Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile equipment, in particular to a carding machine with a cotton wool dust removing function.
Background
Carding machines are textile machines for processing cotton and chemical fibers, and carding is a very important process step in the spinning process. The carding machine can lift a lot of cotton scraps and dust in the working process, and a dust suction mechanism is usually arranged for sucking the cotton scraps and dust. In addition, in order to avoid that more dust and impurities remain on the cotton fabric after the cotton carding is finished, dust raising can also occur in the process of turning or conveying in the subsequent processing. The cotton carding machine is generally provided with a beating mechanism, and the beating mechanism beats cotton fabrics after field carding so that dust in cotton batting can be fully lifted and sucked through a dust suction mechanism. Impurities in the cotton wool can be beaten out and treated in the beating process.
However, the beating mechanism in the prior art is easy to damage the cotton fabric when beating the cotton fabric, and the cotton fiber is thick and short and is very fragile when beating with force. The existing beating mechanism can cause breakage of cotton fibers in the beating process to become cotton dust so as to influence the quality of the final product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a carding machine with a cotton wool dust removing function, which can better shoot out dust and impurities in cotton wool and timely collect and treat the shot dust and impurities. Meanwhile, damage to cotton fabrics caused by beating can be prevented in the beating process, and the quality of the cotton fabrics is improved.
The technical aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the cotton carding machine with the cotton wool dust removing function comprises a frame, a carding machine body, a cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism, a plurality of beating mechanisms and a dust collection mechanism, wherein the carding machine body is arranged on the frame, a dust hood is arranged on the frame, the dust hood is positioned on one side of the carding machine body, a cotton wool inlet is formed in the lower end of the side wall, close to the carding machine body, of the dust hood, a cotton wool outlet is formed in the lower end of the side wall, far away from the carding machine body, of the dust hood, the cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism is arranged on the frame and positioned below the dust hood, the beating mechanisms are arranged on the inner wall of the dust hood, the dust collection mechanism is arranged on the frame and positioned on one side of the dust hood, the cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism comprises a driving roller, a driven roller and a conveying belt assembly, the driving roller and the driven roller are rotationally connected to the frame, the conveying belt component is sleeved on the driving roller and the driven roller, the outer wall of the frame is provided with a driving component for driving the driving roller to rotate, the conveying belt component is of a net structure and comprises elastic warp belts and elastic weft belts, the elastic warp belts and the elastic weft belts are woven together in a flat weaving mode, dust fall intervals are arranged between the adjacent elastic warp belts and the adjacent elastic weft belts, the dust fall intervals are 1-10cm, a supporting net is arranged in the middle of the conveying belt component, two sides of the supporting net are provided with a plurality of tension springs, one ends of the tension springs, far away from the supporting net, are fixed to the frame, the beating mechanism comprises a side gesture cylinder, an elastic connecting rod and a beating plate, the side attitude air cylinder is fixed on the inner wall of the dust hood, one end of the elastic connecting rod is fixed on the rotating part of the side attitude air cylinder, and the beating plate is fixed on one end of the elastic connecting rod, which is far away from the side attitude air cylinder.

The dust collector is further characterized in that a sliding rail is arranged at the upper end of the mounting plate, the length of the sliding rail is the same as that of the mounting plate, a sliding groove along the length direction of the sliding rail is formed in the lower surface of the dust collector, the sliding rail is connected in the sliding groove in a sliding manner, a cleaning opening is formed in the side wall of the rack, and the dust collector can be taken out from the cleaning opening in a sliding manner.
The invention is further characterized in that the cleaning opening is provided with a cover plate, and the upper end of the cover plate is hinged to the upper position of the cleaning opening.
The dust collection mechanism comprises a dust collection pipe, a collection box and a fan, wherein a dust collection opening is formed in the middle position of the top wall of the dust collection cover, the dust collection opening is connected with the dust collection pipe, the collection box is arranged at one end, far away from the dust collection opening, of the dust collection pipe, and the fan is arranged on the dust collection pipe and is located at one side, close to the collection box, of the dust collection pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the cotton batting beating machine has the beneficial effects that 1, when the batting is beaten by the beating mechanism, the elastic warp tapes and the elastic weft tapes can buffer the batting positioned at the upper end of the batting, so that the batting is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge beating acting force in the beating process. In addition, impurities in the cotton wool that cannot be raised can fall down from the dust fall space, thereby being removed from the cotton wool. 2. Detailed Description
The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
A carding machine with cotton wool dust removal function comprises a frame 1, a carding machine body 2, a cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism 3, a plurality of beating mechanisms 4 and dust collection mechanisms 5. The chassis 1 in this embodiment includes a front side plate 34, a rear side plate 35, and a top plate 36. The top plate 36 is fixed to the upper ends of the front side plate 34 and the rear side plate 35 by bolts, and the top plate 36 is located on the right side of the upper end positions of the front side plate 34 and the rear side plate 35. The carding machine body 2 is fixed on the top plate 36 by bolts, thereby ensuring the stability of the carding machine body 2. The frame 1 is provided with a dust hood 6, the dust hood 6 is positioned on the left side of the carding machine body 2, and the lower end of the dust hood 6 is fixedly connected with the upper ends of the front side plate 34 and the rear side plate 35 through screws. The lower end of the side wall of the dust hood 6, which is close to the carding machine body 2, is provided with a cotton wool inlet 7, and the lower end of the side wall of the dust hood 6, which is far away from the carding machine body 2, is provided with a cotton wool outlet 8. Cotton after being combed by the cotton comber body 2 enters the dust hood 6 from the cotton inlet 7 for dust removal and impurity removal under the transportation of the cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism 3, and is transported out of the dust hood 6 from the cotton wool outlet 8.
The dust suction mechanism 5 is located outside the dust hood, and the dust suction mechanism 5 includes a dust suction pipe 31, a collection box 32, and a fan 33. A dust collection opening is arranged at the middle position of the top wall of the dust hood 6, and a dust collection pipe 31 is connected to the dust collection opening. The end parts of the dust collection opening and the dust collection pipe 31 are respectively provided with a flange, and the dust collection opening and the dust collection pipe 31 are fixedly connected through the flanges. The collecting box 32 is arranged at one end of the dust collection pipe 31 far away from the dust collection opening, and the fan 33 is arranged on the dust collection pipe 31 and is positioned at one side of the dust collection pipe 31 close to the collecting box 32. The dust hood can limit the dust raised in the dust removal process to the inside of the dust hood, so that the dust is prevented from being diffused into the environment to pollute the environment. The cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism 3 is arranged between the front side plate 34 and the rear side plate 35 and is positioned below the dust hood 6. The cotton fiber discharging and conveying mechanism 3 comprises a driving roller 9, a driven roller 10 and a conveying belt assembly 11, wherein two ends of the driving roller 9 and the driven roller 10 are respectively and rotatably connected to a front side plate 34 and a rear side plate 35. The conveyer belt subassembly 11 cover is located on initiative gyro wheel 9 and the driven gyro wheel 10, and conveyer belt subassembly 11 rotates at initiative gyro wheel 9 and driven gyro wheel 10 along with the rotation of initiative gyro wheel 9, realizes transporting the cotton fibre that is located the upper end. The outer wall of the frame 1 is provided with a driving component 12 for driving the driving roller 9 to rotate, and the driving component 12 comprises a driving gear 38, a driven gear 39 and a driving motor 40. One end of a rotation shaft of the driving roller 9 penetrates to the outside of the rear side plate 35, and the driven gear 39 is fixed to the rotation shaft. The outer wall of the rear side plate 35 is provided with a motor base, and the driving motor 40 is fixed to the upper end of the motor base by bolts. The driving gear 38 is fixed to an output shaft of the driving motor 40, and the driving gear 38 and the driven gear 39 are engaged.
The conveyer belt assembly 11 is a net structure, and the conveyer belt assembly 11 comprises an elastic warp belt 13 and an elastic weft belt 14, and the elastic warp belt 13 and the elastic weft belt 14 are woven together in a plain weave mode. Dust falling intervals 15 are arranged between the adjacent elastic warp tapes 13 and the adjacent elastic weft tapes 14, and the dust falling intervals 15 are 1-10 cm. When the beating mechanism 4 beats the cotton wool, the elastic warp 13 and the elastic weft 14 can buffer the cotton wool at the upper end of the beating mechanism, so that the damage to the cotton wool caused by overlarge beating acting force in the beating process is prevented. In addition, impurities in the cotton wool that cannot be raised can fall down from the dust fall space 15, thereby being removed from the cotton wool. The cotton fibre ejection of compact conveying mechanism 3's below is provided with impurity and collects box 37, and impurity is collected box 37 and is located between preceding curb plate 34 and the posterior lateral plate 35, and impurity that drops can be collected to impurity collection box 37. The middle of the conveyor belt assembly 11 is provided with a support net 16, and the support net 16 is positioned at one side near the upper end of the conveyor belt assembly 11. A plurality of tension springs 17 are arranged on two sides of the support net 16, and one end, far away from the support net 16, of each tension spring 17 is fixed on the frame 1. In the process of beating the cotton wool by the beating mechanism 4, downward force of the conveying belt assembly 11 acts on the supporting net 16, and the supporting net 16 can vibrate the supporting net 16 up and down under the action of the tension springs 17, so that the conveying belt assembly 11 and the cotton wool above the supporting net 16 vibrate up and down together. The process of the vibration of the support net 16 plays a role in protecting the cotton wool on one hand, prevents the beating mechanism 4 from causing larger impact on the cotton wool, and on the other hand, the vibration shakes impurities in the cotton wool off, so that the impurity removal effect on the cotton wool is improved.
The beating mechanism 4 is arranged on the inner wall of the dust hood 6, and a plurality of beating mechanisms 4 are arranged on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the dust hood 6 at intervals along the length direction of the cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism 3. The beating mechanisms 4 positioned on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the dust hood 6 are mutually staggered, so that cotton batting can be more uniformly beaten. The flapping mechanism 4 comprises a side gesture cylinder 18, an elastic connecting rod 19 and a flapping plate 20. The side position cylinder 18 is fixed to the inner wall of the dust hood 6 by screws, one end of the elastic connecting rod 19 is fixed to the rotating part of the side position cylinder 18, and the flapping plate 20 is fixed to one end of the elastic connecting rod 19 away from the side position cylinder 18. When the side pose cylinder 18 is controlled to rotate, the elastic connecting rod 19 and the beating plate 20 rotate together, and when the side pose cylinder rotates downwards, the cotton batting is beaten. The force and frequency of the beating of the batting by the beating plate 20 can be changed by controlling the rotational speed and rotational frequency of the rotating part of the side-pose cylinder 18, respectively. The working parameters of the lateral attitude cylinder 18 are adjusted by the staff according to the actual requirements, so that the beating mechanism 4 can better beat the cotton batting. The beating plate 20 is a rubber plate, and a plurality of dust passing holes 21 are formed in the beating plate 20 in a regular arrangement. The dust passing holes 21 can pass the dust lifted from the cotton wool in the beating process, so that the dust can be lifted better and sucked by the dust suction mechanism 5. The lower surface of the beating plate 20 is provided with a plurality of regularly arranged rubber air bags 22, the shape of the rubber air bags 22 is hemispherical, and the beating plate 20 is provided with a plurality of vent holes penetrating into the rubber air bags 22. The rubber bag 22 can buffer when contacting with the cotton wool, and the air in the rubber bag 22 can be discharged from the vent hole, so that the impact on the cotton wool is reduced. The flap 20 re-enters the rubber bladder 22 when rotated upward, allowing the rubber bladder 22 to recover.
A cleaning mechanism 23 is arranged below the cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism 3, and the cleaning mechanism 23 comprises a mounting plate 24, a dust box 25, a first cylinder 26 and hairbrush strips 27. The mounting plate 24 is horizontally arranged, and both ends of the mounting plate 24 are respectively fixed to the inner walls of the front side plate 34 and the rear side plate 35 by screws. The first cylinder 26 is fixed to the upper end of the mounting plate 24 and a piston rod of the first cylinder 26 is disposed vertically upward, and the first cylinder 26 is located at an intermediate position of the mounting plate 24. The brush strip 27 is arranged on the piston rod of the first cylinder 26, the upper end of the brush strip 27 is contacted with the lower end of the cotton wool discharging and conveying mechanism 3, and the bristles on the brush strip 27 are hard bristles. The dust box 25 is disposed at the upper end of the mounting plate 24, and the dust box 25 is located at a side of the first cylinder 26 remote from the carding machine body 2. The brush on the brush strip 27 can clean the elastic warp 13 and the elastic weft 14 during the rotation of the conveyer belt assembly 11, so as to brush away dust or impurities adhered to the elastic warp 13 and the elastic weft 14 and prevent the impurities adhered to the elastic warp 13 and the elastic weft 14 from polluting the subsequent cotton wool. The foreign matters and dust brushed by the brush may fall into the dust box 25 to be collected.
The upper end of mounting panel 24 is provided with slide rail 28, and the length of slide rail 28 is the same with the length of mounting panel 24, and the spout 29 along its length direction has been seted up to the lower surface of dust collection box 25, and slide rail 28 sliding connection is in spout 29. The cleaning opening is formed in the side wall of the frame 1, the cover plate 30 is arranged on the cleaning opening, and the upper end of the cover plate 30 is hinged to the upper position of the cleaning opening. The dust box 25 can be taken out from the cleaning opening in an outward sliding manner, and when the dust box 25 is more in impurity, a worker can pull out the dust box from the cleaning opening to clean.
