Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用畜禽粪便生产沼气环保发电的发电系统,具有若干畜禽养殖舍并配有出料系统,每两个畜禽养殖舍共用一个管道,所述畜禽粪便收集涵沟与调配池的进料口相连接,与调配池并列布置还设有酸化沉淀池,在所述调配池和酸化沉淀池后还并排布置有两个发酵罐,发酵产生的沼气经过脱水脱硫塔后进入发电装置进行发电,发酵产生的沼渣沼液,先进入在发酵罐后中转罐,经过滤后,沼渣进入有机肥生产车间生产有机肥,沼液进入沼液罐中,再引入氧化塘氧化,即可作为灌溉用水或调配池调配用水;本发明利用畜禽粪便先进行发酵产生沼气,将产生的沼气用于发电,而发酵后的沼渣作为生产有机肥的原料,达到了畜禽粪便充分利用的目的。

Description

一种利用畜禽粪便生产沼气环保发电的发电系统
技术领域
本发明涉及畜禽粪便环保处理技术领域,尤其是一种利用畜禽粪便生产沼气环保发电的发电系统。
背景技术
随着国家对动物养殖生产中的环保要求越来越高,畜禽动物的粪便环保处理越来越成为行业内难以解决的问题。目前的养殖企业大多采用密集式圈养方式,在这种养殖模式下,需要每天要对圈舍内的地面进行冲洗以清理粪便,这样就导致畜禽粪便中含水量高达85-95%。在这样的情况下,要利用高含水量的畜禽粪便生产有机肥,就需要先在高含水量的畜禽粪便中添加大量干燥辅料如秸秆、统糠、菇渣等原料,调节畜禽粪便的含水量至60-65%,并添加微生物菌剂进行发酵腐熟,得到商品有机肥。但是以这种方式生产有机肥,存在的问题是:(1)需要大量购买干燥辅料,生产成本高,肥效低;(2)生产得到的有机肥进行施肥后,有机物不能充分被分解利用,造成实际上的物料浪费;(3)发酵过程产生的热量、气味较多,生产环境恶劣,且有机物不能充分发酵完全,只能部分发酵。由于上述原因,目前高水分畜禽粪便利用率不高,大多数有机肥生产厂家都不愿意采购高水分畜禽粪便作为原料来生产有机肥,导致养殖企业的生产废水大量外排,造成资源浪费及环境污染等问题。
因此,寻求一种新的处理系统,既能有效利用畜禽粪便,又能充分利用其中的各种资源,是目前行业内亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前动物养殖行业中,对生产过程的环保要求越来越高,畜禽粪便的处理成为行业内的难题,而目前行业内处理畜禽粪便的方法都不甚理想,而提供的一种利用畜禽粪便生产沼气环保发电的发电系统。
本发明的一种利用畜禽粪便生产沼气环保发电的发电系统,具有并排布置的若干畜禽养殖舍,每个畜禽养殖舍均配有畜禽粪便出料系统,每两个畜禽养殖舍的畜禽粪便出料系统共用一个管道排至畜禽粪便收集涵沟,特别是:所述畜禽粪便收集涵沟与调配池的进料口相连接,与调配池并列布置还设有酸化沉淀池,畜禽粪便经调配池调配后直接进入酸化沉淀池酸化沉淀;在所述调配池和酸化沉淀池后还并排布置有两个发酵罐,经酸化沉淀的畜禽粪便进料至发酵罐进一步进行发酵,发酵产生的沼气经过脱水脱硫塔后进入发电装置进行发电,发酵产生的沼渣沼液,先进入在发酵罐后中转罐,经过滤后,沼渣进入有机肥生产车间生产有机肥,沼液进入沼液罐中,再引入氧化塘氧化,即可作为灌溉用水或调配池调配用水。

本发明利用畜禽粪便先进行发酵产生沼气,将产生的沼气用于发电,而发酵后的沼渣作为生产有机肥的原料,达到了畜禽粪便充分利用的目的。采用本发明方法,不仅可以提供本发明中使用的发酵装置自身的供电问题,还可以解决厂内甚至周边住户的用电需求,同时生产的沼渣可以生产有机肥,沼液转化为无害的灌溉用水或直接用于循环处理畜禽粪便,充分达到了资源的循环利用。

参见图1,本发明的一种利用畜禽粪便生产沼气环保发电的发电系统,具有并排布置的若干畜禽养殖舍1,每个畜禽养殖舍均配有畜禽粪便出料系统2,每两个畜禽养殖舍的畜禽粪便出料系统共用一个管道排至畜禽粪便收集涵沟,特别是:所述畜禽粪便收集涵沟与调配池3的进料口相连接,与调配池并列布置还设有酸化沉淀池4,畜禽粪便经调配池调配后直接进入酸化沉淀池酸化沉淀;在所述调配池和酸化沉淀池后还并排布置有两个发酵罐5,经酸化沉淀的畜禽粪便进料至发酵罐进一步进行发酵,发酵产生的沼气经过脱水脱硫塔6后进入发电装置7进行发电,发酵产生的沼渣沼液,先进入在发酵罐后的中转罐8,经过滤后,沼渣进入有机肥生产车间9生产有机肥,沼液进入沼液罐10中,再引入氧化塘11氧化,即可作为灌溉用水或调配池调配用水。

1.一种利用畜禽粪便生产沼气环保发电的发电系统,具有并排布置的若干畜禽养殖舍,每个畜禽养殖舍均配有畜禽粪便出料系统,每两个畜禽养殖舍的畜禽粪便出料系统共用一个管道排至畜禽粪便收集涵沟,其特征在于:所述畜禽粪便收集涵沟与调配池的进料口相连接,与调配池并列布置还设有酸化沉淀池,畜禽粪便经调配池调配后直接进入酸化沉淀池酸化沉淀;在所述调配池和酸化沉淀池后还并排布置有两个发酵罐,经酸化沉淀的畜禽粪便进料至发酵罐进一步进行发酵,发酵产生的沼气经过脱水脱硫塔后进入发电装置进行发电,发酵产生的沼渣沼液,先进入在发酵罐后中转罐,经过滤后,沼渣进入有机肥生产车间生产有机肥,沼液进入沼液罐中,再引入氧化塘氧化,即可作为灌溉用水或调配池调配用水。
