Abstract
The invention provides a treatment process of biomass mud cakes, and relates to the technical field of biomass mud cake treatment. The treatment process of the biomass mud cake comprises the following steps: s1, collecting the manure and sending the manure into a solid-liquid separation device for preliminary dehydration treatment; s2, introducing the feces after the primary dehydration treatment into a dehydration reaction kettle, adding a conditioner, and performing secondary dehydration treatment; s3, introducing the feces and slag subjected to secondary dehydration treatment into a high-temperature sterilization device for sterilization treatment; and S4, finally, introducing the treated excrement residues into a plate-and-frame filter press for filter pressing and dehydration to form a biomass mud cake. Through the treatment process of the biomass mud cake designed by the invention, the mud cake with low water content can be prepared, and the mud cake can be preserved for a long time after high-temperature sterilization treatment.
