本发明属于门窗材料技术领域,具体为一种隔音效果好的防火门窗。
背景技术
门窗是家庭装修当中必不可少的一种家具,随着现在人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于门窗的要求也越来越高,比如说防火方面,很多人为了能够在意外发生火灾时给自己争取更多的逃生时间,往往都想在进行装修的过程当中采用具有防火功能的门窗。但是目前市场上的人的门窗是通常是铝合金门窗,铝合金受热容易发生变形,导致门窗无法打开,不利于人们逃生,当火灾发生时,室内通常都是高温火势加上浓烟,门窗由于被火烘烤高温变形不能打开,导致人们在室内被浓烟中毒窒息死亡或者被大火烧伤,因此可以解决上述问题的一种门体窗。
目前火灾事件频频发生,家里或其他地方起火时,如果躲在一个较为封闭的空间,而只有一扇窗户的情况下,则需要提高这扇窗户的防火效果,即使火势过大也能延长拖延等待救援时间,因此需要一种新型的门窗来解决上述问题。
目前市场上门体窗框一般均为薄钢板折弯成所需形状,再焊接拼装而成。此种门体窗框的优点是易于制作,成本较低,且牢固性也好,所以一直沿用至今,但其也存在着较为致命的缺陷:当发生火灾时,火焰及其热量可以很快通过金属框从向火面传导至背火面,给人员生命财产安全带来威胁。
当室内发生火灾时,门体上的观察窗容易受到高温影响,具有一定的安全隐患。由于现有门体上设置的把手多为金属材料制成,其导热系数高,当发生火灾是门把手的温度很高,在使用时容易烫伤手,目前市场上的门体窗缺乏一定的防护措施。水泥砂浆的隔热防火性能很强,但水泥砂浆的重量较重,当采用水泥砂浆作为填充隔热材料会导致门体过重,影响门的使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了防火隔热效果很好,并且可解决由于火灾门窗易产生得安全隐患以及的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗。
为了实现以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,包括门框,所述门框内铰接有门体,所述门体内依次设置有隔热层、填充层和隔音层,所述隔热层、填充层和隔音层通过分隔板分隔开,门体内安装有观察窗机构,观察窗包括观察窗和防火隔板单元,门体上部开设有安装槽,安装槽贯穿门体,观察窗镶嵌式安装在安装槽内,观察窗位于门体外侧,防火隔板单元包括传动单元和防火隔板,门体内设置有安装腔,安装腔位于安装槽一侧,且安装腔内设置有传动单元,防火隔板上下两端均与传动单元传动连接,且防火隔板平行于观察窗设置,防火隔板可平行于观察窗移动至安装槽内,且防火隔板与安装槽相契合;防火隔板填充有隔音层、防火层和隔热层,隔热层内填充有隔热材料,门体上远离铰接侧的一侧边设置有门把手,门把手表面设置有热敏变色材料涂层,门体侧边设置有有密封单元,密封单元平行于门体边缘的延伸方向设置,且密封单元靠近室外的一侧边与门体侧面铰接。
本技述方案进一步的优化,传动单元包括电机,电机固定安装在安装腔内远离观察窗的一侧,电机输出端固定设置有丝杠,丝杠平行于防火隔板下边设置,丝杠上设置有套筒,套筒可沿丝杠做左右滑移运动,丝杠通过套筒与防火隔下端固定连接,安装腔底部设置有滑槽,滑槽位于丝杠下方,且平行于丝杠设置,防火隔板下端与滑槽滑动连接,安装腔内上部设置有滑杆,滑杆平行于丝杠设置,防火隔板上端设置有滑块,滑块套设在滑杆上,且滑块与滑杆为滑移连接。
本技述方案进一步的优化,隔热材料包括泡沫颗粒和水泥砂浆,所泡沫颗粒填充设置在隔热层内,隔热层内浇筑有水泥砂浆,泡沫颗粒通过水泥砂浆相互粘结。
本技述方案进一步的优化,热敏变色材料采用四碘合汞酸银,热敏变色材料外设置有防护涂层。
本技述方案进一步的优化,观察窗包括窗框和玻璃层,窗框镶嵌式安装在安装槽内,玻璃层周边嵌接在窗框内,玻璃层设置为双层,玻璃层周边与窗框接触部通过防火胶粘连。
本技述方案进一步的优化,还包括除烟单元,门框上边框内开设有空腔,空腔内部设置有除烟单元,除烟单元包括引风管、进气格栅和引风机,进气格栅内嵌在门框位于室内的一面,引风管水平固定设置在门框内,且引风管出风端与引风机相连通,引风管上设置有吸尘口,引风机固定设置在门框外部。
本技述方案进一步的优化,除烟单元还包括除尘箱,除尘箱内嵌式安装在门框内,除尘箱一侧面设置为开口,除尘箱开口面与进气格栅相贴合,且除尘箱内位于开口面处设置有活性炭过滤网和过滤膜,活性炭过滤网与进气格栅相贴合,过滤膜贴合设置在活性炭过滤网远离进气格栅的一面,引风管水平固定设置在除尘箱内,且引风管出风端与通过连通管与引风机输入端相连通。
本技述方案进一步的优化,密封单元包括密封板和弹簧,门体上侧、下侧和远离门轴的一侧均设置有密封板,密封板平行于门体侧边的延伸方向设置,密封板上靠近室外的一侧边与门体侧面铰接,弹簧一端与密封板上靠近门体的一面固定连接,另一端与门体侧面固定连接。
本技述方案进一步的优化,填充层内填充有惰性气体,惰性气体的浓度大于80%。
本技述方案进一步的优化,分隔板采用5mm厚的磷镁防火板。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明设置的观察窗机构,可通过电机带动防火隔板移动至安装槽内,与安装槽契合,使得观察窗与室内分隔开,并且通过在防火隔板和门体内设置隔热层,将泡沫颗粒混合在水泥砂浆内作为作为隔热层的隔热填充材料,水泥砂浆具有很好的隔热防火性能,泡沫颗粒具有体积大但质量轻的特点,二者相互配合,即可充分利用水泥砂浆的隔热防火性能,又能避免水泥砂浆重量大的缺点,从而起到防止观察窗受到高温影响,起到防火和隔绝高温作用。通过在门体上侧、下侧和远离门轴的一侧设置的密封单元,在门关闭的同时即可门体侧面设置的密封单元即可同步将门体和门框之间的密封,防止烟尘通过缝隙蔓延。密封单元在进行工作时不需要人为启动,使用方便,实用效果好。通过在门把手表面设置四碘合汞酸银,四碘合汞酸银可在50.7℃时转变为红色立方晶体的β变体,冷却时恢复原色。因此当室内发生火灾时,门把手上变色后的四碘合汞酸银可提醒人们门把手温度较高,起到警示人们防止烫手的作用。通过在除尘箱内设置活性炭过滤网和过滤膜,可烟尘中的较大颗粒物和有害物质过滤,安全环保。本发明结构简单,使用方便,实用环保,具有较高的实用性与适用性。

具体实施方式
为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图详予说明。
参阅图1所示,为一种隔音效果好的防火门窗在竖直方向上的剖面示意图,一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,包括门框1,门框1内铰接有门体3,门体3内依次设置有隔热层11、填充层4和隔音层15,隔热层11、填充层4和隔音层15通过分隔板分隔开。分隔板采用5mm厚的磷镁防火板,隔音层15为隔音板层,所述隔音板层为超细玻璃棉层,填充层4内填充有惰性气体,惰性气体的浓度大于80%,填充层4内设置惰性气体一方面起到隔热效果,另一方面惰性气体导热系数抵有助于隔热。门体3内安装有观察窗机构,观察窗机构包括观察窗和防火隔板单元,门体3上部开设有安装槽18,安装槽18 官产门体13,观察窗镶嵌式安装在安装槽18内,观察窗位与门体外侧,防火隔板单元包括传动单元和防火隔板12,门体3内设置有安装腔,安装腔没有贯穿门体3上的隔热层11,安装腔位于安装槽18一侧,传动单元设置在安装腔和安装槽18上。防火隔板12上下两端均与传动单元传动连接,防火隔板 12平行于观察窗设置,且防火隔板12可平行于观察窗移动至安装槽18,防火隔板12与安装槽18相契合,防火隔板12可将观察窗与室内分隔开。防火隔板12通过传动单元左右移动,当需要观察外界情况时,将防火隔板12移动到安装腔。当需要隔绝外界时,将防火隔板12移动到安装槽18,遮挡观察窗。防火隔板12填充有隔热层11、隔音层15和隔音层。隔热层11内填充有隔热材料,隔热材料包括泡沫颗粒和水泥砂浆,泡木颗粒均匀填充在隔热层 11内,水泥砂浆浇筑在隔热层11内,泡木颗粒通过水泥砂浆固定设置在隔热层11内。水泥砂浆的隔热防火性能很强,但水泥砂浆的重量较重,当采用水泥砂浆作为填充隔热材料会导致门体过重,影响们的使用。将泡沫颗粒混合在水泥砂浆内作为隔热填充材料,由于泡沫颗粒质量轻,泡沫颗粒可很好地占用水泥砂浆填充的空间,并且二者相互配合,可充分利用水泥砂浆的隔热防火性能。门把手表面设置有热敏变色材料涂层,热敏变色材料采用四碘合汞酸银,热敏变色材料外设置有遇热易挥发的防护涂层,防护涂层无毒。四碘合汞酸银,是一种比较常见的热敏变色材料,有两种变体,α变体为黄色四方晶体,在50.7℃时转变为红色立方晶体的β变体,冷却时又恢复原色。其变色温度在40-50度之间。当室内发生火灾时,门把手上遇热易挥发的防护涂层首先挥发,四碘合汞酸银在室内温度达到40-50度时开始变色,提醒人们门把手温度较高,防止烫手。
观察窗包括窗框5和玻璃层6,窗框5镶嵌式安装在安装槽18内,玻璃层6周边嵌接在窗框5内,玻璃层6设置有双层,并且玻璃层6周边与窗框5 接触部通过防火胶粘连。门体3侧边设置有密封单元,所述密封单元平行于门体3边缘的延伸方向设置,且密封单元靠近室外的一侧边与门体3侧面铰接。
门体侧边设置有有密封单元,密封单元包括密封板2和弹簧10,门体3 上侧、下侧和远离门轴的一侧均设置有密封板2,所述密封板2平行于门体3 侧边的延伸方向设置,所述密封板2上靠近室外的一侧边与门体侧面铰接,弹簧10一端与密封板2上靠近门体3的一面固定连接,另一端与门体侧面固定连接。随着门由室内向室外关闭,密封板2与门框1边缘处接触,并且直到门体3彻底关闭,密封板2的倾斜面都始终抵在门框1的边缘处,在此过程中不断挤压弹簧10,同时弹簧10也会产生反向力,将密封板2紧紧抵在门框1边缘处。将门框1和门体3之间的间隙阻隔开,并且密封板2由防火材料制成,防止高温对密封板2造成损害。
门框1上边框内开设有空腔,空腔内部设置有除烟单元,除烟单元包括引风管7、除尘箱8、进气格栅9和引风机17,进气格栅9内嵌在门框1位于室内的一面,除尘箱8内嵌式安装在门框1内,除尘箱8一侧面设置为开口,除尘箱8开口面设置有活性炭过滤网和过滤膜,活性炭过滤网层与进气格栅9 相贴合,过滤膜体贴合设置在活性炭过滤网远离进气格栅9的一面。引风管7 水平固定设置在除尘箱8内,且引风管7出风端与通过连通管与引风机17输入端相连通。引风管7上设置有吸尘口,吸尘口沿引风管7延伸方向等距离分布在引风管7上。引风机17可固定设置在门框1外部。通过活性炭过滤网位和过滤膜可将室内产生的飘在上空的浓烟进行吸收,并且对其进行净化处理,防止浓烟排出造成污染。
参阅图2所示,一种隔音效果好的防火门窗侧面结构示意图1,传动单元包括电机19,电机19固定安装在安装腔内远离观察窗的一侧,电机19输出端固定设置有丝杠14,丝杠14平行于防火隔板12下边设置,丝杠14上设置有套筒13,且丝杠14延伸至安装槽18下方,套筒13可沿丝杠14做左右滑移运动,并且套筒13与防火隔板12下端固定连接。丝杠14通过套筒13 与防火隔下端固定连接,安装腔底部设置有滑槽16,滑槽16位于丝杠14下方,且平行于丝杠14设置,防火隔板12下端与滑槽16滑动连接。滑槽16 起到支撑防火隔板12的作用。安装腔内位于防火隔板12上方固定设置有滑杆20,滑杆20平行于丝杠14设置,防火隔板12上端设置有滑块21,滑块 21套设在滑杆20上,且滑块21与滑杆20为滑移连接。滑杆20起到支承防火隔板12的作用,使得防火隔板12保持稳定的竖直状态。防火隔板12平行于观察窗设置,且防火隔板12可平行于观察窗移动至安装槽18内,且与防火隔板12与安装槽18相契合,防火隔板12填充有隔音层15、防火层和隔热层11。
本发明在使用时,当室内发生火灾时,可启动电机19和引风机17,电机 19带动丝杠14转动,丝杠14转动通过套筒13带动防火隔板12沿滑杆20和安装腔内的滑槽16滑动,使得防火隔板12移动至安装槽18内,与安装槽18 契合,此时防护隔板可将观察窗与室内隔绝开,起到防火和隔热作用。引风机17和设置在除尘箱8内的引风管7相连通,引风管7上设置在的吸尘口开始产生吸风效果,门内的烟尘通过进气格栅9吸引入除尘箱8内,除尘箱8 内设置有活性炭过滤网和过滤膜,可烟尘中的较大颗粒物和有害物质过滤,过滤后的气体通过引风管7引入引风机17。在将门体3关闭时,随着门体3 由室内向室外关闭,密封板2开始与门框1边缘处接触,并且直到门体彻底关闭,密封板2的倾斜面都始终抵在门框1的边缘处,在此过程中不断挤压弹簧10,同时弹簧10也会产生反向力,将密封板2紧紧抵在门框1边缘处。将门框1和门体3之间的间隙阻隔开,使得烟尘无法从通过门的缝隙。将泡沫颗粒混合在水泥砂浆内作为隔热填充材料,由于泡沫颗粒质量轻,泡沫颗粒可很好地占用水泥砂浆填充的空间,并且二者相互配合,可充分利用水泥砂浆的隔热防火性能。门把手表面设置有热敏变色材料涂层,热敏变色材料采用四碘合汞酸银,热敏变色材料外设置有遇热易挥发的防护涂层,防护涂层无毒。四碘合汞酸银,是一种比较常见的热敏变色材料,有两种变体,α变体为黄色四方晶体,在50.7℃时转变为红色立方晶体的β变体,冷却时又恢复原色。其变色温度在40-50度之间。当室内发生火灾时,门把手上遇热易挥发的防护涂层首先挥发,四碘合汞酸银在室内温度达到40-50度时开始变色,提醒人们门把手温度较高,防止烫手。

1.一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,包括门框,所述门框内铰接有门体,所述门体内依次设置有隔热层、填充层和隔音层,所述隔热层、填充层和隔音层通过分隔板分隔开,其特征在于,所述门体内安装有观察窗机构,所述观察窗包括观察窗和防火隔板单元,所述门体上部开设有安装槽,所述安装槽贯穿门体,所述观察窗镶嵌式安装在安装槽内,所述观察窗位于门体外侧,所述防火隔板单元包括传动单元和防火隔板,所述门体内设置有安装腔,所述安装腔位于安装槽一侧,且安装腔内设置有传动单元,所述防火隔板上下两端均与传动单元传动连接,且防火隔板平行于观察窗设置,所述防火隔板可平行于观察窗移动至安装槽内,且防火隔板与安装槽相契合,所述防火隔板填充有隔音层、防火层和隔热层,所述隔热层内填充有隔热材料,所述门体上远离铰接侧的一侧边设置有门把手,所述门把手表面设置有热敏变色材料涂层,所述门体侧边设置有有密封单元,所述密封单元平行于门体边缘的延伸方向设置,且密封单元靠近室外的一侧边与门体侧面铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,所述传动单元包括电机,所述电机固定安装在安装腔内远离观察窗的一侧,所述电机输出端固定设置有丝杠,所述丝杠平行于防火隔板下边设置,所述丝杠上传动连接有套筒,所述套筒可沿丝杠做左右滑移运动,所述丝杠通过套筒与防火隔下端固定连接,所述安装腔底部设置有滑槽,所述滑槽位于丝杠下方,且平行于丝杠设置,所述防火隔板下端与滑槽滑动连接,所述安装腔内位于防火隔板上方设置有滑杆,所述滑杆平行于丝杠设置,所述防火隔板上端设置有滑块,所述滑块套设在滑杆上,且滑块与滑杆为滑移连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,所述隔热材料包括泡沫颗粒和水泥砂浆,所述泡沫颗粒填充设置在隔热层内,所述隔热层内浇筑有水泥砂浆,所述泡沫颗粒之间通过水泥砂浆相互粘结。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,所述热敏变色材料涂层采用四碘合汞酸银,所述热敏变色材料涂层外设置有防护涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,所述观察窗包括窗框和玻璃层,所述窗框镶嵌式安装在安装槽内,所述玻璃层周边嵌接在窗框内,所述玻璃层为双层,所述玻璃层周边与窗框接触部通过防火胶粘连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,还包括除烟单元,所述门框上边框内开设有空腔,所述空腔内部设置有除烟单元,所述除烟单元包括引风管、进气格栅和引风机,所述进气格栅内嵌在门框位于室内的一面,所述引风管水平固定设置在门框内,且引风管出风端与引风机相连通,引风管上设置有吸尘口,所述引风机固定设置在门框外部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,所述除烟单元还包括除尘箱,所述除尘箱内嵌式安装在门框内,所述除尘箱一侧面设置为开口,除尘箱开口面与进气格栅相贴合,且除尘箱内位于开口面处设置有活性炭过滤网和过滤膜,所述活性炭过滤网与进气格栅相贴合,所述过滤膜贴合设置在活性炭过滤网远离进气格栅的一面,所述引风管水平固定设置在除尘箱内,且引风管出风端与通过连通管与引风机输入端相连通。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,密封单元包括密封板和弹簧,所述门体上侧、下侧和远离门轴的一侧均设置有密封板,所述密封板平行于门体侧边的延伸方向设置,所述密封板上靠近室外的一侧边与门体侧面铰接,所述弹簧一端与密封板上靠近门体的一面固定连接,另一端与门体侧面固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,所述填充层内填充有惰性气体,所述惰性气体的浓度大于80%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火门窗,其特征在于,所述分隔板采用5mm厚的磷镁防火板。
