Technical Field

Background
According to the time sequence of marketing, the integrated kitchen is integrated with a range hood and a gas kitchen, and then the integrated kitchen which is integrated with a sterilizing cabinet and a storage cabinet is arranged.
In recent two years, an integrated kitchen range integrated with a cooking device such as a steam box and an oven also appears, and as steam or oil smoke can be generated by an inner container of the cooking device and exhaust is needed, a control circuit board for controlling the kitchen range or/and the cooking device needs to dissipate heat, and how to consider the two fluid channels is one of the problems to be solved by the integrated kitchen range.
In addition, most of the existing integrated kitchen ranges are of integral structures, and a main machine, a head and a kitchen range of the existing integrated kitchen ranges are fixedly assembled together, so that a kitchen range which is placed into the integrated kitchen ranges can be emptied when the kitchen ranges are installed, and the integrity of the kitchen range top of the kitchen ranges is damaged. The Chinese patent with the application number of CN201610707028.8 (publication number of CN 106152180A) discloses a split type integrated kitchen and an integrated kitchen cabinet with a table top, wherein the integration of the cabinet table top is ensured by arranging a host machine, a head part and the kitchen range of the integrated kitchen in a split mode, but the installation mode enables the integrated kitchen to be split, and the original purpose of integrated setting of the integrated kitchen is overcome. It can be seen that the existing mounting structure of the integrated cooker needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an integrated kitchen range with a cooking device, which has high exhaust efficiency.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the integrated kitchen with the cooking device, which has good heat dissipation effect, aiming at the prior art.
The third technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the integrated kitchen with the cooking device, which is convenient to install on the premise of ensuring the integrity of the table top, aiming at the prior art.

When the inner cavity of the stove shell is also provided with a control circuit board for controlling the stove or/and the cooking device, the control circuit board is preferably positioned between the vent hole and the air inlet of the centrifugal fan in order to further solve the second technical problem.
In order to further solve the third technical problem, the integrated kitchen can further comprise a table top, wherein the table top is provided with a mounting opening with a closed edge, the kitchen shell is embedded in the mounting opening, the front side opening of the inner container of the cooking device is further provided with a door body which can cover the front side opening of the inner container, the door body is positioned below the table top, and in addition, the door body is projected on the table top vertically in a closed state, and at least part of the door body is positioned outside the periphery of the mounting opening of the table top. The cooktop shell is preferably embedded in such a way that the cooktop base plate has an outwardly extending rim at the outer edge of its opening, which rim is supported above the periphery of the counter top mounting opening.
Compared with the prior art, the invention not only effectively solves the problems of exhaust and heat radiation of the cooking device by using only one centrifugal fan through reasonably arranging the runner, but also effectively radiates heat to the control kitchen range or/and the control circuit board of the cooking device, effectively improves the working efficiency and stability of the integrated kitchen range, and in addition, provides a unique mounting structure for a table top with a mounting opening with a closed edge, thereby facilitating the mounting of the whole machine on the premise of ensuring the integrity of the table top.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, an integrated kitchen range with a cooking device comprises a kitchen range and the cooking device arranged below the kitchen range, wherein the kitchen range comprises a chassis 12 and a panel 11 covered on an opening of the chassis 12, the cooking device comprises a casing 2 and a door body 22 covered on an opening on the front side of the casing 2, a bottom wall of the chassis 12 is fixedly connected with a top wall of the casing 2 into a whole, and in the embodiment, the bottom wall and the top wall are fixed up and down into a whole through screws (not shown). In addition, a table board 30 is further included, a mounting opening 31 is formed on the table board 30, the periphery of the opening of the kitchen range chassis 12 is provided with an edge 122 extending outwards, the edge 122 is supported on the periphery of the table board mounting opening 31, and in this embodiment, the table board 30 is the top surface of the kitchen cabinet 3.
In this embodiment, the integrated kitchen range is installed in the cabinet 3, a mounting opening 31 with a closed edge is formed on a table top 30 of the cabinet 3, and the integrated kitchen range is installed in the mounting opening 31. The door 22 is positioned below the table 30, and the projection of the door 22 on the table 30 in the closed state is at least partially positioned outside the periphery of the mounting opening 31 of the table 30. When the integrated kitchen range is installed in this way, the kitchen range panel 11 and the door body 22 of the cooking device are placed in the installation opening 31 of the kitchen cabinet 3 from top to bottom, the upper end of the kitchen range can be supported above the periphery of the installation opening 31 by the arrangement, the other parts of the integrated kitchen range are positioned below the installation opening 31, then the kitchen range panel 11 is installed on the opening of the chassis 12, and the door body 22 is installed on the opening of the machine shell 2. The installation mode can realize the installation of the integrated kitchen without breaking the table top 30 of the cabinet 3, so that the table top 30 of the cabinet 3 has better integrity and can keep the original shape and style of the cabinet 3.
The panel 11 of the oven shell 1 is provided with an exhaust port 112, the inner container 21 of the cooking device is communicated with the exhaust port 112 of the panel 11 through a fluid channel independent of the inner cavity of the oven shell 1, and the oven further comprises a centrifugal fan 161, an air inlet of the centrifugal fan is communicated with the inner cavity of the oven shell 1, and an air outlet of the centrifugal fan is communicated with the fluid channel. Therefore, by reasonably arranging the flow channel, the invention not only effectively solves the problems of exhaust and heat dissipation of the cooking device by only using one centrifugal fan 161, but also effectively dissipates heat of the control circuit board 15 for controlling the kitchen range or/and the cooking device, effectively improves the working efficiency and stability of the integrated kitchen range, and simultaneously facilitates the installation of the whole kitchen range.
An inner cavity is formed between the kitchen range chassis 12 and the panel 11, and a vent hole for communicating the inner cavity with the outside is arranged on the chassis 12 or the panel 11. The vent hole may be implemented in a plurality of ways, and one preferred implementation is that the vent hole is a vent hole 124 formed on a first side wall 1201 of the chassis 12, and the centrifugal fan 161 is disposed near a second side wall 1202 of the chassis 12 opposite to the first side wall 1201 of the chassis 12 where the vent hole 124 is located. Alternatively, the ventilation hole may be an air intake gap 1110 formed between the edge of the knob hole 111 formed in the panel 11 and the knob shaft 111 a. Preferably, the diameter of the knob hole 111 is 20-30 mm, and preferably 27mm, and the projected area of the air inlet gap 1110 on the panel 11 along the vertical direction is 95% -99% of the projected area of the knob hole 111 on the panel 11 along the vertical direction, and the diameter of the knob hole 111 is 50% -70% of the projected diameter of the knob 1111 on the panel 11 along the vertical direction. The vent hole in this embodiment has both of the above-described forms.
The inner cavity of the oven shell 1 is also provided with a control circuit board 15 for controlling the cooking appliance or/and the cooking device, and the control circuit board 15 is positioned between the ventilation hole and the air inlet of the centrifugal fan 161.
Preferably, the exhaust port 112 on the panel 11 is formed at the rear end of the panel 11, so as to improve the exhaust efficiency and prevent the user from being disturbed during the exhaust process.
The fluid passage between the inner container 21 of the cooking device and the inner cavity of the oven shell 1 may sequentially comprise an exhaust hole 123 formed in the inner container 12, an air inlet 128 formed in the bottom plate 12, an exhaust pipe 10 for communicating the exhaust hole 123 with the air inlet 128, and an exhaust cavity 1290 formed in the bottom plate 12 and communicating the exhaust pipe 10 with the panel exhaust port 112. Preferably, the exhaust hole 123 is formed at an upper portion of the liner back plate, and the air inlet 128 is formed at a bottom surface of the chassis 12. By the design, the length of the exhaust pipe 10 can be effectively shortened, so that the on-way resistance of air is smaller when the exhaust is performed, the on-way resistance of the air is smaller, the more smooth the exhaust of smoke and hot air is achieved, and the exhaust port 112 is arranged at the rear side end of the panel 11, so that the exhaust gas exhausted from the exhaust port 112 can be prevented from interfering a user.
The exhaust chamber 1290 may have various specific implementations, preferably, the oven housing 1 is provided with an exhaust box 129, the panel 11 is covered on an opening of the exhaust box 129 to enclose the exhaust chamber 1290, the corresponding portion of the panel 11 is perforated to form the exhaust port 112, the bottom wall of the exhaust box 129 is provided with the first inlet 1293, a mouth of the first inlet 1293 extends vertically downward and passes through the inlet 128 to form an air inlet 1291 exposed out of the chassis 12, and an upper nozzle of the exhaust pipe 10 is sleeved on the air inlet 1291.
The gas exhausted from the liner 21 contains steam, if the direct exhaust will cause the cabinet to be wet and mildewed, the condensation box 120 is embedded in the exhaust box 129, the bottom wall of the condensation box 120 is provided with a second inlet 1201, and the second inlet 1201 is in fluid communication with the first inlet 1293 of the exhaust box. Preferably, an arc baffle 1203 extending vertically is fixed on the bottom wall of the condensation box 120, two ends of the arc baffle 1203 are respectively fixed with the inner side surface of the condensation box 120, the height of the arc baffle 1203 is lower than the height of the condensation box 120, and the second inlet 1201 is enclosed therein. So that the condensed water is prevented from flowing out of the water condensation box 120 into the interior of the kitchen range case 1.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the stove further includes a burner, the burner body is a completely upper air inlet burner, and the burner includes a nozzle exposed above the panel 11 and a burner body 5 disposed above the nozzle.
