The invention relates to a generator cooling system, in particular to a protective cover of a high-grade dustproof and waterproof air-cooled motor.
Background
The generators are generally classified into structural types such as IP23, IP44, IP55 and the like according to protection grades. The larger the number behind the IP is, the higher the protection level requirement is; the IP23 can meet the requirements of a common air cooling structure, and a common motor needs to adopt an air-water cooling structure or an air-air cooling structure to meet the protection grades of IP44 and IP 55; the air-water cooling structure needs an external water supply system, but in a water resource deficient area, the air-water cooling structure is not easy to adopt; for a generator with higher power, the air-air cooling structure has an unsatisfactory cooling effect, and in order to meet the cooling requirement, the requirement of a cooling system is met by adopting a capacity reduction method through a motor with high power, so that the utilization rate of the motor is low, and the defect of large volume exists; when the insulation grade of the motor is required to be IP55 and the service environment of the generator cannot provide a water supply system, how to adopt an air cooling system to enable the protection grade of the air cooling system to reach the IP55 with a higher grade becomes a technical problem to be solved on site.

The invention provides a high-grade dustproof and waterproof air-cooling motor protective cover, which solves the technical problem that a generator achieves high-grade protection by adopting an air-cooling system.

The front and rear air outlet windows of the air outlet cylinder are respectively provided with a blind window which is opened outwards in one way; the inclination angle of the dustproof filter screen plate is 45 degrees; a water outlet is arranged on the water collecting tray.
The invention can effectively prevent water and dust, meets the use requirements of users, has the characteristics of small occupied space, high heat exchange efficiency, good cooling effect and the like, and effectively overcomes the defects of the traditional design.

The front and rear air outlet windows of the air outlet cylinder 6 are respectively provided with a blind window 19 which is opened outwards in one way; the inclination angle of the dustproof filter screen plate 13 is 45 degrees; a water outlet is arranged on the water accumulation plate 17.
The cooling air inlet is designed to be downward, the water retaining and air guiding plate is welded at the air inlet, and the dustproof filter screen and the dustproof filter cotton are arranged in the direction inclined by 45 degrees, so that dust and rainwater in all directions can be effectively blocked; after the motor is cooled, heated air is discharged outwards from the front window and the rear window of the air outlet barrel 6, the one-way outwards-opened louver 19 arranged on the front air outlet window and the rear air outlet window is opened outwards under the blowing of the air outlet, the function of opening the air outlet when the generator runs and automatically closing the generator when the generator stops can be realized, rainwater is prevented from entering the motor when the motor runs, a water accumulation disc 17 is further designed on the outer side of the air outlet, and rainwater which possibly enters a cooling system is discharged through a water outlet arranged on the water accumulation disc 17.
