 can play a certain shading role, and when the profiling sheets 7 are gathered together, the brightness of the decorative lamp is relatively low; when the copying sheet 7 is scattered, the brightness of the decorative lamp is relatively high; therefore, the user can adjust the overall brightness of the decorative lamp by adjusting the pattern composed of the eight copying pieces 7.
Example two:
referring to fig. 5 and 6, the difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that the connecting portion 62 is hinged to the fixing portion 61 through a pin, and the fixing portion 61 is connected to the lamp post 3 in a sliding manner along the length direction of the lamp post 3. Specifically, a plurality of first sliding grooves 31 are indented on the outer peripheral wall of the lamp post 3, and the length direction of the first sliding grooves 31 is parallel to the length direction of the lamp post 3; a positioning hole 32 is arranged at the bottom of the first sliding chute 31 and close to the lamp body 4; a portion of the fixing portion 61 extends into the first sliding groove 31 and is slidably engaged with the first sliding groove 31. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a mounting hole 611 is formed in a side of the first portion facing the lamp post 3, a spring 612 and a chuck 613 are sequentially disposed in the mounting hole 611 from inside to outside, a first permanent magnet 614 is disposed in the chuck 613, and a second permanent magnet 615 is disposed on the connecting portion 62. Under normal conditions, the chuck 613 extends into the positioning hole 32 under the action of the spring 612, so that the fixing member 6 cannot slide along the first sliding chute 31; when the connecting portion 62 abuts against the fixing portion 61 by rotating around the pin shaft, the chucking head 613 is pulled out from the positioning hole 32 by the magnetic force between the first permanent magnet 614 and the second permanent magnet 615, and the fixing member 6 can slide along the first sliding groove 31.
Referring to fig. 6, a driving device 8 is further disposed in the lamp post 3, the driving device 8 includes a movable member 81 slidably disposed in the lamp post 3 and a driving mechanism installed in the lamp post 3 for driving the movable member 81 to slide along the length direction of the lamp post 3, a plurality of through holes are disposed on the peripheral side wall of the lamp post 3 near the lamp body 4, a pulling rope 82 is connected between the connecting portion 62 and the movable member 81, and the pulling rope 82 passes through the through holes.
Referring to fig. 6, the first sliding groove 31 is disposed to form a sliding rail 33 in the lamp post 3, a plurality of second sliding grooves 811 are disposed on the circumferential side wall of the movable member 81, and the sliding rail 33 is in sliding fit with the corresponding second sliding grooves 811. The driving mechanism comprises a screw rod 83 which penetrates through the movable piece 81 along the length direction of the lamp pole 3 and is in threaded connection with the movable piece 81, and a motor 84 fixed in the lamp pole 3, wherein an output shaft of the motor 84 is fixedly connected with the screw rod 83. When the motor 84 rotates forward, the screw 83 drives the movable element 81 to move in the lamp post 3 toward the lamp body 4; when the motor 84 rotates reversely, the screw 83 drives the movable element 81 to move in the lamp post 3 in a direction away from the lamp body 4.
The implementation principle of the second embodiment is as follows: normally, the chuck 613 is inserted into the positioning hole 32 by the spring 612. A user can drive the movable piece 81 to move upwards in the lamp post 3 by controlling the driving mechanism; during the moving process of the moving element 81, the connecting portion 62 rotates downward around the pin shaft until the connecting portion 62 abuts against the fixing portion 61, and at this time, the chuck 613 is pulled out from the positioning hole 32 under the action of the first permanent magnet 614 and the second permanent magnet 615; as the moveable member 81 continues to move upwards, the fixing member 6 and the profile plate 7 slide downwards along the lamp pole 3 under the action of gravity. Then, the user can drive the movable element 81 to move downwards in the lamp post 3 by controlling the driving mechanism; during the moving process of the movable piece 81, the movable piece 81 drives the fixed piece 6 and the profiling sheet 7 to move upwards through the pulling rope 82 until the fixed piece 6 moves to the upper end of the first sliding groove 31; as the movable member 81 continues to move downward, the connecting portion 62 pivots upward about the pin, and the connecting portion 62 separates from the movable portion.
