In a specific embodiment, the second receiving module 61 is further configured to receive a management control release request initiated by the mobile terminal after leaving an area to be controlled, where the management control release request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identifier to which a user needing to release management control belongs; the comparison module 62 is further configured to compare the network cell ID and the terminal identifier, to which the user needing to cancel management and control belongs, carried in the request for canceling management and control with the information acquired from the terminal management platform; the second sending module 63 is further configured to send the terminal identifier to the terminal management platform when the comparison module 62 finds the terminal identifier that needs to be removed from control, so that the terminal management platform issues a control removal instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identifier that needs to be removed from control, and the corresponding mobile terminal executes a control removal operation after receiving the control removal instruction.
The management network element provided by the embodiment of the disclosure compares the network cell ID and the terminal identifier reported by the mobile terminal with the network cell ID related to the area to be managed and controlled received from the terminal management platform and all the user terminal identifiers to be managed and controlled in the network cell, and sends the terminal identifier to be managed and controlled/removed to the terminal management platform according to the comparison result, so that the terminal management platform sends a management and control/removal instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal, thereby implementing network authority management and control of the mobile terminal in a specific area.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the mobile terminal 7 includes: a mobile communication module 71 of the terminal itself and a terminal management client module 72.
The mobile communication module 71 is configured to initiate a network registration request to a management network element of a base station corresponding to a network cell related to an area to be controlled after the mobile terminal enters the area to be controlled, where the network registration request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identifier of a network registered user, so that the management network element compares the network cell ID and the terminal identifier of the network registered user carried in the network registration request with the network cell ID related to the area to be controlled and acquired from a terminal management platform and all user terminal identifiers that need to be controlled in the network cell, and if the terminal identifier to be controlled is found, the terminal identifier is sent to the terminal management platform, so that the terminal management platform issues a required control instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identifier to be controlled; the terminal management client module 72 is configured to receive a management and control instruction issued by the terminal management platform, execute a management and control operation, and make a feedback response.
In a specific embodiment, the mobile communication module 71 is further configured to initiate a management removal request to the management network element after the mobile terminal leaves an area to be managed, where the management removal request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identifier to which a user to be controlled needs to be removed, so that the management network element compares the network cell ID and the terminal identifier to which the user to be controlled needs to be removed, which are carried in the management removal request, with information acquired from the terminal management platform, and if the terminal identifier to be controlled needs to be removed is found, the terminal identifier is sent to the terminal management platform, so that the terminal management platform issues a control removal instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identifier to be controlled needs to be removed; the terminal management client module 72 is further configured to receive a management and control release instruction issued by the terminal management platform, and execute a management and control release operation.
The mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure adds a terminal management client module corresponding to a terminal management platform on a network side, and after the mobile communication module reports a network cell ID and a terminal identifier to a network side management network element, the network side management network element and the network side terminal management platform interact with each other to generate a control/release command and issue the command to the terminal management client module, and then the terminal management client module executes a control/release operation, thereby implementing network authority control of the mobile terminal in a specific area.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal management system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 8, the system includes: a terminal management platform 5 at the network side, a management network element 6 at the network side and a mobile terminal 7.
The management network element 6 may adopt an AMF network element or an MME network element; the mobile terminal 7 comprises a mobile communication module 71 of the terminal itself and a terminal management client module 72. The terminal management platform 5 on the network side corresponds to the terminal management client module 72 on the terminal side. In other words, the network side of the system consists of a management network element 6 and a terminal management platform; the terminal side consists of a terminal management client module 72 and the mobile communication module 71 of the terminal itself.
Since the structures of the terminal management platform 5, the management network element 6 and the mobile terminal 7 have been described in detail in the foregoing, no further description is given here.
The mobile terminal management system provided by the embodiment of the disclosure does not acquire the location information of the mobile terminal through the geographical positioning methods such as Beidou/GPS/WLAN/base station positioning, but acquires the terminal identifier (such as IMSI) and the network cell ID reported by the mobile terminal user entering the area to be managed and controlled by the network side management network element (AMF network element or MME network element) through modifying the network side and adding the terminal management client module, and realizes the network authority management and control of the mobile terminal in the specific area through the communication interface between the network side management network element and the network side terminal management platform, thereby meeting the requirements of convenient network authority management and control on the mobile terminal of the personnel during specific conferences, open and confidential visits of the specific area and use of the specific area.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or some of the steps of the methods, systems, functional modules/units in the devices disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. In a hardware implementation, the division between functional modules/units mentioned in the above description does not necessarily correspond to the division of physical components; for example, one physical component may have multiple functions, or one function or step may be performed by several physical components in cooperation. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and not for limiting the same; while the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A mobile terminal management method is applied to a network side, and the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a terminal management platform sends a network cell ID related to an area needing to be controlled and all user terminal identifications needing to be controlled in the network cell to a management network element of a base station corresponding to the network cell, so that after the management network element receives a network registration request initiated by a mobile terminal entering the area needing to be controlled, the network cell ID and the terminal identification which are carried by the network registration request and belong to a network registration user are compared with information acquired from the terminal management platform, and if the terminal identification needing to be controlled is found, the terminal identification is sent to the terminal management platform;
a terminal management platform receives a terminal identifier which needs to be managed and controlled and is sent by the management network element; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the terminal management platform issues a required management and control instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identifier needing to be managed and controlled, so that the corresponding mobile terminal executes management and control operation and makes a feedback response after receiving the management and control instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a terminal management platform receives a terminal identification which is sent by a management network element and needs to be removed from control, after the management network element receives a control removal request initiated by a mobile terminal leaving an area needing to be controlled, the management network element compares a network cell ID and a terminal identification which are carried by the control removal request and belong to a user needing to be removed from control with information obtained from the terminal management platform, and if the terminal identification needing to be removed from control is found, the terminal identification is sent to the terminal management platform; and the number of the first and second groups,
the terminal management platform issues a control removal instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identifier which needs to remove control, so that the corresponding mobile terminal executes the control removal operation after receiving the control removal instruction.
3.A mobile terminal management method is applied to a network side, and the method comprises the following steps:
a management network element of a base station corresponding to a network cell related to an area to be controlled receives a network cell ID related to the area to be controlled and all user terminal identifications to be controlled in the network cell, which are sent by a terminal management platform;
the management network element receives a network registration request initiated by a mobile terminal after entering an area needing management and control, wherein the network registration request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identification to which a network registration user belongs;
the management network element compares the network cell ID and the terminal identification of the network registration user carried by the network registration request with the information acquired from the terminal management platform;
and if the terminal identification needing to be controlled is found, the terminal identification is sent to the terminal management platform, so that the terminal management platform sends the required control instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identification needing to be controlled, and the corresponding mobile terminal executes the control operation and makes a feedback response after receiving the control instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
the management network element receives a management and control removal request initiated by a mobile terminal after leaving an area needing management and control, wherein the management and control removal request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identifier to which a user needing management and control removal belongs;
the management network element compares the network cell ID and the terminal identification carried by the management-releasing request and to which the user needing to release the management and control belongs with the information acquired from the terminal management platform;
if the terminal identification needing to be subjected to management and control removal is found, the terminal identification is sent to the terminal management platform, so that the terminal management platform sends a management and control removal instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identification needing to be subjected to management and control removal, and the corresponding mobile terminal executes management and control removal operation after receiving the management and control removal instruction.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the management network element employs an access and mobility management function (AMF) network element or a Mobility Management Entity (MME) network element.
6. A mobile terminal management method is applied to a terminal side, and comprises the following steps:
initiating a network registration request to a management network element of a base station corresponding to a network cell related to an area to be controlled after a mobile terminal enters the area to be controlled, wherein the network registration request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identifier of a network registered user, so that the management network element compares the network cell ID and the terminal identifier of the network registered user carried by the network registration request with a network cell ID related to the area to be controlled and obtained from a terminal management platform and all user terminal identifiers needing to be controlled in the network cell, if the terminal identifier needing to be controlled is found, the terminal identifier is sent to the terminal management platform, and the terminal management platform sends a required control instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identifier needing to be controlled; and the number of the first and second groups,
and receiving a control instruction issued by the terminal management platform, executing control operation and making a feedback response.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
initiating a management and control removal request to a management network element after a mobile terminal leaves an area needing management and control, wherein the management and control removal request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identifier to which a user needing management and control removal belongs, so that the management network element compares the network cell ID and the terminal identifier to which the user needing management and control removal belongs, carried by the management and control removal request, with information acquired from a terminal management platform, and if the terminal identifier needing management and control removal is found, the terminal identifier is sent to the terminal management platform, so that the terminal management platform sends a management and control removal instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identifier needing management and control removal;
and receiving a control removal instruction issued by the terminal management platform, and executing the control removal operation.
8. A terminal management platform is applied to a network side, and comprises:
the first sending module is set to send the network cell ID related to the area to be controlled and all the user terminal identifications to be controlled in the network cell to the management network element of the base station corresponding to the network cell, so that the management network element compares the network cell ID and the terminal identification which are carried by the network registration request and belong to the network registered user with the information acquired from the terminal management platform after receiving the network registration request initiated by the mobile terminal entering the area to be controlled, and sends the network cell ID and the terminal identification to the terminal management platform if the terminal identification to be controlled is found; and the number of the first and second groups,
a first receiving module, configured to receive a terminal identifier that needs to be managed and controlled and is sent by the management network element;
the first sending module is further configured to issue a required control instruction to a corresponding mobile terminal according to a terminal identifier to be controlled, so that the corresponding mobile terminal executes a control operation and makes a feedback response after receiving the control instruction.
9. A management network element is applied to a network side, wherein the management network element is a management network element of a base station corresponding to a network cell related to an area needing management and control, and the management network element comprises:
the second receiving module is configured to receive a network cell ID related to an area to be managed and controlled and all user terminal identifiers required to implement management and control in the network cell, which are sent by a terminal management platform; receiving a network registration request initiated by the mobile terminal after entering an area needing to be controlled, wherein the network registration request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identifier to which a network registration user belongs;
the comparison module is set to compare the network cell ID and the terminal identification which the network registration user belongs to and are carried by the network registration request with the information acquired from the terminal management platform; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the second sending module is set to send the terminal identification to be controlled to the terminal management platform when the comparison module finds the terminal identification to be controlled, so that the terminal management platform sends the required control instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identification to be controlled, and the corresponding mobile terminal executes the control operation and makes a feedback response after receiving the control instruction.
10. A mobile terminal, comprising:
the mobile communication module of the terminal is set to initiate a network registration request to a management network element of a base station corresponding to a network cell related to an area to be controlled after the mobile terminal enters the area to be controlled, wherein the network registration request carries a network cell ID and a terminal identifier of a network registered user, so that the management network element compares the network cell ID and the terminal identifier of the network registered user carried by the network registration request with the network cell ID related to the area to be controlled and acquired from a terminal management platform and all user terminal identifiers needing to be controlled in the network cell, and if the terminal identifier needing to be controlled is found, the terminal identifier is sent to the terminal management platform, so that the terminal management platform sends a required control instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the terminal identifier needing to be controlled; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the terminal management client module is configured to receive a control instruction issued by the terminal management platform, execute control operation and make a feedback response.
