The invention provides a conveyor with adjustable conveying direction, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, the conveyor can realize the conveying from different positions to the same position only by adjusting the angle between a movable belt and a fixed belt, the conveying can be completed within 180 degrees of the horizontal plane, and the conveying problem of multiple positions is effectively solved.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a conveyer with adjustable conveying direction comprises a movable conveying mechanism, a rotary conveying mechanism, a speed reducing device and a fixed conveying mechanism, and is characterized in that: the included angle between the movable belt and the fixed belt is manually adjusted, so that the movable belt drives the movable conveying mechanism to rotate, and the movable conveying mechanism rotates around the central shaft of the rack; the rotary conveying mechanism is matched with the rack through the turntable to perform rotary motion.
Preferably, the movable conveyor mechanism is provided with a curved outer baffle and a curved inner baffle which take the center of the machine frame as the curvature center at the tail part of the movable belt.
Preferably, an annular ring fixed at the lower part of the movable belt in the movable conveying mechanism and the frame form a revolute pair.
Preferably, the movable conveying mechanism is provided with a fixed baffle at the lower end of the tail part of the movable belt.
Preferably, the head of the belt conveyor in the fixed conveying mechanism is provided with an annular outer baffle and an annular inner baffle which take the center of the frame as the curvature center.
Preferably, the power of the rotary transmission device is provided by a self motor.
The multi-position material conveying device has the advantages that the multi-position conveying function is realized by manually adjusting the angle between the movable belt and the fixed belt, the multi-position material conveying problem is effectively solved, the cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and detailed description: a conveyor with adjustable conveying orientation as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, the conveyor comprising: a movable transmission mechanism 1, a rotary transmission mechanism 2, a speed reduction device 3 and a fixed transmission mechanism 5, as shown in figures 1-4, the conveyor is used specifically by manually adjusting the movable belt 103 of the conveyor to the initial position of the material, then the materials are put on the movable belt 103, the materials are conveyed to a guide groove consisting of a curved outer baffle plate 101 and a curved inner baffle plate 102 by the movable belt 103, the materials fall onto a turntable 201 of the rotary conveying mechanism 2 under the limiting action of the guide groove, the turntable 201 is provided with an annular guide chute enclosed by an annular outer baffle 501 and an annular inner baffle 502 in the fixed conveying mechanism 5, the curvature centers and the curvature radii of the guide chute and the guide chute are the same, and the speed reducer 3 fixed on the base of the frame 4 drives the turntable 201 to rotate, so that the materials on the turntable 201 fall into the fixing belt 503 fixed on the frame 4, and the material conveying is realized.
The movable transmission mechanism 1 is connected with the frame 4 through a fixed annular ring 105, and the rotation center of the movable transmission mechanism is always kept at the center of the frame 4; the movable conveying mechanism 1 is also provided with a fixed baffle 104, which aims to prevent the material from flowing backwards.
In the rotary transmission mechanism 2, the outer ring of the bearing 202 is in interference fit with the frame 4, the bottom of the outer ring of the bearing 202 is in close contact with the frame 4, the turntable 201 is in interference fit with the inner ring of the bearing 202, and the turntable 201 is in close contact with the top of the inner ring of the bearing 202. The bearing 202 is an angular contact ball bearing to better bear the axial load brought by the turntable 201.
The speed reducing device 3 is a planet wheel speed reducer, the output part is three shafts to which the planet wheels belong, and the three shafts are directly fixed with the turntable 201, so that the robustness of the whole mechanism is improved.
The conveyor has the advantages that the conveyor is simple and quick to operate, the conveying position can be changed only by adjusting the angle between the movable belt and the fixed belt, the conveyor is characterized in that the conveyor can realize a multi-direction conveying function by manually adjusting the included angle between the movable belt and the fixed belt by a single person, and the conveyor can convey any position within 180 degrees of the horizontal plane.
