It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The specification provides a content display and providing method, a content display and providing device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of determining a correlation account having an account correlation relation with a target account according to non-indication information sent by an initiator account through the cooperation of the initiator client, the target client, the correlation client and a server, and establishing a session group comprising the initiator account, the target account and the correlation account.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network communication system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a network 10, a server 11, a plurality of terminal devices, such as a mobile phone 12, a mobile phone 14, and the like.
The server 11 may be a physical server comprising a separate host, or the server 11 may be a virtual server carried by a cluster of hosts. In the operation process, the server 11 may operate a server-side program of an application to implement a related service function of the application, for example, when the server 11 operates a program of a network communication platform, the server may be implemented as a server of the network communication platform. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the server 11 may cooperate with the clients running on the mobile phones 12 to 14 to implement a content providing and displaying scheme in the network communication process.
In this embodiment, the network communication platform may not only implement a network communication function, but also be an integrated functional platform with many other functions, for example, for receiving and detecting an indication message, determining an account association relationship and an associated account of a target account, and establishing a session group, which is not limited in one or more embodiments of the present specification.
Handsets 12-14 are just one type of terminal device that a user may use. In fact, it is obvious that the user can also use terminal devices of the type such as: tablet devices, notebook computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), etc., which are not limited by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. In the operation process, the terminal device may operate a program on a client side of an application to implement a related service function of the application, for example, when the terminal device operates a program of a network communication platform, the terminal device may be implemented as a client of the network communication platform, for example, the mobile phone 12 may implement an initiator client, the mobile phone 13 may implement a target client, and the mobile phone 14 may implement an associated client. It can be understood that the initiator client is a client that logs in an initiator account, and similarly, the target client is a client that logs in a target account, and the associated client is a client that logs in an associated account.
It should be noted that: an application program of a client of a network communication platform can be pre-installed on a terminal device, so that the client can be started and run on the terminal device; of course, when an online "client" such as HTML5 technology is employed, the client can be obtained and run without installing a corresponding application on the terminal device.
The network 10 for interaction between the handsets 12-14 and the server 11 may include various types of wired or wireless networks, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a group establishment method in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method applied to the server may include the following steps:
step 202, receiving an indication message sent by an initiator account, where the indication message is used to indicate that the initiator account determines a target account as a session target.
It should be noted that the sender account referred to in this disclosure corresponds to the initiator user, and the client logged in with the initiator account is the initiator client; similarly, the target account corresponds to the target user, and the client logged in with the target account is a target sending client; the associated account corresponds to the associated user, and the client logged in with the associated account is the associated client. The sending of the indication message by the initiator account can be understood as that the initiator account sends the indication message through the initiator client, or the initiator user controls the initiator account through a triggering operation, so that the terminal device corresponding to the initiator client sends the indication message to the server corresponding to the server; the target account and the associated account are similar to each other, and are not described again. In addition, the objects involved in the group message in the session group are collectively referred to as target transactions, and the session to which the group message belongs is referred to as a target session for the purpose of scenario description hereinafter.
In this embodiment, the indication message is used to indicate that the initiator account determines the target account as the session target, in other words, the initiator user has a communication intention with the target user (the initiator account wants to send a session message to the target account).
In one embodiment, the indication message may have a variety of possibilities. As an exemplary embodiment, the initiator account may open a session interface for the target account in the initiator client, for example, an instant session interface with the target account may be opened in an instant messaging application. In order to ensure that the server side can timely know the communication intention of the account of the sender, the initiator client side can send a notification message to the server side after detecting the opening operation aiming at the session interface, and the notification message can be an indication message. Further, to confirm the indication message, the server may determine the associated account corresponding to the target account after receiving the notification message sent by the sender client, and return a group establishment confirmation message to the sender client for display after determining the associated account, so that the initiator client may send a corresponding trigger confirmation message to the server after detecting that the initiator account (actually, the initiator user) triggers the group establishment confirmation message, and the server uses the trigger confirmation message as the indication message. By the method, the session group can be established only after the initiator account is confirmed, so that the initiator account can determine whether to establish the session group according to flexible fonts such as the emergency degree or the importance degree of the target transaction, and the session will of the initiator account is fully respected.
Further, when receiving a session message for a target account sent by an initiator account, the server may add the session message as a group message of a subsequently established session group, where the group message may be sent by the session group to the target account, an associated account, and the initiator account, so as to be respectively displayed to the target user, the associated user, and the initiator user, so that each participant of the session group can clearly know the session message that causes the establishment of the session group.
As another exemplary embodiment, the initiator client may send a session message for the target account to the server, for example, send query information about the target transaction, and the like, after detecting an open operation performed by the session interface for the target account, at which point the server may determine the session message as an indication message. Therefore, the indication message is determined only after the initiator account explicitly sends the session message, the accuracy of the determined indication message is ensured, and the problem of non-operation possibly caused by automatic sending of the indication message when the session interface is opened is avoided. Further, the server may return a group establishment confirmation message to the sender client for display after receiving the session message sent by the sender client and determining the associated account corresponding to the target account, so that the initiator client may send a corresponding confirmation message to the server after detecting a trigger operation performed by an initiator account (which may be understood as an initiator user) with respect to the group establishment confirmation message, so that the server determines the confirmation message as an indication message. In the two embodiments, the confirmation operation executed according to the confirmation message established by the initiator account for the group takes the corresponding confirmation message as the indication message, and the accuracy of the determined indication message is ensured through the participation operation of the initiator account, so that the misjudgment of the initiator account intention is avoided.
Step 204, under the condition that the target account has a preset associated account, establishing a session group including the initiator account, the target account and the associated account.
In an embodiment, an effective time period may be preset for the account association relationship, at this time, the server may query an account association relationship corresponding to the target account, where the account association relationship is a pre-established correspondence relationship between the target account and other accounts, and then determine an account recorded in the account association relationship as an associated account of the target account when the target account has the account association relationship and is within the effective time period of the account association relationship at the present time. The setting manner of the valid time period may be various, for example, the valid time period may be specified in advance by the establishing party of the account association relationship when establishing the account association relationship. Or, the valid time period may be set according to the account status of the target account when or after the account association relationship is established, and for example, when the current account status of the target account is a vacation status, a vacation start time and a vacation end time corresponding to the vacation status may be determined, and then a time period formed by the vacation start time and the vacation end time may be determined as the valid time period. The account status may be determined according to the account information of the target account, for example, the account status of the target account may be determined according to the schedule of the target account, an account calendar, account signature information, remark information, account memo information, or the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In an embodiment, the establishment of the account association relationship may be performed by the target client or the server. For example, after detecting the binding operation performed by the target account for the alternative account by the target client, the account association relationship may be directly established between the target account and the alternative account, so as to implement quick establishment of the account association relationship. Or, after receiving a binding request for an alternative account generated by a target client, the target server may send a binding confirmation request to the alternative account specified by the binding request, and then, in a case of receiving a confirmation message returned by the alternative account for the binding confirmation request, establish the account association relationship between the target account and the alternative account. The alternative account is any account except the target account and the initiator account, and is converted into the associated account of the target account after the account association relationship between the alternative account and the target account is established; the number of the above alternative account numbers and the number of the associated account numbers may be one or more, which is not limited by the present disclosure. The account association relationship is established after the binding confirmation request is sent and the confirmation message returned by the alternative account is received, so that the established account association relationship is guaranteed to be known by the alternative account and agreed by the alternative account, and the influence on the establishment of a subsequent session group or the communication of target transactions caused by the fact that the alternative account does not know the account association relationship is avoided to a certain extent.
Further, there are many possibilities for the sender of the binding request. For example, the sender of the binding request may be the target account, and at this time, the target account selects an alternative account and actively requests to establish an account association relationship with the alternative account, so that the target account may select an alternative account that accurately knows the target transaction, as a member belonging to a team related to the target transaction, and the like, to ensure effective communication between the initiator account and the associated account. For another example, the sender of the binding request may be a friend account of the target account, and at this time, the friend account of the target account selects an alternative account and requests to establish an account association relationship between the target account and the alternative account, which is beneficial to implementing communication functions such as group establishment or recommendation between friends. For another example, the sender of the binding request may be an administrator account corresponding to the target account, for example, after a target user participating in the target transaction leaves, a user account corresponding to a user who also participates in the target transaction may be determined as an alternative account, or a user account corresponding to a substitute user of the target user may be determined as an alternative account. Of course, other accounts may also be determined as alternative accounts, which may be specifically determined by the administrator account according to the actual situation, and the disclosure does not limit this.
Usually, the account association relationship is established before the session group, and a time interval between the establishment of the account association relationship and the establishment of the session group is long, so that it is difficult for the associated accounts to clearly remember the corresponding account association relationship after the session group is established, and it is inconvenient for subsequent communication with the account of the initiator. Therefore, in an embodiment, after the session group is established, the server may send a reminding message to the associated account, so that the associated account can quickly and definitely know the related information of the session group, and further, the subsequent communication efficiency with the initiator account is ensured. The reminding message may include information corresponding to the account association relationship, a member list included in the session group, group description information (for example, description information for the session group or a target transaction corresponding thereto) preset by the establishing party of the account association relationship when establishing the account association relationship, or strong reminding information (for example, reminding information including a preset special character such as "@") for the associated account, and the like, and is not described in detail.
In one embodiment, management pressure is high to avoid excessive groups that may result from establishing a session group for each initiator account with respect to a target account. The server may also pre-establish an initial session group including a target account and an associated account, and then add a sender account to the initial session group, thereby extending the initial session group to a session group including an initiator account, a target account, and an associated account. For example, the pre-established account association relationship may be used to create the initial session group in advance, and at this time, the server may add the initiator account to the initial session group to convert the initial session group into a session group including the initiator account, the target account, and the associated account, so as to ensure that the same target account and the associated account correspond to the same session group, thereby greatly reducing the number of session groups that the target account needs to maintain, and reducing the session or management pressure of the target account. Of course, the account association relationship may also be established not separately, but an initial session group including the target account and the associated account is established directly according to the binding request of the target account, so that the corresponding account association relationship may be determined according to the account relationship in the session group (for example, the target account may be a group owner or an administrator of the initial session group, or different account identifiers may be added to the target account and the associated account in the initial session group, respectively). The group is established in advance and the members are added in the later period, so that the establishing efficiency of the session group is improved conveniently.
Further, since the initial session group always corresponds to an account association relationship, i.e. to the target account and the associated account, the initial session group can reuse: adding different initiator accounts into the initial session group at different time periods respectively and generating corresponding session groups. For example, when it is determined that the target session corresponding to the session group has ended, the initiator account may be removed from the session group, and a message record file containing a group message of the session group may be returned to the initiator account, where the target session includes a session related to a target transaction in which the target account and the initiator account participate together. By removing the initiator account from the session group after the target session related to the target transaction is finished, the same initial session group corresponding to the same target account can be reused for different initiator accounts at different time periods.
Actually, corresponding to different network communication scenarios, the session group established by the group establishment method of the present disclosure may have various similarities, for example, in an Instant Messaging (IM) scenario, a session group based on an Instant Messaging application may be established between a plurality of user accounts of the Instant Messaging application; under the scene of network mails, a session group based on mail receiving and sending application can be established among a plurality of network mailbox accounts; in a circuit switching scenario, a session group based on sms/mms receiving and sending applications may be established among a plurality of account numbers (e.g., mobile phone numbers) corresponding to the sms/mms (certainly, in the scenario, the network communication system according to the present solution needs to perform necessary data and control signal transmission with a circuit switching network), which is not limited in this disclosure.
Step 206, forwarding a session message sent by the originating account to the target account to the session group, so as to provide the session message to the associated account.
Further, the server may determine that the session is ended after receiving a session end message sent by any account in the session group. The server may determine that the session is ended after receiving a session end message in a preset format or preset semantics sent by any account in the session group. For example, any account in the session group may end the target session in the session group by sending a preset termination keyword including "# end", "/terminate session/", or a session message including the preset termination keyword; or, the session message including the semantics of ending the session may also be directly sent, for example, when the target account sends a session message such as "end today, bye," and the associated account sends a session message such as "bye" or "good," the server may identify the termination intention of the participant of the target session for the current target session according to the semantics of the session message, so as to determine that the session is ended. It can be understood that, after the session group is established, the initiator account and the associated account may communicate with each other about the target transaction in the session group (i.e., perform the target session in the form of publishing the group session), and the target account may view the corresponding group session at any time, and of course, the target account may also participate in the group session.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating another method of group establishment in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the method applied to the initiator client may include the following steps:
step 302, determining an indication operation performed by the initiator account with respect to the target account.
In an embodiment, the indication operation is used to trigger the initiator account to send an indication message to the server, that is, the initiator user has a communication intention with the target user (the initiator account wants to send a session message to the target account). The indication operation may have various forms, as an exemplary embodiment, in order to ensure that the server knows the communication intention of the sender account in time, the initiator account may open a session interface for the target account, and correspondingly, the initiator client may send a notification message to the server after detecting the opening operation for the session interface, where opening the session interface for the target account is the indication operation.
As another exemplary embodiment, the initiator account may send a session message for the target account to the server after opening the session interface for the target account, for example, send query information about the target transaction, and at this time, the server may determine to send the session message as an indication operation. Therefore, the indication message is determined only after the initiator account explicitly sends the session message, the accuracy of the determined indication message is ensured, and the problem of non-operation possibly caused by automatic sending of the indication message when the session interface is opened is avoided. Further, the server may return a group establishment confirmation message to the sender client for display after receiving the session message sent by the sender client and determining the associated account corresponding to the target account, so that the initiator client may send a corresponding confirmation message to the server after detecting a trigger operation performed by the initiator account (actually, the initiator user) with respect to the group establishment confirmation message, so that the server determines the confirmation message as the indication information. In the two embodiments, the corresponding confirmation message is determined as the indication information according to the confirmation operation executed by the initiator account to establish the confirmation message to the group, and the accuracy of the determined indication information is ensured through the participation operation of the initiator account, so that the misjudgment of the initiator account intention is avoided.
Step 304, sending an indication message corresponding to the indication operation to a server, so that the server responds to the indication message, establishes a session group including the initiator account, the target account and the associated account if the target account has a preset associated account, and forwards a session message sent by the initiator account to the target account to the session group, so as to provide the session message to the associated account.
In an embodiment, after the server establishes the session group, the server may notify the initiator account, so that the initiator client may receive and display a group message of the session group sent by the server, for example, the session message, a group message corresponding to a subsequent target session, and the like.
According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, after receiving the indication message sent by the initiator account, the server may establish a session group including the sender account, the target account, and the associated account if the target account has a preset associated account, and forward the session message sent by the initiator account with respect to the target account to the session group, so as to provide the session message to the associated account, and enable the initiator account and the associated account to exchange a target transaction related to the target account in the session group. The target account does not need to inquire the associated account, so that the communication operation is simplified and the communication efficiency is improved; and the target account existing in the session group can acquire the session message between the initiator account and the associated account, so that the target account can timely and accurately acquire the related progress of the target transaction, and the target account can conveniently carry out subsequent work.
In the following, with reference to a group establishment method interaction flow chart shown in fig. 4, taking an instant messaging scenario as an example, a process of establishing a group by an IM server and a related account (which may be understood as a corresponding client logged in with an account) through the technical solution of the present disclosure is described in detail. As shown in fig. 4, the process may include:
step 401, configuring binding information corresponding to the account association relationship by the target account.
In one embodiment, there are many possibilities for the sender of the binding request. For example, the sender of the binding request may be a target account, and at this time, the target account selects an alternative account and actively requests to establish an account association relationship with the alternative account, so that the target user may select an alternative user who accurately knows the target transaction, for example, other members belonging to the same team corresponding to the target transaction, and the like, to ensure effective communication between the initiator user and the associated user. For another example, the sender of the binding request may be a friend account of the target account, and at this time, the friend user of the target user selects an alternative account and requests to establish an account association relationship between the target account and the alternative account, which is beneficial to implementing communication functions such as group establishment or recommendation between friends. For another example, the sender of the binding request may be an administrator account corresponding to the target account, for example, after a target user participating in the target transaction leaves, an account participating in the target transaction may be determined as an alternative account, or a substitute user of the target user is determined as an alternative user, of course, other users may also be determined as alternative users, which may be specifically determined by the administrator according to actual conditions, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, a sender of the binding request is taken as a target account for example. At this time, the target account may determine a corresponding candidate account according to an establishment purpose of the account association relationship or a target transaction related to the account association relationship, for example, other member accounts participating in the target transaction together with the target account may be determined as the candidate accounts. Of course, the alternative account may be not only a single user account, but also other group accounts in the instant messaging application. After the alternative account is determined, the target account may configure binding information related to the alternative account. For example, remark information of an alternative account, a valid time period of an account association relationship, and group description information of a session group (e.g., description information for the session group or a target transaction corresponding thereto, etc.) may be configured.
See fig. 5, which is a schematic view of a configuration interface for configuring binding information of a candidate account by a target account a. As shown in fig. 5, in the alternative account selection box 501, the target account a may select an alternative account from its own friend account list, or search and select a corresponding alternative account according to an organizational structure of a group to which the target account belongs, or of course, manually input an account ID of the alternative account or scan a two-dimensional code of a business card of the alternative account, and select the alternative account, thereby implementing selection of the alternative account to be bound. The target account may also set a valid time period of the account association relationship, for example, the start time of the account association relationship may be selected or manually input in the start time selection box 502, and the end time of the account association relationship may be selected or manually input in the end time selection box 503. Of course, by clicking the state synchronization control 504, the account state is input by the target account in the popped-up or jump-in state synchronization interface or the account state is automatically determined, and the effective time period of the account association relationship is determined according to the account state of the target account. If the current account status of the target account is a vacation status, determining a vacation starting time and a vacation ending time corresponding to the vacation status, and then determining a time period formed by the vacation starting time and the vacation ending time as the valid time period; alternatively, account information may be input from the target account in the state synchronization interface or automatically determined (such as schedule of the target account, account calendar, account signature information, remark information, and/or account memo information, etc.), and then the valid time period of the account association relationship may be determined according to the account state of the target account. The target account may also edit group profile information of the session group corresponding to the account association relationship in the group information input box 505, where the group profile information may include at least one of the following: the method comprises the steps of obtaining relevant information of a target transaction corresponding to an account association relation, establishing reasons of the account association relation, a message sent by a target account aiming at the associated account or an initiator account, and the like.
Step 402, the target account sends a binding request to the IM server.
In an embodiment, after determining the alternative account and configuring the binding information, the target account may send a binding request including the binding information to the IM server, and of course, the binding information may further include an account ID and/or other identification information of the target account. After receiving a binding request sent by any account, the IM server may extract relevant information from the binding request and determine a target account and an alternative account, and then the IM server may directly create an account association relationship between the target account and the alternative account based on configuration information in the binding request, that is, go to step 404; in order to ensure that the alternative account has sufficient knowledge of the account association relationship, the IM server may also establish the account association relationship after the alternative account is confirmed, that is, go to step 403.
Step 403, the alternative account receives a binding confirmation request sent by the IM service end, and returns a corresponding confirmation message to the IM service end after detecting that the alternative user performs a confirmation operation.
Although it is noted in fig. 4 that the IM server sends the binding acknowledgement message to the associated account, it should be understood that the binding acknowledgement message is sent to the alternative account — through establishment of the account association relationship, the alternative account is converted into the associated account — the "alternative account" and the "associated account" may be regarded as different names of the same user account at different stages.
In this embodiment, after receiving the binding confirmation request, the candidate account may present a binding confirmation interface corresponding to the binding confirmation request to the candidate user, so that the candidate user performs a preset operation in the interface, i.e., agrees (e.g., clicks "confirm") or disagrees (e.g., clicks "cancel") on establishment of the binding relationship. If the alternative user agrees, the alternative account can return a corresponding confirmation message to the IM server; otherwise, if the alternative user does not agree, the alternative account may return a corresponding non-confirmation message to the IM server. When the alternative account is a plurality of single user accounts, the IM server can respectively send binding confirmation requests to the alternative accounts and receive confirmation messages or non-confirmation messages returned by the alternative accounts; when the alternative account is another group account in the instant messaging application, the IM server may send a binding confirmation request to a group primary account and/or an administrator account of a group corresponding to the group account, and receive a confirmation message or a non-confirmation message returned by the group primary account and/or the administrator account.
In step 404, the IM server establishes an account association relationship between the target account and the alternative account.
In this embodiment, when the IM service does not send a binding acknowledgement message to the candidate account (step 403 is not performed), the IM service may directly establish an account association relationship between the target account and all the candidate accounts. In the case that the IM server sends a binding acknowledgement message to the alternative account (to execute step 403), the IM server may determine a message type of a message returned by the alternative account. If the alternative account returns a non-confirmation message, the IM server can quit the establishment process of the account association relationship and return a reminding message of the account association relationship establishment failure to the target account so that the target user can know the account association relationship establishment failure; otherwise, if the alternative account returns a confirmation message, the IM server may establish an account association relationship between the target account and the alternative account corresponding to the received confirmation message.
In an embodiment, the account association relationship may include account IDs of the target account and the associated account, and association information between the target account and the associated account, such as information describing that the target account is an initiator of the account association relationship. And finishing the establishment of the account association relationship, namely indicating that the target account and the associated account are bound. After the account association relationship is established, the IM server may send a binding notification to the target account and the associated account, so as to notify the target user and the associated user that the account association relationship is established.
In step 405, the initiator account detects that the initiator user opens a session interface for the target account.
If the session interface is opened when the account association relationship is not established, the method has no essential difference from the normal communication process between the initiator account and the target account in the related art, and is not repeated.
In this embodiment, the initiator user may open the session interface for the target account at any time after the establishment of the account association relationship is completed, and accordingly, the initiator account may detect an opening operation for the session interface.
The following description takes an example in which an account association relationship exists between the target account a and the associated account B, and the initiator account C opens a session interface for the target account a. Firstly, it should be noted that a friend relationship may exist between the initiator account C and the target account a, and a historical communication record of the initiator account C and the target account a may exist in a session interface opened by the initiator account C and related to the target account a; the above-mentioned initiator account C and the target account may also have no friend relationship, that is, the session interface opened by the initiator account C and related to the target account a is a temporary session interface, for example, the initiator account C finds the target account a in the same group through an organizational structure and establishes a temporary session with the target account a, and the present disclosure does not limit the session type corresponding to the session interface.
Fig. 6 takes the example that a friend relationship exists between the initiator account C and the target account a, and a session interface opened by the initiator account C with respect to the target account a may be as shown in fig. 6 (a).
Step 406, the initiating party account sends an indication message to the IM server.
Step 407, the IM server determines the account association relationship related to the target account based on the indication message.
After the initiator account C opens the session interface related to the target account a, an indication operation for the target account a may be implemented, so as to trigger the initiator account C to send an indication message to the IM server, so as to indicate that the initiator user has a communication intention with the target user (i.e., the initiator account C wants to send a session message to the target account a).
As an exemplary embodiment, the initiating account C may send a notification message to the IM server after opening the session interface for the target account a, at this time, opening the session interface for the target account a is an indication operation, and the notification message is an indication message. At this time, after the initiating account C opens the session interface for the target account a as shown in fig. 6(a), the target account a may immediately send a notification message containing account information (e.g., account ID) of the target account a and the initiating account C to the IM server, so as to notify the IM server that the session interface is opened, thereby facilitating the IM server to directly establish the session group. Or, after receiving the notification message sent by the initiating account C, the IM server may determine, based on the notification message, the associated account B corresponding to the target account a and then return to the sending account to establish a confirmation message to the group, where the initiating account C displays the message after receiving the message, as shown in fig. 6 (B). In 6(b), the group establishment confirmation message presented by the originating account number C includes message content 601b and a confirmation control 602b, where the message content 601b "is the user absent, is the user known about their associated user? "for prompting the initiator user for confirmation of establishment of the session group; the confirmation control 602b is used to detect a confirmation operation of the receiving initiator user. If the user triggers (e.g., clicks) the confirmation control 602b, the initiator account C may send a corresponding confirmation message to the IM server, at this time, triggering the confirmation control 602b is an indication operation, and the confirmation message is an indication message. If the user does not trigger (or does not trigger within a preset time period) the confirmation control 602b, the IM server does not establish the session group, and at this time, the initiator account C may continue to send the session message to the target account a according to a conventional session manner in the related art (the target account a may not reply).
As another exemplary embodiment, the initiating account C may send a session message for the target account a to the IM server directly after opening a session interface for the target account a, for example, send query information about the target item, at this time, the IM server may determine the session message sent for the target account a as an indication operation, and determine the session message as an indication message. Referring to fig. 6(C), the initiating account C may directly send a session message 601C to the target account a, and after receiving the session message 601C, the IM server may determine a corresponding account association relationship based on the message, where the sending of the session message 601C is an indication operation, and the session message 601C is an indication message. Or, as shown in fig. 6(d), after receiving the session message 601d sent by the initiating account C, the IM server may also determine, based on the session message 601d, the associated account B corresponding to the target account a and then return a group establishment confirmation message to the sending account, and after receiving the message, the initiating account C shows: the confirmation message includes message content 602d and confirmation control 603d, which function as in fig. 6(b) above and are not described here again. After the initiating party account C performs the trigger operation for the confirmation control 603d, the initiating party account C returns a group establishment confirmation message to the IM server, so that the IM server establishes the session group.
In each of the above embodiments, the IM server may query, in the already established and stored account association relationship, the account association relationship that the target account a initiated, and return a corresponding group establishment confirmation message to the initiating account C based on the account association relationship when the current time is in the valid time period of the account association relationship; or, the IM server may delete the account association relationship after the current time exceeds the valid time period of any account association relationship, so that the IM server may directly establish a group establishment confirmation message that returns a corresponding group establishment confirmation message to the initiating account C based on the account association relationship after querying the account association relationship established by the target account a in the established and stored account association relationships.
In addition, the group establishment confirmation message sent by the IM server to the initiator account C may not include account information (such as an account ID) of the associated account, and at this time, the group establishment confirmation message displayed by the initiator account C is shown in fig. 6 (b); the IM server may also include the account information of the associated account B in a group establishment confirmation message and send the group establishment confirmation message to the initiator account C, where the group establishment confirmation message shown by the initiator account C is shown in fig. 6 (d).
In step 408, the IM server establishes a session group based on the account association relationship.
Corresponding to each embodiment of the above step 406 and 407, after receiving the notification message sent by the initiator account, the IM server may directly determine the corresponding target account and the initiator account according to the notification message, determine the associated account according to the account association relationship corresponding to the query target account, and then establish a session group including the initiator account, the target account, and the associated account. The specific resume process of the session group can be referred to the disclosure in the related art, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment, after the session group is established, the IM server may send a group establishment notification about the session group to the initiator account, the target account, and the associated account, so that each account controls to display a session interface of the session group according to the received group establishment notification: for the initiator account, the automatic skip of the session interface aiming at the target account into the session interface of the session group can be controlled; for a target account, under the condition that a session interface related to an initiator account is displayed, jumping to enter the session interface of the session group from the session interface, under the condition that the session interface related to the initiator account is not displayed, newly building the session interface of the session group in a session list of a corresponding instant messaging application, and setting the session interface to be in a disturbance-free mode to reduce the disturbance on the target account as much as possible; for the associated account, a session interface of the session group may be newly created in a session list of the corresponding instant messaging application.
In an embodiment, in step 406, when the initiating account sends a session message to the IM server, the session message may also be automatically added as a group message of a session group, so that the group message is sent by the session group to the target account, the associated account, and the initiating account for displaying, respectively. Taking the initiator account C as an example, a group interface of the session group shown by the initiator account C is shown in fig. 7, and the group name 701 may be an identification list of each group member, and may also include the number of group members (e.g., (3) "), or a keyword in a group profile of the session group (e.g.," item S discussion group "), or may even be a group name preset in the binding information configuration interface for the target account, which is not limited in this disclosure. At this point, the above-described session message presented in the group session interface is shown at 702.
And step 409, the IM server sends a reminding message to the associated account.
Usually, the account association relationship is established before the session group, and a time interval between the establishment of the account association relationship and the establishment of the session group is long, so that it is difficult for the associated accounts to clearly remember the corresponding account association relationship after the session group is established, and it is inconvenient for subsequent communication with the initiator account. In order to solve the problem, in an embodiment, the server may send a prompting message containing group information to the associated account after the session group is established, so that the associated account can quickly and definitely know the related information of the session group, and further, the communication efficiency between the server and the initiator account is ensured.
As an exemplary embodiment, the reminding information may include strong reminding information for the associated account, such as strong reminding information 703 "@ B" in fig. 7, where the preset special character "@" has a strong reminding function: when the associated client detects that the "@ B" word appears in the session message, the group interface is highlighted in the instant messaging application interface of the associated account B, and the associated account B can be reminded through highlighting means such as color change, bounce, sound and the like.
As another exemplary embodiment, the reminding information may include information corresponding to an account association relationship, a member list included in a session group, and group description information (for example, description information for the session group or a target transaction corresponding to the session group) preset by an establishing party of the account association relationship when establishing the account association relationship. As shown in fig. 8, at this time, a reminding message 801 is displayed in a group interface corresponding to the session group, where the reminding message 801 includes information corresponding to the account association relationship, "the group is established according to the account association relationship between your and a," information for communicating an item S "and group description information," current group member includes A, B, C, "and of course, other information may also be included, which is not described again.
The session group established in the above manner and the session process between the members in the session group are not substantially different from the group session in the related art, a session can be performed between the initiator account and the associated account in the session group, and the target account in the session group can acquire the session content between the initiator account and the associated account, so that the target user can know the progress of the target transaction timely and accurately. So far, the IM server completes the introduction of the embodiment process of establishing the session group after receiving the indication information.
Actually, the IM server may also pre-establish an initial group session after establishing the account association relationship, and add the initiator account to the initial group session after receiving the indication information to establish a session group, which is described in detail below with reference to another group establishment method interaction flowchart shown in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 9, the process may include:
step 901, configuring binding information corresponding to the account association relationship by the target account.
Step 902, the target account sends a binding request to the IM server.
Step 903, the IM server establishes an account association relationship between the target account and the alternative account.
There is no essential difference between the steps 901-903 and the steps 401-402 and 404, and thus the specific process can refer to the steps 401-402 and 404. Moreover, the step of binding confirmation by the associated account as shown in step 403 may also be performed between the above steps 901 and 902, and will not be described again.
In step 904, the IM server establishes an initial session group including the target account and the alternative account.
In an embodiment, after the account association relationship is established, the IM server may establish an initial session group including a target account and a candidate account according to the account association relationship. As shown in fig. 10, in the session interface of the session group corresponding to the target account a, the group name 1001 of the initial session group may be "A, B initial group" including a group member list, and of course, when the number of the associated accounts B is large, the group name 1001 may also take other forms without including a group member list, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
In an embodiment, after the initial session group is established, a reminding message 1002 may be displayed in the initial session group, where the reminding message may include information corresponding to an account association relationship, a member list included in the session group, and group description information (such as description information for the session group or a target transaction corresponding to the session group) preset by an establishing party of the account association relationship when the account association relationship is established. As shown in fig. 10, at this time, the reminding message 801 displayed in the group interface corresponding to the session group may include information "the group is established according to the account association between your and B" the group description information "is used for exchanging the item S" and the member list "the current group member includes A, B" corresponding to the account association, and of course, other information may also be included, which is not described again.
In another embodiment, in the step 903, even the account association relationship may not be established separately, but an initial session group including the target account and the associated account is established directly according to the binding request of the target account, so that the corresponding account association relationship may be determined according to the account relationship in the session group (for example, the target account may be a group owner or an administrator of the initial session group, or different account identifiers may be added to the target account and the associated account in the initial session group, respectively).
Step 905, the initiator account detects that the initiator user opens a session interface for the target account.
Step 906, the initiating party account sends an indication message to the IM server.
Step 907, the IM server determines the account association relationship related to the target account based on the indication message.
There is no essential difference between the steps 905-.
Step 908, the IM server adds the initiator account to the initial session group to establish the session group.
In an embodiment, after determining the account association relationship corresponding to the target account, the IM server may determine an initial session group corresponding to the account association relationship, and then add the initiator account to the initial session group, thereby converting the initial session group into a session group. It can be seen that the initial session group only includes the target account and the associated account having an account association relationship with the target account, and the session group simultaneously includes the initiator account, the target account and the associated account.
In step 909, the IM server sends a reminder message to the associated account.
After the initiating party account is added to the initial session group, the IM server can send a reminding message to the associated account in the established session group so as to display the issuing party account. As shown in fig. 11(a), in a session interface of a session group corresponding to the initiator account C, a reminder message 1101a containing group information may be displayed, where the reminder message includes reminder information for the initiator account. In addition, strong reminding information 1102a for the associated account can be displayed, for example, reminding of the associated account B can be realized through a prominent display means such as color change, bounce, sound and the like. Correspondingly, the display effect in the session interface of the session group corresponding to the associated account B is as shown in fig. 11(B), where the reminder messages 1101B and 1102B for the associated account B may also be displayed, and of course, only one of the reminder messages may also be displayed, which is not described again.
The session group established in the above manner and the session process between the members in the session group are not substantially different from the group session in the related art, a session can be performed between the initiator account and the associated account in the session group, and the target account in the session group can obtain the session content between the initiator account and the associated account, so that the target user can timely and accurately know the progress of the target transaction.
In step 910, the initiating party account sends a session end message to the IM server.
In step 911, the IM service removes the originating account from the session group.
Because the above-mentioned initial session group always corresponds to an account association relationship, i.e. to the target account and the associated account, the initial session group can be reused: adding different initiator accounts into the initial session group at different time periods respectively and generating corresponding session groups.
In an embodiment, when it is determined that the target session corresponding to the session group has ended, the initiator account may be removed from the session group, and a message record file of a group message of the session group may be included in the initiator account. The message record file may include a group session corresponding to a target session occurring between the initiator account and the associated account (or may include a target account). The initiator account is removed from the session group after the target session related to the target transaction is finished, so that the initial session group can be reused for different initiator accounts at different time periods, the number of session groups corresponding to one target account is reduced, and the workload of maintaining the session groups by the target account is effectively reduced.
In an embodiment, after receiving a session end message sent by any account in the session group, it may be determined that the session is ended. As shown in fig. 11(C), after the initiator account C in the session group with the name 1101C of "A, B, C" completes the communication (corresponding to the historical session record 1102C) with the associated account B for the target transaction, a session end message 1103C in a preset format, such as "[ end group chat ], or" { session end } "may be sent. Of course, the above-mentioned session end message may be sent by any user account in the session group, and this disclosure does not limit this. When the IM server receives the session end message, the originating account C may be removed from the session group, so as to convert the session group into the initial session group again. After the initiator account C is removed, the group name of the session group may be updated to the group name of the initial group 1101d, and a prompt message 1102d may also be displayed in the session interface of the session group corresponding to the target account and the associated account. Of course, it can be understood that after the new initiator account (e.g., D) sends the indication message to the target account a again, the IM server may add the new initiator account into the initial session group again, so as to implement multiplexing of the session group, avoid inconvenience in viewing the target account and the associated account due to excessive establishment of the session group, and reduce communication efficiency.
