a toothed belt (61) attached to the flat belt (51);
a third link (62) mounted on the bracket (1);
a third rotating shaft (63) rotatably mounted on the third link (62);
the third gear (64) is in key connection with two sides of the third rotating shaft (63), and the third gear (64) on one side is meshed with the toothed belt (61);
a touch lever (65) mounted on the third gear (64);
a fourth link (66) mounted on the bracket (1);
a first fixing plate (67) attached to the fourth link (66);
third telescopic spring rods (68) mounted on both sides of the first fixing plate (67);
a knife block (69) installed between the third telescopic spring rods (68);
the special-shaped rods (610) are arranged on two sides of the cutter block (69), the special-shaped rod (610) on one side is in sliding fit with the fourth connecting rod (66), and the special-shaped rods (610) are all matched with the touch rod (65);
