The protective cover 33 is internally provided with a return block 42 corresponding to the unlocking block 41, a return spring 43 is connected between the return block 42 and the unlocking block 41, and when the unlocking boss 14 is not abutted to the unlocking protrusion 411, the return block 42 and the return spring are arranged, so that the unlocking block 41 is convenient to return through the acting force of the return spring 43 on the unlocking block 41, and the locking function of the key 46 is convenient to realize.
