The method for adjusting the solar panel support system comprises the following steps;
the method comprises the following steps: fixing the installation base unit 10 at a place to be fixed through a fixing hole 102 of a bottom plate 101 in the installation base unit 10 and a collision bolt;
step two: the telescopic length of the electric lifting rod 81 in the four height free adjustment units 8 is adjusted to be in a horizontal position no matter the angle of a fixed place, the U-shaped seat 82 and the inverted U-shaped seat 85 are movably connected through a first rotating shaft 83 and a second rotating shaft 84 which form a cross shape, so that the electric lifting rod 81 can be conveniently adjusted at will, and the angle interference is avoided;
step three: the forward and reverse rotation of the movable motor 71 can drive the gear three 72 to rotate, so as to drive the gear four 73 to rotate, and the gear four 73 drives the movable shaft 76 to rotate, so that the movable plate 2 moves left and right relative to the frame 1;
step four: the rotation of the rotating motor 61 can drive the driving gear 62 to rotate, and the driving gear 62 drives the rotating plate 3 to rotate relative to the moving plate 2 through the inner gear ring 63, so as to adjust the rotation angle of the rotating plate 3;
step five: the tilt power unit 5 is operated to move the tilt plate 4 about the hinge shaft 13, thereby changing the tilt angle between the tilt plate 4 and the rotating plate 3 to adjust the angle of the solar panel.
Second embodiment, please refer to fig. 8-9, the present embodiment discloses a solar panel support system, which has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, and the difference is that the tilting power unit 5 includes two elongated slots 511, two sliding blocks 512, three hinge pins 513, two sliding rods 514, two tilting rods 515, a power rotating shaft 516, a mounting slot 517, a motor 518, a first gear 519, a second gear 520, and a protecting cover 521, wherein the two sides of the tilting plate 4 are provided with the two elongated slots 511, the two elongated slots 511 are respectively provided with the sliding rods 514, the sliding rods 514 are respectively connected with the two sliding blocks 512 in a sliding manner, the side surface of the two sliding blocks 512 is movably connected with one end of the two tilting rods 515 through the three hinge pins 513, the side surface of one end of the rotating plate 3 far away from the hinge shaft 13 is rotatably connected with the power rotating shaft 516, the other end of the two tilting rods 515 is fixed at the end of the power rotating shaft 516, the mounting slot 517 is provided at the middle of the end of the rotating plate 3, the shaft 516 is fixed with the first gear 519 at the shaft end located in the mounting slot 517, a motor 518 is fixed in the mounting groove 517, an output shaft of the motor 518 is connected with a second gear 520, the second gear 520 is meshed with the first gear 519 to be connected, and a protection cover 521 for protecting equipment in the mounting groove 517 is mounted on the side surface of the mounting groove 517.
The motor 518 works to drive the second gear 520 to rotate, the second gear 520 can drive the first gear 519 to rotate, so that the power rotating shaft 516 is driven to rotate, the power rotating shaft 516 can drive the second inclined rod 515 to rotate, the second inclined rod 515 can drive the second sliding block 512 to move along the sliding rod 514, the included angle between the rotary plate 3 and the inclined plate 4 is changed, and the adjustment is convenient.
It is worth noting that in the above embodiment, the input ends of the electric lifting rod 81, the tilting power motor 504, the motor 518, the rotating motor 61 and the moving motor 71 are all electrically connected with the output end of the external control switch group, the core of the external control switch group can adopt a siemens PLC single chip microcomputer, the tilting power motor 504, the motor 518, the rotating motor 61 and the moving motor 71 can adopt servo motors, the specific type and power can be freely selected by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions, and the electric lifting rod 81 can adopt a DTI straight electric push rod.

the height free adjustment unit (8) comprises an electric lifting rod (81), a U-shaped seat (82), a first rotating shaft (83), a second rotating shaft (84) and an inverted U-shaped seat (85), the inverted U-shaped seat (85) is fixed at four corners of the bottom of the square frame (1), the bottom of the inverted U-shaped seat (85) is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft (84), the U-shaped seat (82) is fixed at the top end of the electric lifting rod (81), the first rotating shaft (83) is rotatably connected onto the U-shaped seat (82), the first rotating shaft (83) is perpendicular to the second rotating shaft (84), and the middle part of the first rotating shaft (83) is fixedly connected with the middle part of the second rotating shaft (84);
the mounting device is characterized by further comprising a mounting base unit (10), wherein the mounting base unit (10) comprises a bottom plate (101), fixing holes (102), connecting rods (103), lightening holes (104), a fixing sleeve (105) and fastening bolts (106), four corners of the bottom plate (101) are respectively connected with the four connecting rods (103), the fixing sleeve (105) is mounted at the end part of each connecting rod (103), the bottom end of each electric lifting rod (81) is sleeved in the fixing sleeve (105), the fastening bolts (106) in threaded connection with the side surface of the fixing sleeve (105) abut against the electric lifting rods (81), the fixing holes (102) are formed in the bottom plate (101), and the lightening holes (104) are formed in the connecting rods (103);
the left and right movable unit (7) comprises a movable motor (71), a gear three (72), a gear four (73), a mounting seat one (74), a mounting seat two (75) and a movable shaft (76), wherein the front side and the rear side of the surface of the square frame (1) are respectively fixed with the mounting seat one (74), the bottom of the movable plate (2) is fixedly provided with the mounting seat two (75) corresponding to the mounting seat one (74), the two mounting seats one (74) are fixedly connected with the movable shaft (76), two ends of the movable shaft (76) are rotatably connected with the mounting seat two (75), one end of the movable shaft (76) is fixedly provided with the gear four (73), the bottom of the movable plate (2) is also fixedly provided with the movable motor (71), and an output shaft of the movable motor (71) is fixedly provided with the gear three (72) which is meshed with the gear four (73);
the rotating unit (6) comprises a rotating motor (61), a driving gear (62), an inner gear ring (63), balls (64) and a cylinder (65), the inner gear ring (63) is fixed at the center of the bottom of the rotating plate (3), an inner limiting ring is inwards arranged at the bottom of the inner gear ring (63), the cylinder (65) with the diameter larger than that of the inner gear ring (63) is fixed at the center of the top of the moving plate (2), a top annular groove of the cylinder (65) is rotatably connected with the bottom annular groove of the rotating plate (3) through the balls (64), the moving plate (2) is further fixed with the rotating motor (61), an output shaft of the rotating motor (61) is connected with the driving gear (62), and the driving gear (62) is meshed with inner side teeth of the inner gear ring (63);
the method for adjusting the solar panel support system comprises the following steps;
the method comprises the following steps: the installation base unit (10) is fixed at a place needing to be fixed through a fixing hole (102) of a bottom plate (101) in the installation base unit (10) and an expansion bolt;
step two: the telescopic length of the electric lifting rod (81) in the four height free adjustment units (8) is adjusted to be in a horizontal position no matter the angle of a fixed place, and the square frame (1) is adjusted to be in a horizontal position, and the U-shaped seat (82) and the inverted U-shaped seat (85) are movably connected through a first rotating shaft (83) and a second rotating shaft (84) which form a cross shape, so that the electric lifting rod (81) can be conveniently adjusted at will, and the angle interference is avoided;
step three: the gear III (72) is driven to rotate by the positive and negative rotation of the movable motor (71), so that the movable plate (2) moves left and right relative to the square frame (1);
step four: the rotation of the rotating motor (61) drives the driving gear (62) to rotate, and the driving gear (62) drives the rotating plate (3) to rotate relative to the movable plate (2) through the inner gear ring (63), so that the rotating angle of the rotating plate (3) is adjusted;
step five: the operation of the tilting power unit (5) enables the tilting plate (4) to move by taking the hinging shaft (13) as a base point, thereby changing the tilting angle between the tilting plate (4) and the rotating plate (3) and adjusting the angle of the solar panel.

The solar panel support system of claim 1, wherein: the inclined power unit (5) comprises a first elongated slot (501), a first slider (502), a first screw (503), an inclined power motor (504), a first pin shaft (505), a first inclined rod (506) and a second pin shaft (507), wherein the first elongated slot (501) is formed in two sides of the inclined plate (4), the first elongated slot (501) is respectively connected with the first slider (502) in a sliding manner, the screw (503) is rotatably connected in one of the first elongated slots (501), the screw (503) is in threaded connection with a screw hole of the first slider (502) in the first elongated slot (501), the screw (503) extends to the end part of the inclined plate (4) and is connected with an output shaft of the inclined power motor (504), the inclined power motor (504) is fixed at the end part of the inclined plate (4), the side surface of the first slider (502) is movably connected with one end of the first inclined rod (506) through the first pin shaft (505), and the side surface of one end, far away from the hinge shaft (13), of the rotary plate (3) is fixedly provided with the second pin shaft (507), the second pin shaft (507) is movably connected with the other end of the first diagonal rod (506).
