Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the terms "upper, lower, top, bottom, inside, outside" and the like included in the terms represent only the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially known by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides an overturning arm of a universal material rack for automobile glass, which comprises a first connecting rod 21, a second connecting rod 22, a connecting cover plate 23, a bolt 231 and a nut 232, wherein a threaded sleeve in the vertical direction is formed on the connecting cover plate 23;
a lantern ring capable of being sleeved on the fixed shaft 2 of the automobile glass universal material rack is formed at one end of the first connecting rod 21, the other end of the first connecting rod extends into the threaded sleeve and forms a first fixing hole, and the first connecting rod 21 can be turned over up and down in a vertical plane by taking the central axis of the fixed shaft 2 as a shaft;
one end of the second link 22 is formed with a polyurethane block 24 for partitioning the adjacent glass products 1, and the other end extends into the connection mechanism and forms a second fixing hole, and the second link 22 can rotate back and forth in a horizontal plane with the threaded sleeve central axis as an axis (see fig. 3);
as shown in fig. 2, the bolt 231 can sequentially pass through the threaded sleeve, the first fixing hole, the second fixing hole and the through hole on the stop lever 4 of the automotive glass universal rack, and is screwed in cooperation with the nut 232 to fix the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention further provides an automotive universal glass rack for transporting various automotive glazings, comprising a frame body 3 with an open side, a first side frame and a second side frame respectively arranged on two sides adjacent to the open side, wherein the first side frame and the second side frame are both provided with the automotive universal glass rack turning arm according to claim 1, the various glazings 1 are placed between the first side frame and the second side frame, and a pair of automotive universal glass rack turning arms can simultaneously support and separate adjacent glazings 1 (as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7).
Through the technical scheme, the distance between the adjacent turnover arms can be adjusted by sliding the first connecting rod 21 along the fixed shaft 2, and the contact position of the first connecting rod 21 and the glass product 1 can be adjusted by turning the first connecting rod up and down; after the bolts 231 and the nuts 232 are loosened a little, the second link 22 can be rotated back and forth by an external force, so that the distance between the adjacent polyurethane blocks 24 can be adjusted. Thus, the turnover arm is turned over in two directions, and the packaging and transportation of the automobile glass with different shapes and approximately same structures can be met; the purpose of the universal material rack for the glass products can be realized by adjusting the positions of the left and right overturning arms and the lower end supporting points and the size of the polyurethane block.
In the present embodiment, in order to optimize the mechanical structure of the universal rack for automotive glass and improve the stability during use, it is preferable that the pair of fixing shafts 2 are symmetrically disposed at the outer ends of the first side frame and the second side frame, respectively.
Further preferably, a pair of stopper bars 4 are symmetrically provided at inner ends of the first and second side frames, respectively.
In addition, in order to prevent the glass product 1 from shaking during transportation, avoid damage to the glass product, and improve the yield of the product after transportation, it is preferable that a rack plate parallel to the stopper rod 4 is provided at the inner bottom of the lid-less frame body 3, and a plurality of tooth grooves are provided in the rack plate in the longitudinal direction so as to engage the bottom of the glass product 1 in the tooth grooves. In this way, the glass product 1 is restrained from multiple angles and directions, greatly improving stability during transportation.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the glass product 1 from sliding or moving toward both sides during transportation, it is preferable that auxiliary brackets be formed on the first side frame and the second side frame at positions below the turning arm of the automotive glass universal frame to prevent the glass product 1 from sliding off both sides of the gondola 3.
