The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, before welding, a steel pipe workpiece to be welded is sleeved on the outer side of the cross rod 17 on the positioning device 9, the holding rod 36 is held to keep the cross rod 17 stable, the second screw 13 is rotated forwards through the second handle 37, the threaded sleeve 14 is fed along the second screw 13, the connecting rod 15 is opened, the limiting rod 12 is pressed and contacted with the inner wall of the steel pipe workpiece, the steel pipe workpiece is stably sleeved on the outer side of the positioning device 9, the first screw 5 is rotated forwards through the rocker 38, the two threaded blocks 6 can be driven to approach each other, the positioning device 9 and the steel pipe workpiece on the positioning device are made to approach each other, the steel pipe workpiece is inserted into the third through groove 27 on the protective shell 26, and the two steel pipe workpieces are butted together; the welding gun 25 is driven to move downwards by extending the first hydraulic rod 24, so that the welding gun 25 extends into the protective shell 26 through the fourth through groove 28, the butt joint of the steel pipe workpieces can be welded, the welding work is performed in the protective shell 26, the sputtering phenomenon can be avoided, the safety is higher, the welding condition can be observed through the observation window 35, the first handle 23 drives the worm 20 connected with the welding gun to rotate, the two worms 20 can synchronously rotate by matching with the upper belt pulley 21 and the belt 22, the worm wheel 18 drives the cross rod 17 to rotate, the butt joint of the steel pipe workpieces rotates, and the welding work can be continued conveniently; after welding, it shifts up to drive mount pad 30 through extension second hydraulic stem 29, make the grinding wheel 32 and steel pipe workpiece's the splice contact, rethread gear motor 31 drives the grinding wheel 32 rotatory, can polish the splice, rethread first in command 23 drives the worm 20 that is connected rather than rotating, can make steel pipe workpiece rotatory, thereby polish the splice comprehensively, guarantee that the splice is level and smooth, further improve welded quality, and can start dust absorption fan 40 when polishing, make the piece that polishes the production inhaled first connecting pipe 34, and get into the inside collection of dust collection box 39 through second connecting pipe 41, can avoid the piece to splash, avoid operational environment to be polluted.
