Background
The existing lightning protection devices or power supply modules all need overlarge current or large voltage, and under the condition that the overlarge current or the large voltage is needed, the metal connecting pieces of the electric appliances need to be firmly and electrically connected so as to bear the capacity of the heavy current or the large voltage. The easily damaged fittings therefore need to be made as replaceable modules, which are subjected to a disassembly action when they need to be replaced. Because the module needs overlarge current, the module can be pulled out only by using a large force after being inserted into the base, the time and the labor are consumed, and hands are easy to scratch.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a jig for disassembling modules by utilizing a lever principle, which can protect modules such as a lightning protection module, a power module and the like from being successfully pulled out without being damaged and is time-saving and labor-saving.

a jig for disassembling a module by utilizing a lever principle comprises a handle supporting frame, a handle rod, a left clamp, a right clamp, a sliding groove and a supporting rod; the lower end of the handle supporting frame is provided with an opening, and the two sides of the handle supporting frame are respectively provided with the sliding grooves; the handle rod is positioned in the handle support frame, and two ends of the handle rod are respectively slidably arranged in the sliding grooves on two sides; the support rod is positioned in the handle support frame and below the handle rod, two ends of the support rod are respectively detachably clamped and fixed at the lower ends of the sliding grooves at two sides, and when the two ends of the support rod are separated from the lower ends of the sliding grooves at two sides, the two ends of the support rod can slide in the sliding grooves; the left clamp and the right clamp are arranged in an X-shaped cross mode, the upper ends of the left clamp and the right clamp are slidably mounted on the handle rod, and the intersection between the left clamp and the right clamp is rotatably connected to the supporting rod.

The embodiment provides a jig for disassembling a module by utilizing a lever principle, wherein the module can be a power supply module or a lightning protection module. As shown in fig. 1-2, the jig comprises a handle supporting frame 1, a handle rod 2, a left clamp 3, a right clamp 4, a sliding groove 5 and a supporting rod 6; the lower end of the handle support frame 1 is provided with an opening, and the two sides of the handle support frame are respectively provided with the sliding grooves 5; the handle rod 2 is positioned in the handle support frame 1, and two ends of the handle rod are respectively slidably arranged in the sliding grooves 5 on two sides; the supporting rod 6 is positioned in the handle supporting frame 1 and below the handle rod 2, two ends of the supporting rod 6 are respectively detachably clamped and fixed at the lower ends of the sliding grooves 5 at two sides, and when the two ends of the supporting rod 6 are separated from the lower ends of the sliding grooves 5 at two sides, two ends of the supporting rod 6 can slide in the sliding grooves 5; the left clamp 3 and the right clamp 4 are arranged in an X-shaped cross mode, the upper ends of the left clamp 3 and the right clamp 4 are slidably mounted on the handle rod 2, and the intersection between the left clamp 3 and the right clamp 4 is rotatably connected to the supporting rod 6.

Specifically, the width of the lower end of the sliding groove can be designed to be slightly smaller than the width of the two ends of the supporting rod, the two ends of the supporting rod can be clamped and fixed at the lower end of the sliding groove, the two ends of the supporting rod cannot be separated from the lower end of the sliding groove when external force is not applied or applied within a certain range, when the handle rod is pulled upwards, the left clamp and the right clamp can be firstly driven to rotate, and the supporting rod cannot be pulled upwards until the left clamp and the right clamp cannot rotate.

The embodiment provides a use method of a jig for disassembling a module by using a lever principle, which comprises the following specific processes:
the module 100 to be disassembled (in this embodiment, a lightning protection module) is inserted into the base 200, as shown in fig. 3. Placing the module 100 to be disassembled between the lower ends of the left clamp and the right clamp, then pulling up the handle bar to drive the left clamp and the right clamp to rotate in opposite directions by taking the joint of the left clamp and the right clamp with the support rod as a fulcrum, so that the lower ends of the left clamp and the right clamp move in opposite directions to clamp the module to be disassembled, as shown in fig. 3; then, the handle rod is continuously pulled upwards, the two ends of the supporting rod are separated from the lower end of the sliding groove under the action of the pulling force and slide upwards in the sliding groove, the left clamp and the right clamp are driven to move upwards, the module 100 to be disassembled is pulled upwards, and the disassembly of the module is realized, as shown in fig. 4.
