本发明公开一种显控面贴保护层结构,包括显控面贴、涂胶层、防水干燥层、耐腐蚀层、耐磨层和耐高温层,所述显控面贴上方设有防水干燥层,所述防水干燥层上方设有耐腐蚀层,所述耐腐蚀层上方设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层上方设有耐高温层,所述显控面贴、防水干燥层、耐腐蚀层、耐磨层和耐高温层之间均通过涂胶层连接;本发明通过设置防水干燥层可防止显控面贴内部显示屏部分起水雾,影响对显示屏的观察,通过耐腐蚀层可增加显控面贴在具有腐蚀性气体环境下的使用寿命,耐磨层可减小由于触碰或按压显控面贴造成的磨损,耐高温层可使显控面贴可在高温环境下不会变形,延长其使用寿命。

一种显控面贴保护层结构
技术领域
本发明涉及显控面贴技术领域,尤其涉及一种显控面贴保护层结构。
背景技术
控制面板是系统和用户之间进行交互和信息交换的媒介,它实现信息的内部形式与人类可以接受形式之间的转换,现如今控制面板已经广泛运用与机械化设备、智能控制设备、家用电器等领域,前景广阔。控制面板中的显控面贴是其主要构成部分之一,显控面贴可对控制面板上的一些功能键和指示灯进行标注,由于使用显控面板时需要触碰或按压到显控面贴,这样长时间使用会对显控面贴造成损坏,且由于显控面板的应用广泛,在一些高温或有腐蚀性气体等极端环境下的,显控面贴腐蚀老化速度会加快,需要对显控面贴上设置保护层,因此,本发明提出一种显控面贴保护层结构以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种显控面贴保护层结构,通过设置防水干燥层可防止显控面贴内部显示屏部分起水雾,影响对显示屏的观察,通过耐腐蚀层可增加显控面贴在具有腐蚀性气体环境下的使用寿命,耐磨层可减小由于触碰或按压显控面贴造成的磨损,耐高温层可使显控面贴可在高温环境下不会变形,延长其使用寿命。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种显控面贴保护层结构,包括显控面贴、涂胶层、防水干燥层、耐腐蚀层、耐磨层和耐高温层,所述显控面贴上方设有防水干燥层,所述防水干燥层上对称设有凸台,所述凸台设有四组,所述防水干燥层上方设有耐腐蚀层,所述耐腐蚀层上方设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层上方设有耐高温层,所述耐腐蚀层、耐磨层和耐高温层上设有与凸台配合的通孔。
进一步改进在于:所述显控面贴、防水干燥层、耐腐蚀层、耐磨层和耐高温层之间均通过涂胶层连接。
进一步改进在于:所述显控面贴与防水干燥层之间的涂胶层设有与显示屏大小和位置相同的间隔。
进一步改进在于:所述防水干燥层由聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成,所述防水干燥层厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
进一步改进在于:所述耐腐蚀层由高分子化合物聚四氟乙烯制成,所述耐腐蚀层厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
进一步改进在于:所述耐磨层由超高分子量聚乙烯制成,所述耐磨层厚度为0.8mm-1mm。
进一步改进在于:所述耐高温层由高分子聚合物聚碳酸酯制成,所述耐高温层厚度为0.5mm-0.8mm。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过设置防水干燥层可防止显控面贴内部显示屏部分起水雾,影响对显示屏的观察,通过耐腐蚀层可增加显控面贴在具有腐蚀性气体环境下的使用寿命,耐磨层可减小由于触碰或按压显控面贴造成的磨损,耐高温层可使显控面贴可在高温环境下不会变形,延长其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
根据图1、2、所示,本实施例提出了一种显控面贴保护层结构,包括显控面贴1、涂胶层2、防水干燥层3、耐腐蚀层4、耐磨层5和耐高温层6,所述显控面贴1上方设有防水干燥层3,所述防水干燥层3上对称设有定位凸台7,所述定位凸台7设有四组,所述防水干燥层3上方设有耐腐蚀层4,所述耐腐蚀层4上方设有耐磨层5,所述耐磨层5上方设有耐高温层6,所述耐腐蚀层4、耐磨层5和耐高温层6上设有与定位凸台7配合的定位通孔8。
所述显控面贴1、防水干燥层3、耐腐蚀层4、耐磨层5和耐高温层6之间均通过涂胶层2连接,所述显控面贴1与防水干燥层3之间的涂胶层2设有与显示屏大小和位置相同的间隔,防止将保护层撕下显示屏上会粘有杂物。
所述防水干燥层3由聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成,所述防水干燥层3厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm,所述耐腐蚀层4由高分子化合物聚四氟乙烯制成,所述耐腐蚀层4厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm,所述耐磨层5由超高分子量聚乙烯制成,所述耐磨层5厚度为0.8mm-1mm,所述耐高温层6由高分子聚合物聚碳酸酯制成,所述耐高温层6厚度为0.5mm-0.8mm。
本发明使用时通过防水干燥层3上的定位凸台7将各个保护层通过定位通孔8和涂胶层2固定,然后将防水干燥层3下方通过涂胶层2与显控面贴固1定即可。
本发明通过设置防水干燥层3可防止显控面贴1在内部显示屏部分起水雾,影响对显示屏的观察,通过耐腐蚀层4可增加显控面贴1在具有腐蚀性气体环境下的使用寿命,耐磨层5可减小由于触碰或按压显控面贴1所造成的磨损,耐高温层6可使显控面贴1可在高温环境下不会变形,延长其使用寿命。

1.一种显控面贴保护层结构,其特征在于:包括显控面贴(1)、涂胶层(2)、防水干燥层(3)、耐腐蚀层(4)、耐磨层(5)和耐高温层(6),所述显控面贴(1)上方设有防水干燥层(3),所述防水干燥层(3)上对称设有定位凸台(7),所述定位凸台(7)设有四组,所述防水干燥层(3)上方设有耐腐蚀层(4),所述耐腐蚀层(4)上方设有耐磨层(5),所述耐磨层(5)上方设有耐高温层(6),所述耐腐蚀层(4)、耐磨层(5)和耐高温层(6)上设有与定位凸台(7)配合的定位通孔(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种显控面贴保护层结构,其特征在于:所述显控面贴(1)、防水干燥层(3)、耐腐蚀层(4)、耐磨层(5)和耐高温层(6)之间均通过涂胶层(2)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种显控面贴保护层结构,其特征在于:所述显控面贴(1)与防水干燥层(3)之间的涂胶层(2)设有与显示屏大小和位置相同的间隔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种显控面贴保护层结构,其特征在于:所述防水干燥层(3)由聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成,所述防水干燥层(3)厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种显控面贴保护层结构,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀层(4)由高分子化合物聚四氟乙烯制成,所述耐腐蚀层(4)厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种显控面贴保护层结构,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(5)由超高分子量聚乙烯制成,所述耐磨层(5)厚度为0.8mm-1mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种显控面贴保护层结构,其特征在于:所述耐高温层(6)由高分子聚合物聚碳酸酯制成,所述耐高温层(6)厚度为0.5mm-0.8mm。
