The annular shell 3 is provided with a plurality of raised partition plates 4, and the adjacent partition plates 4 are connected with each other in a bonding way through solar panels 5.
The side surface of the lamp holder 7 is provided with a clamping groove 8, and the storage battery 9 is clamped and embedded in the clamping groove 8.
The outer end of the circular ring-shaped shell 3 is connected with a circular ring-shaped fixing ring 1 with an L-shaped section, and the diameter of the grating plate 6 is larger than the inner diameter of the fixing ring 1. The fixing ring 1 is used for fixing the grating plate 6 and preventing the grating plate from falling.
