Abstract

本发明公开了一种大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房,包括除杂质模块及内部自上而下交替放置的换热模块和除湿模块,也包括换热用电热源,底部出料双向输送机,所有动力电源及配电控制箱;本发明换热模块和除湿模块的工作是分开的,除湿时没有带走大量热能,节能效果达到50%以上;所述的换热模块热量是在管道内流动,不管哪种热源气体都没有和谷物接触,谷物中没有任何残留物;本发明换热模块进出口温差小,内部控温稳定,各处温度均衡,烘干后粮食原有品质不受影响,口感好,稻谷碎米率低,种子发芽率高;本发明解决了谷物烘干效率低、污染大、烘干费用高,烘干品质不高的问题,是理想的节能、环保、卫生大型粮食烘干房。

技术领域
本发明涉及谷物烘干技术领域,尤其是涉及一种大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房。
背景技术
谷物干燥是粮食存储的必要环节,所述模块结构粮食烘干房,解决了传统烘干机由于内部结构原因形成的固有缺点,如很不节能;利用率低,烘干效率低;靠近热源侧的温度高,稻谷易爆腰,碎米率高;谷物品质差,做种子影响发芽率;尤其热源是燃柴油、燃煤、燃生物颗粒等烘干机,产生大量的废烟、废渣、废灰等很不环保;这些热源经过谷物会留下不卫生的残留物,烘干后食物口感差;内部温差大,烘干不均匀;烘干后有的很快出现回潮的现象。这些问题,在大产能模块结构组装式烘干房内不复存在。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有烘干机技术存在的不足,提供一种高效、节能、环保、粮食卫生、内部温差小、烘干品质高的大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房。
所述大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房,包括斗式提升机,及顶部设置有除杂质系统;所述烘干房本体内自上而下交替设置有多个换热模块和除湿模块,所述换热模块用于加热谷物,在一定温度下谷物内的水分向外散发。所述除湿模块用于将谷物中散发出来的水分排出烘干房本体外侧。谷物在下行中经过层层换热除湿,而达到所需要的含水率。
所述大产能烘干房底部设有多个可调的卸料阀,用以控制谷物下行速度。
所述大产能烘干房设有多个温度计和湿度计,准确调节和控制其内部的温、湿度。
所述大产能烘干房设有在线式谷物水分测试仪,控制显示屏上在线显示烘干房内部各层温湿度和谷物含水率。

如图1所示,一种大产能模块结构组装式谷物烘干房,包括斗式提升机1,谷物通过斗式提升机进入自流管2连接自动除杂质系统3,自动除杂质系统通过槽钢4架设在烘干房本体顶部,自动除杂质系统集中预处理夹杂在谷物中的断草、碎叶、空壳及尘土,提高谷物品质,谷物经自动除杂质系统进入烘干房本体内部,烘干房本体内部自上而下交替安装有多层换热模块5和多层除湿模块6,换热模块用于蒸发谷物中的水分,换热模块管口连接着热源7,形成热量在管道内循环。换热模块与除湿模块分层分别工作,避免谷物在除湿时热量流失,节能效果好。所述烘干房本体底部设置有多个下料斗,下料斗安装可调节卸料阀8,可调节卸料阀可以根据需要调节下料斗的谷物流量,下料阀正下方设置有双向输送系统9,双向输送系统一端连接斗式提升机,用于循环烘干;另一端连接外输送皮带机10,用于烘干完成后外输送装车。烘干房本体外侧还配置配电箱11和带显示屏的控制器12。
本发明烘干房使粮食通过换热模块和除湿模块的组合,分段逐步干燥谷物,具有占地小、产能大、烘干效率高,热量均衡、节能显著、烘干品质高。可以根据温度、湿度、谷物含水率自动控制整个烘干过程,为粮食丰产丰收、安全存储提供了可靠保证。尤其对连续阴雨天气,抢收、抢储,减少粮食损失发挥着无与能比的作用。

Claims (6)

1.一种大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房,是由多种模块组成,其特征在于:顶部是除杂质模块,内部从上到下是交替设置有多个换热模块和除湿模块,底部设置有若干个下料斗,下料斗正下方设置有可调的出料阀,出料阀下面是双向输送的皮带机,该皮带机一头与斗式提升机连接,另一头与输送外部的皮带机连接,皮带机、斗提机、除湿、除杂质风机等电源均由专用的电源配电箱供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房,其特征在于:除杂质模块是由钢网、拉簧、偏心轮电机、风机等组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房,其特征在于:换热模块和除湿模块是在不同的层面交叉安装的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房,其特征在于:换热模块是由热量进出口总管及若干带换热片的支管组成,热源由专用电热源供给。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房,其特征在于:电热源具有热量进出口,其出口管与换热模块进口管连接,进口管与换热模块出口管连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种大产能模块结构组装式粮食烘干房,其特征在于:换热模块的热源可以接受外部通过管道送来的热源。
