Compared with the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicine processing assembly line with the drying function realizes the function of drying the inside of the main body 2 through the drying mechanism, prevents the medicinal materials from being wet and adhered to the crushing plate 6 or the inner wall of the main body 2, thereby avoiding influencing the normal operation of the crushing work and improving the practicability of the equipment, compared with the existing drying mechanism, the drying mechanism can also cool the crushing plate 6, and prevent the medicinal materials from overflowing due to overhigh temperature of the crushing plate 6, thereby improving the reliability of the equipment, the pushing plate 14 is driven to move through the pushing mechanism, the medicinal materials close to the inner wall of the main body 2 can be pushed towards the middle, thereby fully crushing more medicinal materials, expanding the crushing range, improving the crushing effect, thereby improving the crushing quality, compared with the existing pushing mechanism, the pushing mechanism and the drying mechanism are an integrated linkage mechanism, only one driving source is needed, the use of electric energy is reduced, and the practicability of the equipment is improved.

Claims (10)
1. A traditional Chinese medicine processing assembly line with a drying function comprises a crushing device, wherein the crushing device comprises a main body (2), a screen (3), two crushing mechanisms and two support legs (1), the two support legs (1) are respectively fixed on two sides of the lower part of the main body (2), the screen (3) is horizontally fixed in the main body (2), the crushing mechanisms are arranged above the screen (3), a feed inlet and a discharge outlet are respectively arranged above and below the main body (2), one side of the main body (2) is fixedly provided with a control panel, a PLC is arranged in the control panel, each crushing mechanism comprises a motor (4), a rotating shaft (5) and a crushing plate (6), the motors (4) are fixed on the inner wall of the main body (2), the motors (4) are in transmission connection with the rotating shaft (5), and the crushing plates (6) are fixed on the rotating shaft (5), the periphery of the crushing plate (6) is uniformly and circumferentially fixed with sawteeth, the motor (4) is electrically connected with the PLC, and the crushing device is characterized by further comprising two pushing assemblies and two drying mechanisms, wherein the two drying mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the main body (2), the two pushing mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides in the main body (2), the pushing mechanisms are in one-to-one correspondence with the drying mechanisms, the pushing mechanisms are connected with the drying mechanisms, the drying mechanisms are in one-to-one correspondence with the rotating shafts (5), and the drying mechanisms are connected with the rotating shafts (5);
the drying mechanism comprises a fixed box (9), a driving plate (8), a cylinder (7), a refrigeration rod (10), two air inlet pipes (12) and two air outlet pipes (13), wherein the two fixed boxes (9) are respectively fixed on two sides of the main body (2), the driving plate (8) is horizontally arranged inside the fixed boxes (9), the driving plate (8) is in sealing connection with the inner walls of the fixed boxes (9), a cylinder body of the cylinder (7) is vertically fixed above the fixed boxes (9), round holes are formed in the upper portions of the fixed boxes (9), an air rod of the cylinder (7) penetrates through the round holes to be fixedly connected with the upper portions of the driving plate (8), the refrigeration rod (10) is horizontally arranged below the driving plate (8), two ends of the refrigeration rod (10) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner walls of two sides of the fixed boxes (9), two sides of the fixed boxes (9) are respectively communicated with the inside of the main body (2) through the two air inlet pipes (12), one end of the air inlet pipe (12) close to the fixing box (9) is arranged between the driving plate (8) and the refrigerating rod (10), one side of the fixing box (9) close to the main body (2) is communicated with one end of the air outlet pipe (13), the other ends of the two air outlet pipes (13) are respectively wound on two ends of the rotating shaft (5), the other end of the air outlet pipe (13) is connected with the pushing mechanism, a drain pipe (11) is arranged below the fixing box (9), a valve is arranged in the drain pipe (11), check valves are arranged in the air inlet pipe (12) and the air outlet pipe (13), and the air cylinder (7), the refrigerating rod (10), the valve and the check valves are all electrically connected with the PLC;
the pushing mechanism comprises a push plate (14), two moving assemblies and two first springs (15), the push plate (14) is vertically arranged above the screen (3), a strip-shaped opening is formed in the push plate (14), the strip-shaped opening is matched with the crushing plate (6), the two first springs (15) are respectively arranged at two ends of one side, close to the fixed box (9), of the push plate (14), two ends of each first spring (15) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the fixed box (9) and one side, close to the fixed box (9), of the push plate (14), the moving assemblies correspond to the air outlet pipes (13) one to one, the moving assemblies are connected with the air outlet pipes (13), and the two moving assemblies are respectively connected with two ends of one side, close to the fixed box (9), of the push plate (14);
the movable assembly comprises a fixed pipe (18), a movable plate (20), an articulated rod (21) and two connecting rods (19), one end of the fixed pipe (18) is communicated with one end of an air outlet pipe (13), one side of the movable plate (20) is abutted to the other end of the fixed pipe (18), two ends of the articulated rod (21) are respectively articulated with the other side of the movable plate (20) and a push plate (14), the connecting rods (19) are L-shaped, two grooves are formed in the fixed pipe (18), one ends of the two connecting rods (19) are respectively fixedly connected with two ends of one side, close to the fixed pipe (18), of the movable plate (20), the other ends of the two connecting rods (19) are respectively arranged in the two grooves, the connecting rods (19) are matched with the grooves, and the connecting rods (19) are connected with the grooves in a sliding mode.

The traditional Chinese medicine processing line with drying function according to claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism further comprises two guide rods (16), the moving plate (20) is provided with two through holes, the through holes correspond to the guide rods (16) one by one, one ends of the guide rods (16) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the main body (2), the other ends of the guide rods (16) penetrate through the through holes, the guide rods (16) are matched with the through holes, and the moving plate (20) is slidably connected with the guide rods (16).

The traditional Chinese medicine processing line with the drying function according to claim 2, wherein the pushing mechanism further comprises two limiting plates (17), the limiting plates (17) correspond to the guide rods (16) one by one, and the limiting plates (17) are fixedly connected with the guide rods (16).
4. The traditional Chinese medicine processing line with drying function of claim 1, wherein the moving assembly further comprises a filter screen (22), and the filter screen (22) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the end of the fixed pipe (18) far away from the air outlet pipe (13).

The traditional Chinese medicine processing line with drying function according to claim 1, wherein the drying mechanism further comprises a plurality of heat conducting fins (23), one ends of the heat conducting fins (23) are circumferentially and uniformly fixed on one side of the air outlet pipe (13) close to the rotating shaft (5), and the other ends of the heat conducting fins (23) are abutted against the rotating shaft (5).
6. The traditional Chinese medicine processing line with drying function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a suction cup (25) is provided below the supporting leg (1).

9. The traditional Chinese medicine processing line with drying function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the motor (4) is a servo motor.
10. The traditional Chinese medicine processing line with drying function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of keys (24) are provided on the control board, and the keys (24) are electrically connected with the PLC.
