Abstract
本发明公开了一种防爆充电装置,其中,所述防爆充电装置应用在蓄电池动力车中,该防爆充电装置包括托盘、第一防爆箱体、第二防爆箱体、变压组件、整流组件和防爆电缆,其中,第一防爆箱体固定设置在所述托盘上,第二防爆箱体固定设置在所述托盘上,变压组件设置在所述第一防爆箱体的具有滚轮装置的底座上,整流组件设置在所述第二防爆箱体的底座上;防爆电缆设置在所述第一防爆箱体和所述第二防爆箱体之间。该装置通过采用双箱结构,且第一防爆箱体和第二防爆箱体相互独立,散热互不影响,且降低了防爆充电装置的重心,提高了运输稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电池充电技术领域,尤其涉及一种防爆充电装置。
背景技术
相关技术中,大型煤矿井下采用铅酸蓄电池支架搬运车,为其配套的防爆充电装置多为单箱体设计,由于防爆充电装置散热主要在于变压器与晶闸管,当变压器和晶闸管放在一个箱体时,在井下或者外部暴晒的露天环境下,长达10个多小时的充电过程中,会导致热量集中,容易损坏充电机内部的元器件,影响煤矿支架搬运的使用。因此,如何更好的实现适应井下或者外部暴晒的露天环境下的防爆充电装置成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种防爆充电装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例的防爆充电装置应用在蓄电池动力车中,所述防爆充电装置包括:托盘;第一防爆箱体,固定设置在所述托盘上;第二防爆箱体,固定设置在所述托盘上;变压组件,设置在所述第一防爆箱体的具有滚轮装置的底座上;整流组件,设置在所述第二防爆箱体的底座上;设置在所述第一防爆箱体和所述第二防爆箱体之间的防爆电缆。
根据本发明实施例的防爆充电装置,可通过将变压组件设置在所述第一防爆箱体的具有滚轮装置的底座上,将整流组件设置在所述第二防爆箱体的底座上,将第一防爆箱体和第二防爆箱体设置在托盘上,便于托运,且不影响美观,第一防爆箱体和第二防爆箱体之间设置有防爆电缆,实现了防爆充电装置采用双箱结构,第一防爆箱和第二防爆箱相互独立,散热互不影响,且降低了防爆充电装置的重心,提高了运输稳定性,解决了因单体防爆充电装置散热不好导致损坏防爆充电装置内部的元部件的问题。
另外,根据本发明的防爆充电装置还具有如下附加技术特征:
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述变压组件包括多组变压器,每组变压器包括两个漏磁变压器,每组变压器中的两个所述漏磁变压器以背靠背的方式设置在所述第一防爆箱体中。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述变压组件中的所述漏磁变压器通过多级串联方式连接。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述防爆充电装置还包括:设置在所述第一防爆箱体内的散热组件。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述散热组件包括散热风扇,所述散热风扇设置在每组变压器的外侧。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述散热风扇包括多个,多个所述散热风扇的安装高度不同。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述第一防爆箱体的箱体底部设置有凹槽,所述滚轮装置卡入所述凹槽内。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述第一防爆箱体和所述第二防爆箱体的底座均采用铝质材料制成。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述第一防爆箱体的前后分别设置箱门,所述箱门的门结构采用S型波浪设计,所述托盘上设置有开槽。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述防爆充电装置还包括:晶闸管,所述晶闸管贴在所述第二防爆箱体的箱体底板上。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1-图7所示,根据本发明实施例的防爆充电装置包括:
托盘1;
第一防爆箱体2,固定设置在所述托盘1上;
第二防爆箱体3,固定设置在所述托盘1上;
变压组件4,设置在所述第一防爆箱体2的具有滚轮装置的底座上;
整流组件5,设置在所述第二防爆箱体3的底座上;
设置在所述第一防爆箱体2和所述第二防爆箱体3之间的防爆电缆6。
在本实施例中,通过将变压组件4设置在所述第一防爆箱体2的具有滚轮装置的底座上,将整流组件5设置在所述第二防爆箱体3的底座上,将第一防爆箱体2和第二防爆箱体3设置在托盘1上,从而使得便于托运,且不影响美观。并且,本实施例中的防爆充电装置采用双箱结构,第一防爆箱和第二防爆箱相互独立,散热互不影响。
其中,为了本领域技术人员更清楚的了解防爆充电装置的结构图,防爆充电装置的俯视图可如图2所示。
为了本领域技术人员更清楚的理解本发明的防爆充电装置中的第一防爆箱体2的整体结构,第一防爆箱体2的剖视图如图3所示。
在本发明的实施例中,设置在第一防爆箱体2的具有滚轮装置的底座上的变压组件4,可包括多组变压器,例如,如图4所示的结构中包括两组变压器,并且每组变压器包括两个漏磁变压器41,每组变压器中的两个所述漏磁变压器41以背靠背的方式设置在所述第一防爆箱体2中,可有效减小单变压器体积和重量,同时降低变压器的重心,使得运输不易跌倒,提高了运输稳定性。其中,在实际应用中对变压器组数不做限制。
可以理解的是,漏磁变压器41属于漏磁升压干式变压器的范畴,用于负载急剧变化而又要求逐步趋于稳定状态的电子设备中,如荧光灯电源、离子泵电源等设备。这一类负载表现为开始工作时阻抗较大,需要较高的瞬间电压;而当稳定工作时,负载阻抗较小,需将负载电流限制在允许值内,以使其能正常工作。
为了提高输出电压,在本发明的实施例中,所述变压组件4中的所述漏磁变压器41通过多级串联方式连接。
其中,多级串联方式包括初级串联、次级串联。
其中,变压器的初级串联,在变压器计算式中有一个常数N称为匝数比,它是初级匝数与次级匝数之比,初次级电压比关系为N,而初次级电流比关系为1/N。例如:两个初级为220V,次级为18V的变压器,N为13,如果将两个变压器的初级串联,则在单个次级上输出电压将降到9V以下。而这种情况是在单个变压器的次级电压高于成倍用电器电源使用情况下,可以将两个或多个变压器初级串联使用。而如再将两个次级串联就没有多大使用价值了。在此情况下,只要保证单个变压器的功率要求,则次级输出电压不一定相同,它的输出电压计算为V单=(V1次+V2次+……Vn次)/Vn。
其中,变压器的次级串联,电源变压器的次级串联是在单个功率满足情况下,而次级输出电压不满足时将两个或多个变压器的组合。如两个变压器的初级输入为220V,次级输出为18V时,如要给负载供33V电压,则可以将两个变压器的次级串联起来应用。电源变压器的次级串联也是很容易的,不同的次级输出只要保证单个变压器功率的条件下也是可以将其次级串联应用的。在理想状况下多个变压器的初级输入电压相同时,总输出计算式为:V总=V初单/(V1次+V2次+……Vn次)。
为了实现对第一防爆箱体2的散热,在本发明的实施例中,所述防爆充电装置还包括:设置在所述第一防爆箱体2内的散热组件。其中,散热组件包括散热风扇21,为了便于散热风扇21的维护,所述散热风扇21设置在每组变压器的外侧。
其中,为了有利箱体内循环风的形成,提高散热效率,在本发明的实施例中,散热风扇21包括多个,多个散热风扇21的安装高度不同。
在本发明的一个实施例中,可根据实际业务需求,安装散热风扇,作为一种示例,可将散热风扇安装在第一防爆箱体2的底座上,在第一防爆箱体2中的底座上安装扇热风扇的示意图,如图4所示。
为了方便变压器的放置与拆出,在本发明的实施例中,所述第一防爆箱体2的箱体底部设置有凹槽,所述滚轮装置卡入所述凹槽内,进而方便维护。
其中,滚轮装置可理解为运动器械的一种,由若干铁棍平衡连接两个大小相同的铁环制成。滚轮,也是在包装机械以及饮料生产行业通行的备件称呼法,也叫卷封轮、封口滚轮、罗尔。
需要说明的是,为了有效阻断漏磁,减少箱体底部涡流发热的形成,在本发明的实施例中,第一防爆箱体2中的底座7采用铝质材料制成。
可以理解的是,铝制材料是采用铝合金为主要原料加工而成的生活用品、工业用品的统称,铝合金是以铝为基的合金总称,主要合金元素有铜、硅、镁、锌、锰,次要合金元素有镍、铁、钛、铬、锂等。其中,铝合金密度低,但强度比较高,接近或超过优质钢,塑性好可加工成各种型材,具有优良的导电性、导热性和抗蚀性,工业上广泛使用,使用量仅次于钢。
为了有效保证箱体应力强度的基础上,增加箱体的外部散热面积,提高箱体的散热效率,在本发明的实施例中,所述第一防爆箱体2的前后分别设置箱门,所述箱门的门结构采用S型波浪设计,所述托盘1上设置有开槽,有利于空气的流通,便于第一防爆箱体2的散热。
为了本领域技术人员更清楚的理解本发明的防爆充电装置中的第二防爆箱体3的整体结构,第二防爆箱体3的剖视图可如图5所示。其中,第二防爆箱体3的剖视图中可以看出控制单元安装底板31、主控单元安装底板32、第二防爆箱体安装铝板33。
在本发明的实施例中,第二防爆箱体3的尺寸可为1363*900*580。
其中,设置在第二防爆箱体3的底座上的整流组件5,该整流组件5的尺寸可为370*500*300。
其中,整流组件5包括断路器、隔离开关、急停开关、直流侧电量检测单元、电压检测单元、主控驱动模块、CAN隔离模块、24V继电器,其中,这些可安装在第二防爆箱体3得到底座8上。
其中,为了有效阻断漏磁,减少箱体底部涡流发热的形成,在本发明的实施例中,第二防爆箱体3中的底座8采用铝质材料制成。
为了便于第二防爆箱体3散热,所述防爆充电装置还包括晶闸管,其中,晶闸管贴在所述第二防爆箱体3的箱体底板上,更好地实现第二防爆箱体3散热。
其中,晶闸管可理解为可控硅(Silicon Controlled Rectifier,SCR),是一种大功率电器元件,具有体积小、效率高、寿命长等优点。在自动控制系统中,可作为大功率驱动器件,实现用小功率控件控制大功率设备。它在交直流电机调速系统、调功系统及随动系统中得到了广泛的应用。
其中,可控硅分单向可控硅和双向可控硅两种。双向可控硅也叫三端双向可控硅(TRIode(三端)AC semiconductor switch,TRIAC),双向可控硅在结构上相当于两个单向可控硅反向连接,这种可控硅具有双向导通功能。其通断状态由控制极G决定。在控制极G上加正脉冲(或负脉冲)可使其正向(或反向)导通。这种装置的优点是控制电路简单,没有反向耐压问题,因此特别适合做交流无触点开关使用。
在本发明的实施例中,第二防爆箱体3在工作时,举例而言,可将铅酸蓄电池对接插头接入第二防爆箱体的插头,将三相交流电660V接入第二防爆箱体内,此时合上蓄电池箱体的隔离开关,充电机主控回路通电,在自检正常后,合上三相660V交流电,然后拔出第二防爆箱体的急停开关,以及合上隔离开关手柄,按下启动按钮,充电机进入充电状态,当外部电压缺相或过压时,充电机能够自动断电,当充电机检测到电压正常后,充电机自动进入充电状态,从而能够达到一键自动充电的功能,无需人员值守。
在本发明的实施例中,防爆充电装置在充电时,防爆充电装置的电气原理图可如图6所示。例如,第一防爆箱体内放置有四台单机容量为30KVA的漏磁变压器,变压器原边输入为AC660V(△型连接)或AC1140V(Y型连接),四台变压器原边并联使用,单台变压器输出为AC45V,四台变压器输出采用串联连接方式经防爆电缆进入隔爆第二防爆箱体,经主控制器控制晶闸管电压电流的输出,达到恒压或者恒流充电。
在本发明的对防爆充电装置的充电的具体实施例中,如图7所示,可先将系统初始化(S701),然后判断传感器是否正常(S702),若不正常,可生成故障显示(S703),若正常,可通过判断模块判断电缆连接器是否正常(S704),若不正常,可生成故障显示(S703),若正常,可判断电池连是否配接(S705),如否,可生成故障显示(S703),若是,可判断电池是否反接(S706),若是,可生成故障显示(S703),若否,判断交流侧是否供电(S707),若否,可生成故障显示(S703),若是,可判断交流侧是否缺相(S708),若是,可生成故障显示(S703),若否,可判断电池剩余是否小于或等于百分之二十(S709),若是,采用欠压充电方式进行充电,使得当前的电池剩余电量达到百分之二十(S710),进而实现采用正常充电方式(S711),之后分阶段多电流(S712),脉冲充电(S713),进而充电结束(S714)。
根据本发明实施例的防爆充电装置,可通过将变压组件设置在所述第一防爆箱体的具有滚轮装置的底座上,将整流组件设置在所述第二防爆箱体的底座上,将第一防爆箱体和第二防爆箱体设置在托盘上,实现了防爆充电装置采用双箱结构,第一防爆箱和第二防爆箱相互独立,散热互不影响,且降低了防爆充电装置的重心,提高了运输稳定性,且不影响美观,解决了因单体防爆充电装置散热不好导致损坏防爆充电装置内部的元部件,且因单体防爆充电装置重心高导致容易跌倒,稳定性较差的问题。

Claims (10)
1.一种防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述防爆充电装置应用在蓄电池动力车中,所述防爆充电装置包括:
托盘;
第一防爆箱体,固定设置在所述托盘上;
第二防爆箱体,固定设置在所述托盘上;
变压组件,设置在所述第一防爆箱体的具有滚轮装置的底座上;
整流组件,设置在所述第二防爆箱体的底座上;
设置在所述第一防爆箱体和所述第二防爆箱体之间的防爆电缆。
2.如权利要求1所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述变压组件包括多组变压器,每组变压器包括两个漏磁变压器,每组变压器中的两个所述漏磁变压器以背靠背的方式设置在所述第一防爆箱体中。
3.如权利要求2所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述变压组件中的所述漏磁变压器通过多级串联方式连接。
4.如权利要求2所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述防爆充电装置还包括:
设置在所述第一防爆箱体内的散热组件。
5.如权利要求4所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述散热组件包括散热风扇,所述散热风扇设置在每组变压器的外侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述散热风扇包括多个,多个所述散热风扇的安装高度不同。
7.如权利要求1所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一防爆箱体的箱体底部设置有凹槽,所述滚轮装置卡入所述凹槽内。
8.如权利要求1所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一防爆箱体和所述第二防爆箱体的底座均采用铝质材料制成。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一防爆箱体的前后分别设置箱门,所述箱门的门结构采用S型波浪设计,所述托盘上设置有开槽。
10.如权利要求1所述的防爆充电装置,其特征在于,所述防爆充电装置还包括:
晶闸管,所述晶闸管贴在所述第二防爆箱体的箱体底板上。
