Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent cooking bench and a heat preservation method thereof, wherein the intelligent cooking bench comprises: a cooking bench body; the back row of the cooking bench body is provided with N gas stoves side by side, N is more than or equal to 1, and the front row of the cooking bench body is provided with a touch control system, a network communication assembly and a knob for controlling the gas stoves; the touch control system comprises a controller and a touch screen which are connected with each other; the rest areas of the cooking bench body are arranged as electric heating insulation boards, and pressure sensors are arranged below the electric heating insulation boards. According to the invention, the pressure sensor is used for accurately identifying the placing positions of food to be heated and a dinner plate, and the touch control system outputs an indicating signal for indicating which electric heating heat-insulation plate is provided with the food to be heated and the dinner plate according to a first weight signal output by the pressure sensor; the electric heating heat-insulation board is controlled in different areas so as to control the heating process.
