Abstract
The invention relates to a shelf structure and a shelf module thereof, wherein the shelf module comprises an inclined carrier, a roller assembly and a plurality of shelf boxes, the inclined carrier is provided with an inclined top wall, a first side edge and a second side edge which are arranged at two sides of the inclined top wall, and the height of the inclined top wall is gradually reduced from the first side edge to the second side edge; the roller wheel assembly is arranged on the inclined top wall and spans between the first side edge and the second side edge; the plurality of storage boxes are placed on the inclined top wall and the roller assemblies and are arranged between the first side edge and the second side edge in parallel. Therefore, the storage rack structure and the storage platform module have the advantages of conveniently taking medicines and managing the storage life of the medicines.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a supporting structure for holding articles, and more particularly, to a shelf structure and a shelf module thereof.
Background
Improper placement of medicines, over-extrusion or overlapping stacking of medicines, and untimely and accurate homing of medicines after dispensing can all cause misplacement of medicine placement, and hidden danger of medicine adjustment for the next time is buried. Therefore, how to design a drug storage rack convenient for taking drugs and managing shelf life is the key point of the inventor to improve the existing drug storage rack.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and studies to solve the above problems, and have made a development of the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a shelf structure and a shelf module thereof, which utilize the advantage that when a storage box adjacent to a second side edge is pulled out, the rest storage boxes on an inclined top wall can automatically slide from the first side edge to the second side edge through a roller component, so that the shelf structure and the shelf module have the advantages of conveniently taking medicines and managing the storage life of the medicines.

preferably, the number of the roller assemblies is multiple, the inclined top wall has multiple grooves spanned between the first side edge and the second side edge, and each roller assembly is accommodated in each groove;
preferably, each roller assembly comprises a fixed seat which can be detachably accommodated in each groove and a plurality of rolling elements which are arranged on the fixed seat, and each roller element is a roller or a ball;
preferably, the inclined carrier has two stop plates extending upwards from the first side edge and the second side edge;
preferably, a fetching and placing opening is formed in the front side of each storage box, two side baffles extend upwards from two sides of each storage box, and the two side baffles and the two baffle plates are oppositely arranged;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a shelf module, including: the inclined carrier is provided with an inclined top wall, a first side edge and a second side edge, wherein the first side edge and the second side edge are arranged on two sides of the inclined top wall, and the height of the inclined top wall gradually decreases from the first side edge to the second side edge; at least one roller assembly mounted on the inclined top wall and straddling between the first side edge and the second side edge; and a plurality of storage boxes which are placed on the inclined top wall and the roller assemblies and are arranged between the first side edge and the second side edge in parallel;
preferably, the number of the roller assemblies is multiple, the inclined top wall has multiple grooves spanned between the first side edge and the second side edge, and each roller assembly is accommodated in each groove;
preferably, each roller assembly comprises a fixed seat which can be detachably accommodated in each groove and a plurality of rolling elements which are arranged on the fixed seat, and each roller element is a roller or a ball;
preferably, the inclined carrier has two stop plates extending upwards from the first side edge and the second side edge;
preferably, a pick-and-place opening is formed in the front side of each storage box, two side baffles extend upwards from two sides of each storage box, and the two side baffles and the two stop baffles are arranged oppositely.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, which are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a shelf structure and a shelf module thereof, where the shelf structure 10 mainly includes a shelf body 1 and a plurality of shelf modules 2, and the shelf modules 2 mainly include an inclined carrier 21, one or more roller assemblies 22, and a plurality of storage boxes 23.
As shown in fig. 1, the shelf 1 has one or more shelves 11, wherein the number of the shelves 11 is three in the embodiment, but not limited thereto, and a plurality of shelf modules 2 are disposed on each shelf 11.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, each object placing table module 2 includes an inclined carrier 21, one or more roller assemblies 22, and a plurality of object placing boxes 23, which are further described below.
The tilted carrier 21 has a tilted top wall 211, and a first side 212 and a second side 213 disposed on both sides of the tilted top wall 211, wherein the height h of the tilted top wall 211 gradually decreases from the first side 212 to the second side 213.
In addition, the inclined top wall 211 has a plurality of grooves 215 disposed between the first side 212 and the second side 213, and the inclined carrier 21 has two stop plates 216 extending upward from the first side 212 and the second side 213.
In this embodiment, the number of the roller assemblies 22 is plural, each roller assembly 22 is accommodated in each of the grooves 215, each roller assembly 22 includes a fixing base 222 detachably accommodated in each of the grooves 215 and a plurality of rolling elements 221 installed on the fixing base 222, and each rolling element 221 is a roller.
The plurality of medicines 100 are first placed in the storage boxes 23, the storage boxes 23 are then placed on the inclined top wall 211 and the roller assembly 22 and are arranged between the first side 212 and the second side 213 in parallel, a fetching/placing opening 231 is formed in the front side of each storage box 23, two side baffles 232 extend upwards from two sides of each storage box 23, and each side baffle 232 and the two stop plates 216 are arranged oppositely.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5 to 6, in the shelf structure 10 and the object placing table module 2 according to the present invention, the plurality of object placing boxes 23 are placed on the inclined top wall 211 and the roller assemblies 22 and are arranged in parallel between the first side 212 and the second side 213, and since the height h of the inclined top wall 211 gradually decreases from the first side 212 to the second side 213, when the object placing boxes 23 adjacent to the second side 213 are pulled out, the rest of the object placing boxes 23 on the inclined top wall 211 automatically slide from the first side 212 to the second side 213 via the roller assemblies 22.
Therefore, when managing the storage life of the medicine 100, the storage life that is due soon can be placed closer to the second side 213, and then the medicine 100 is taken from the storage box 23 adjacent to the second side 213, and the storage life of the medicine 100 can be automatically arranged from the new side to the old side from the first side 212 to the second side 213 through the storage box 23, the roller assemblies 22 and the inclined top wall 211, so that the shelf structure 10 and the shelf module 2 have the advantages of conveniently taking the medicine 100 and managing the storage life of the medicine 100.
In addition, two stop plates 216 extend upwards from the first side 212 and the second side 213 of the tilted stage 21 to prevent the storage box 23 from overturning out of the tilted stage 21 when sliding; furthermore, the front side of the storage box 23 is provided with a taking and placing opening 231 and two side baffles 232 extending upwards from two sides, so as to conveniently take the medicine 100 and avoid the medicine 100 from overturning the storage box 23 when sliding, thereby improving the use convenience of the storage rack structure 10 and the storage table module 2.
Furthermore, each roller assembly 22 includes a fixing base 222 detachably received in each recess 215 and a plurality of rolling elements 22 mounted on the fixing base 222, so that when the rolling elements 22 are damaged due to long-term rolling friction or cannot rotate due to dirt or scale, the old roller assembly 22 can be directly taken out of the recess 215, and a new roller assembly 22 can be placed in the recess 215 for replacement without replacing the whole inclined carrier 21, so that the object placing table module 2 has the characteristics of convenience in replacing the roller assembly 22 and maintenance cost saving.
Referring to fig. 8 to 9, another embodiment of the tilting stage 21 of the present invention is shown, the embodiment of fig. 8 to 9 is substantially the same as the embodiment of fig. 3 to 7, and the embodiment of fig. 8 to 9 is different from the embodiment of fig. 3 to 7 in that the structure of the roller assembly 22 is different.
As described in detail below, each roller assembly 22 includes a fixing base 222 detachably received in each of the grooves 215 and a plurality of rolling elements 221 mounted on the fixing base 222, and each rolling element 221 is a ball. Therefore, the storage box 23 of the present embodiment can automatically slide from the first side 212 to the second side 213 through the plurality of roller assemblies 22, so as to achieve the same functions and effects as those of the embodiment shown in fig. 3 to 7.
Claims (10)
1. A shelf structure comprising:
the frame body is provided with at least one laminate; and

at least one roller assembly mounted on the inclined top wall and straddling between the first side edge and the second side edge; and
and the storage boxes are placed on the inclined top wall and the roller assemblies and are arranged between the first side edge and the second side edge in parallel.
2. The shelf structure of claim 1 wherein there are a plurality of roller assemblies, the angled top wall having a plurality of recesses spanning between the first side and the second side, each roller assembly being received in each recess.
3. The shelf structure of claim 2, wherein each of the roller assemblies comprises a fixing seat detachably received in each of the recesses and a plurality of rolling elements mounted on the fixing seat, and each of the roller elements is a roller or a ball.
4. A shelf structure as defined in claim 2 or 3 wherein the inclined carrier has two stop plates extending upwardly from the first and second sides.
5. The shelf structure according to claim 4, wherein each storage box has a front side with a pick-and-place opening and two side baffles extending upward from the two sides, and each side baffle is disposed opposite to the two baffles.
6. A stand module, comprising:
the inclined carrier is provided with an inclined top wall, a first side edge and a second side edge, wherein the first side edge and the second side edge are arranged on two sides of the inclined top wall, and the height of the inclined top wall gradually decreases from the first side edge to the second side edge;
at least one roller assembly mounted on the inclined top wall and straddling between the first side edge and the second side edge; and
and the storage boxes are placed on the inclined top wall and the roller assemblies and are arranged between the first side edge and the second side edge in parallel.
7. The stand module of claim 6, wherein the plurality of roller assemblies is provided, the angled top wall having a plurality of recesses spanning between the first side and the second side, each roller assembly being received in each recess.
8. The stand module of claim 7, wherein each of the roller assemblies comprises a holder detachably received in each of the grooves and a plurality of rolling elements mounted on the holder, each of the roller elements being a roller or a ball.
9. The stage module of claim 7 or 8, wherein the tilted stage has two stop plates extending upwardly from the first side and the second side.
10. The stand module of claim 9, wherein each of the storage compartments has a front side with an access opening and two side walls extending upwardly from opposite sides of the storage compartment, the side walls being disposed opposite the side walls.
