Circuit breakers are known in the art for short-circuit and overload protection, which is implemented by means of electromagnetic coils, and are widely used in electrical power systems. The market price of the breaker opening and closing coil is lower, and when the breaker opening and closing coil fails, a method for replacing a new electromagnetic coil by power failure is generally adopted in the past, namely, the normal state is recovered. Although the method is feasible, the method has obvious problems that firstly, the method belongs to post-remediation type, the occurrence of the problem cannot be predicted in advance, huge economic losses can be possibly caused to a power system and national economy, secondly, whether the coil faults occur or not needs to be detected and confirmed when the faults occur, the overhaul time and the power failure time are prolonged intangibly in the process, the overhaul efficiency is lower, and the economic losses caused by the power failure are larger. In view of the objective existence of the problems, the electric power system adopts measures to detect the opening and closing coil of the circuit breaker at present, and the method mainly comprises manual inspection, test of the action characteristics of the circuit breaker by adopting a mechanical characteristic tester and the like. However, the manual inspection is limited by various factors such as service level, mental state and the like, so that the detection quality is affected, and even potential safety hazards caused by missed detection and false detection are generated. The mechanical characteristic detection method has certain effects although widely accepted by operators in the use process, but has the problems of heavy detection equipment, low detection efficiency, complex detection technology and the like. Therefore, a more sensitive, reliable and convenient detection device for the opening and closing coil of the circuit breaker is needed on site to solve the problems.

Meanwhile, the 220V alternating current power supply outputs current, voltage and conduction time which are the same as those of the running working condition. Pulse signals at two ends of the coil are respectively input into a first channel and a second channel of the high-speed oscilloscope through the isolating, filtering and amplifying modules to realize high-speed acquisition of the pulse signals, and acquired data are transmitted to an analysis host through USB signals to be analyzed. The detection method for the opening and closing coil of the circuit breaker has higher sensitivity than manual and mechanical detection.
The analysis unit controls the functions of generating and stopping repeated pulse in the detection unit, switching on and switching off the 220V alternating current power supply, transmitting collected data of the high-speed oscilloscope and the like through the USB interface, and finally completes the functions of characteristic waveform calculation, fault severity judgment, historical data storage, analysis report generation and the like.
When the detection device is used, the wiring with the opening and closing coil of the circuit breaker is easy to operate, the efficiency is high, and compared with a heavy mechanical detector, the detection device is more convenient to carry and can perform efficient field operation.
