The working principle of dust collection is as follows: the PLC controls the fan 21 to be started by electrifying, the third valve 131 to be started by electrifying, the fourth valve 12 is in a closed state, dust enters the cavity at the lower part of the partition plate 23 from the air suction port 13, then is filtered by the filtering device 24, passes through the annular hollow sleeve 241, fresh air enters the cavity at the upper part of the partition plate 23, and then enters the fan air inlet 22 from the cavity at the upper part of the partition plate 23, then enters the fan 21 and is discharged to the silencer 20 from the fan air outlet. When the dust collecting bag 304 is full (dust collection time can be set by setting PLC), the dust collecting bag 304 needs to be replaced, at this time, the PLC firstly controls to open the fourth valve 12, dust falls into the dust collecting bag 304 from the filter barrel 9 through the fourth valve 12, the dust collecting barrel 30 connected with the filter barrel 9 is drawn out to replace the dust collecting bag 304, and the dust collecting bag 304 can be reinstalled by reverse operation after the replacement is finished.
The back flushing working principle is as follows: after dust collection is stopped, in the first process, the PLC controls the compressor 14 to be powered on, and simultaneously closes the third valve 131, opens the fourth valve 12 and opens the first valve 17, so that air in the air storage tank 19 is blown to the lower part of the partition plate 23 through the second blowback pipe 26 and is blown to the periphery of the filter bag 243.
In the second process, the PLC controls the compressor 14 to be powered on, and simultaneously closes the third valve 131, opens the fourth valve 12, and opens the second valve 18, so that the air in the air storage tank 19 is blown into the filter bag through the first blowback pipe 25, and is blowback into the filter bag 243.
In the two processes, the filter is used for back blowing and forward blowing to prevent the pressure of the filter vat 9 from being overlarge, a back blowing exhaust pipe 28 is arranged on one side of the filter vat 9, and when the pressure is overlarge, the air is filtered into fresh air through a filter device 24 in the back blowing exhaust pipe 28 and is exhausted through a one-way valve 28. When dust is sucked, the one-way valve 28 is in a closed state because the cavity at the lower part of the clapboard 23 is negative pressure.
The principle of quick assembly and disassembly of the dust collection barrel is as follows: referring to fig. 8-11, during installation, the rotating shaft 302 is pushed into the L-shaped groove 291, the roller 303 presses the upper surface of the protrusion 292, then the handle 301 is pressed downward, the rotating shaft 302 moves upward toward the top of the L-shaped groove 291 under the action of the lever (the roller 303 is equivalent to a fulcrum), the dust collection bucket 30 is driven to move upward, the edge of the opening of the dust collection bucket 30 is tightly attached to the groove 121, finally the handle 301 is pressed downward, the roller 303 moves into the protrusion 292, and the position of the dust collection bucket 30 is fixed by the self-gravity of the dust collection bucket 30. The reverse operation is only needed when the device is disassembled.

A dust collector comprises a base, and is characterized in that: the filter vat is installed on the upper portion of the base, a fan is arranged on one side of the filter vat, a fan air inlet and a fan air outlet are arranged on the fan, the fan air inlet penetrates through the outer wall of the filter vat and extends into the filter vat, a partition board for isolating the interior of the filter vat from top to bottom is arranged on the upper section of the filter vat, a plurality of through holes are formed in the partition board, the fan air inlet is hermetically connected with one of the through holes, a filter device is hermetically installed in the other through holes, a straight pipe extending to the exterior of the filter vat is installed on the upper portion of the partition board, a plurality of first back-blowing pipes communicated with the straight pipe are arranged on the surface of the straight pipe, each first back-blowing pipe faces one filter device, a bent pipe extending to the exterior of the filter vat is arranged on the upper portion or the lower portion of the straight pipe, a plurality of second back-blowing pipes communicated with the bent pipe are arranged, the baffle upper portion keep apart it with external seal through the closing plate, return bend and straight tube communicate with each other with gas storage device through first valve and second valve respectively, lauter tub one side be equipped with the induction port that leads to baffle lower part cavity, the induction port end be equipped with the third valve, the lauter tub opposite side be equipped with the blowback blast pipe that leads to baffle lower part cavity, blowback blast pipe inside communicate with each other with the outside through filter equipment, blowback blast pipe top be equipped with the check valve, baffle lower part cavity keep apart with external seal through the fourth valve that sets up in the lauter tub lower part.

A vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein: base upper portion be equipped with two vertical frames, two frames on be equipped with the pivot relatively, the pivot on be equipped with around its pivoted support frame, the support frame between the fixed mounting filter vat, the fan install on the support frame, the filter vat erect, the frame surface of the radial one side of pivot be equipped with first pinhole, the support frame surface of the radial one side of pivot be equipped with the second pinhole, first pinhole opposite with second pinhole position, the frame surface and the support frame surface of the axial one side of pivot be equipped with third pinhole and fourth pinhole, third pinhole corresponding with fourth pinhole position.
3. A vacuum cleaner according to claim 2, wherein: the surface of the support frame on one side of the rotating shaft in the radial direction is provided with one end of a hydraulic rod through a hinge, and the other end of the hydraulic rod is arranged on the surface of the base through a hinge.

A vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein: the outlet of the fourth valve is arranged vertically downwards, a circle of groove with a downward opening is arranged around the outlet of the fourth valve, a dust collecting barrel with an upward opening is arranged at the lower part of the filter barrel, the edge of the upper part of the dust collecting barrel is arranged in the groove, two dust collecting barrel supports are vertically arranged on a rack at the lower part of the fourth valve, and the dust collecting barrel is arranged between the two dust collecting barrel supports;
the dust collecting barrel is characterized in that an L-shaped groove is formed in the inner side of the dust collecting barrel support, the L-shaped groove is opened in the opposite direction of the rack, a lug is arranged on the surface of the dust collecting barrel support at the lower portion of the L-shaped groove, rotating shafts are arranged on two sides of the dust collecting barrel, a handle perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shafts is fixedly arranged on the rotating shafts, rolling wheels parallel to the axis of the rotating shafts extend out of the side faces of the handle, and the total width of the rolling wheels and the rotating shafts is smaller than or equal to the height from the upper.
