As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the auxiliary wheel is provided with a locking device.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the length of the vertical rod is 2 m.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, when the number of the auxiliary wheels is 1, the diameter of the auxiliary wheel is not less than 20 cm.
The other technical scheme for solving the technical problem of the invention is as follows:
the invention discloses a method for transferring bridge scaffolds, which is used for integrally removing a bridge scaffold transferring device in the technical scheme, and takes the integrally removing a row of bridge scaffolds as an example for explanation, and comprises the following steps:
a. firstly, loosening the part of the upper part of the bridge scaffold connected with the template to separate the bridge scaffold from the template;
b. secondly, lifting the support legs on one side of the bridge scaffold to separate the bottom of the bridge scaffold from a cushion block or the ground, then using a row of bridge scaffold transfer devices on the side to be stably fixed with the bridge scaffold through cross bars, and using the same method to stably fix the other side of the bridge scaffold with a row of bridge scaffold transfer devices on the other side of the bridge scaffold through cross bars, so that the whole row of scaffold is vertically separated from the cushion block or the ground and supported by the two rows of bridge scaffold transfer devices;
c. then the whole promotion of this row of bridge scaffold frame leaves the original position with the manual work, vacates the underbridge completely, and puts down the scaffold frame stabilizer blade after the scaffold frame moves outside suitable position, removes bridge scaffold frame and changes the device with, then carries out other rows of bridge scaffold frames in proper order, accomplishes the work of removing to whole scaffold frame.
In a further improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the bridge scaffold transfer device with one auxiliary wheel and the bridge scaffold transfer devices with a plurality of auxiliary wheels are used in a mixed manner in the two rows of bridge scaffold transfer devices.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention minimizes the security risk. In the past, workers need to go up to the top ends of the scaffolds to be disassembled layer by layer or fall down one by one, so that danger is easy to occur.
(2) The invention reduces the scaffold dismantling time to the minimum. The existing method can completely remove the scaffold and completely use the scaffold when needed, thereby greatly saving time, shortening the construction period and improving the working efficiency and safety.
(3) The invention reduces the cost of dismantling and transferring the scaffold to the lowest. In the past, a large amount of labor and mechanical cost is consumed for scaffold dismantling and transferring, at present, the whole scaffold dismantling and transferring can be completed only by manpower, and materials required by the bridge scaffold transferring device are not expensive and complex, so that the construction, material and safety cost is reduced to the lowest.
(4) The invention is also suitable for other construction sites using scaffolds, and has strong practicability.
