The invention solves the problems of incomplete oil-water separation, high oil content of discharged water, unsatisfactory treatment effect and the like. Meanwhile, the problem of cleaning and reusing the filter material is solved, the oily sewage is continuously and stably treated all the time, the labor intensity is reduced, the economic cost is saved, the safety is improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical sewage treatment equipment, in particular to a backwashing filtering device for oily sewage.
Background
In the sewage treatment process of oil fields, refineries, chemical plants and the like, large-area devices are often constructed for treating mixed liquid separation, such as settling ponds or settling tanks, air flotation devices, oil separation, filtration and fixed liquid level recovery, but the oil-water separation is incomplete in the operation process, and the oil content of the discharged water is higher than the emission index, so that the treatment effect is not ideal. And because the oily sewage contains a large amount of silt, suspended matters and other impurities.
After the oily sewage is treated by settling tank, air floating device, oil separation, filtering and fixed liquid level recovery, the oil content of sewage is 30-50ppm, which can not reach an ideal result.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a backwashing filter device for oily sewage, which is an important link in the process of oily sewage treatment, and utilizes high-adsorbability filter filler and a hydrophilic coalescence filter to make dirty oil and suspended particles in the sewage adsorbed on the surface of the filter, and water molecules are discharged after passing through a hydrophilic coalescence filter element. Along with the increase of adsorbates of the filter material, the pressure difference between the sewage inlet and the clean water outlet is increased, when the differential pressure gauge reaches a set value, the automatic control system closes the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve, opens the back washing valve, and the back washing water enters the tank from the interior of the coalescence filter element through the high-pressure pump to wash the filter material, so that the dirty oil and the impurities adsorbed by the filter material are washed and discharged from the tank bottom. Thereby achieving the purpose of separating the mixed liquid.
The oil-containing sewage with high oil content can reduce the oil content of the discharged water to below 5ppm by the treatment, and the discharged water reaches the discharge standard. The whole treatment process is high in automation degree, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the operation process is stable and reliable, the separation time of mixed liquid is shortened, and a better separation effect is achieved.
In order to solve the problems existing in the background technology, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the device comprises a totally-enclosed backwashing tank, a high-adsorption filtering filler, a hydrophilic coalescence filter, an automatic control system, a sewage inlet, a clear water discharge outlet, a backwashing water inlet, a backwashing device, an external discharge tank, a reverse feeding tank, a drain outlet, a prying body and the like.
The invention not only solves the separation problem of the mixed liquid. Meanwhile, the problem of cleaning and reusing the filter material is solved, the oily sewage is continuously and stably treated all the time, the labor intensity is reduced, the treatment cost is saved, the safety is improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced.

The tank body of the backwashing tank is designed into a flange structure, so that the assembly and disassembly of the coalescence filter group in the tank are facilitated; the filling height of the high-adsorption filter filler is slightly higher than the discharge height of the coalescence filter group; the coalescence filter group is vertically arranged in the tank and is connected with an outer discharge port of the tank body; the sewage inlet is arranged on the top of the tank and is provided with an electric actuating valve; the clear water discharge port and the back flushing port are connected in a tri-level mode, the height of the clear water discharge port is consistent with that of the discharge port of the coalescence filter group, and the clear water discharge port and the back flushing port are respectively provided with an electric execution valve; the sewage draining port is arranged at the bottom of the tank and is controlled by a valve to drain sewage; the differential pressure gauge detects the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet, and sends a signal to the control system to start the back washing action when the pressure difference reaches a set value; all facilities are installed in the pry body, so that the field installation is convenient.
