The cutting device 4 comprises a first fixed block 41, a straight gear 42, a second rotating shaft 43, a first helical gear 44, a third rotating shaft 45, a crank 46, a connecting rod 47, a second fixed block 48, a rocker 49, a fourth rotating shaft 410, a disc 411 and a blade 412, wherein the first fixed block 41 is arranged on the left side of the middle of the top of the frame 1, the straight gear 42 is arranged on an output shaft of the motor 2, the output shaft of the motor 2 is rotatably connected with the lower part of the first fixed block 41, the second rotating shaft 43 is rotatably arranged on the upper part of the first fixed block 41, the straight gear 42 is arranged on the front side of the second rotating shaft 43, the two straight gears 42 are meshed, the first helical gear 44 is arranged on the rear side of the second rotating shaft 43, the first helical gear 44 is meshed with the first rotating shaft 33, the third rotating shaft 45 is arranged on the front side of the output shaft of the motor 2, the crank 46 is arranged on the front side of, a connecting rod 47 is rotatably connected between the rocker 49 and the crank 46, a disc 411 is rotatably arranged at the front side of the rocker 49, fourth rotating shafts 410 are rotatably arranged at the left and right sides of the frame 1, the left sides of the fourth rotating shafts 410 are connected with the disc 411, and three blades 412 are uniformly arranged on the fourth rotating shafts 410.
The cutting device 4 is used for cutting the paper board, after the motor 2 is started, the output shaft of the motor 2 drives the spur gear 42 to rotate, so that the second rotating shaft 43 drives the first helical gear 44 to rotate, the first helical gear 44 drives the first rotating shaft 33 to rotate, so that the rubber roller 34 pushes the paper board which is placed in the blanking basket 31 and slides out before forward, until the paper board is pushed to the most front position, at the same time, the output shaft of the motor 2 drives the third rotating shaft 45 to rotate, so that the crank 46 is driven to pull the connecting rod 47 to rotate, so that the rocker 49 swings back and forth continuously, the disc 411 also rotates back and forth continuously, so that the fourth rotating shaft 410 on the disc 411 drives the blade 412 to cut the paper board downwards continuously and reset continuously, the paper board is pushed forward continuously, the blade 412 cuts continuously, after the cutting is completed, an operator takes the paper board down, when all the cardboard cuts are completed, the motor 2 is turned off and the whole device stops.
