Wherein, the one end of first preceding ottoman connecting rod 4 is articulated with last connecting rod 1, and the other end is articulated with middle ottoman support 9, and the pin joint of second preceding ottoman connecting rod 5 and first preceding ottoman connecting rod 4 is located between the pin joint at the both ends of first preceding ottoman connecting rod 4. One end of the first connecting rod 6 is hinged with the front ottoman bracket 8, the other end is hinged with the second connecting rod 7, and the hinge point of the middle ottoman bracket 9 and the first connecting rod 6 is positioned between the hinge points of the two ends of the first connecting rod 6.
Specifically, one end of the middle ottoman link 3 is hinged to the lower link 2 through a hinge point a, the other end is hinged to the middle ottoman bracket 9 through a hinge point b, one end of the first front ottoman link 4 is hinged to the upper link 1 through a hinge point c, and the other end is hinged to the middle ottoman bracket 9 through a hinge point d, wherein the middle ottoman link 3 is further hinged to the upper link 1 through a hinge point e. One end of the second front ottoman link 5 is articulated with the first front ottoman link 4 via an articulation point f, and the other end is articulated with the front ottoman bracket 8 via an articulation point g. One end of the first connecting rod 6 is hinged with the front bench support 8 through a hinge point h, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with one end of the second connecting rod 7 through a hinge point i, the other end of the second connecting rod 7 is hinged with the first front bench connecting rod 4 through a hinge point j, a hinge point f is located between a hinge point d and the hinge point j, one end of the middle bench support 9 is hinged with the first connecting rod 6 through a hinge point k, and the hinge point k is located between the hinge point h and the hinge point i. It will be appreciated that various articulation patterns may be employed between the articulation points of the links of the ottoman linkage, such as, for example, pins, rivets, bearings or a combination of bolts and nuts; any other suitable connection form known in the furniture manufacturing industry may also be used.
Further, the first front ottoman link 4, the middle ottoman bracket 9, the middle ottoman link 3 and the upper link 1 form a parallelogram, which can be understood as a four-bar linkage mechanism in which links between the hinge points b, d, c and e form a parallelogram structure, and the second front ottoman link 5, the front ottoman bracket 8, the first connecting link 6 and the second connecting link 7 form a small quadrilateral, which can be understood as a four-bar linkage mechanism in which links between the hinge points f, g, h and i form a small quadrilateral structure. In this embodiment, the driving member of the parallelogram structure is the upper link 1, when the driving force is transmitted to the middle ottoman bracket 9 through the linkage link, the first front ottoman link 4 is the driving member relative to the middle ottoman bracket 9 and is linked with the first connecting link 6 through the second connecting link 7, so that the first connecting link 6 becomes the driving member in the small quadrilateral structure, the front ottoman bracket 8 is driven to act, the second front ottoman link 5 is the driven member, and the driving force of the first connecting link 6 can be adjusted by changing the lengths of the first connecting link 6 and the second connecting link 7, so that the ottoman linkage can stretch more smoothly. Adopt split type first preceding ottoman connecting rod 4 and second preceding ottoman connecting rod 5, the length of second preceding ottoman connecting rod 5 can increase to cooperate with first connecting rod 6 and second connecting rod 7, make little quadrilateral structure's deformation scope bigger, still can not influence middle ottoman support 9 action simultaneously, and then can increase the interval between preceding ottoman support 8 and the middle ottoman support 9, enlarge ottoman aggregate unit's application scope. Further, the hinge point of the second front ottoman link 5 and the front ottoman bracket 8 is lower in height than the table top of the lying pad attachment platform 91. The highest point of the motion track of the hinge point g does not exceed the table top of the lying pad attachment platform 91, and therefore does not interfere with the lying pad attachment platform 91, so that the normal action of the ottoman linkage is ensured.
Optionally, the intermediate ottoman bracket 9 is hinged at one end to the first connection link 6 and is provided at the other end with a lying pad attachment platform 91. Further, one end of the front ottoman bracket 8 is hinged with the second front ottoman link 5, and the other end is provided with a front ottoman pad attachment platform 81. In this embodiment, the intermediate ottoman bracket 9 and the front ottoman bracket 8 are each generally L-shaped. In other embodiments, the intermediate ottoman bracket 9 and the front ottoman bracket 8 may also have a V-shaped or arcuate configuration.
Further, when the ottoman linkage is in the extended position, the lying pad attachment platform 91 is flush with the front ottoman pad attachment platform 81 in the horizontal direction; when the ottoman linkage is in the stowed position, the lying pad attachment platform 91 is vertically flush with the front ottoman pad attachment platform 81. It will be appreciated that the horizontal direction is a direction parallel to the horizontal plane, and the vertical direction is a direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction.
The present embodiment further provides a frame body, as shown in fig. 3-4, including a fixed component 101, a movable link component 102 and a ottoman linkage device as described above, where the movable link component 102 is connected to the fixed component 101, and the ottoman linkage device is hinged to the movable link component 102, that is, by hinging the free ends of the upper link 1 and the lower link 2 with the movable link component 102. In this embodiment, the ottoman linkages are provided in two and generally symmetrically disposed to provide more stable support. In other embodiments, the ottoman linkage may be provided in one, three, four or even more, with the particular number of uses being selectable as desired.
Specifically, when the ottoman linkage is in the extended position, the lying pad attachment platform 91 is flush with the front ottoman pad attachment platform 81 in a horizontal direction to facilitate a user lying; when the ottoman linkage is in the stowed position, the lying pad attachment platform 91 is vertically flush with the front ottoman pad attachment platform 81 and abuts one side of the frame 100 to provide more room for the legs and feet to move.
In this embodiment, the structure of the frame 100 is not an important point of protection of the present invention, and the frame 100 conventional in the art may be adopted, and the structure thereof is not described herein.
The present embodiment also provides a seat, including the frame 100 as described above.
