Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of motor assembly, in particular to an oil seal clamp and a framework oil seal installation method. An oil seal clamp comprises a first clamp body and a second clamp body, wherein the first clamp body and the second clamp body are semi-annular; one end of the first clamp body is rotatably connected to one end of the second clamp body around a rotating axis, and the rotating axis is parallel to the axes of the first clamp body and the second clamp body; the other end of the first clamp body is detachably connected with the other end of the second clamp body, so that an annular inner circumferential surface for clamping a framework oil seal is formed after the other end of the first clamp body is connected with the other end of the second clamp body. The oil seal clamp can improve the assembly efficiency and the assembly quality of the framework oil seal so as to avoid the water leakage.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motor assembly, in particular to an oil seal clamp and a framework oil seal installation method.
Background
The sliding seal is needed between the stator part of the hub motor and the rotor shell, and high requirements are put on the installation of the sealing element. If the sliding sealing element can not be assembled well, the conditions of water leakage and the like can easily occur subsequently.

The invention aims to provide an oil seal clamp and a framework oil seal installation method, which can improve the assembly efficiency and the assembly quality of a framework oil seal so as to avoid the condition of water leakage.

The working principle of the oil seal clamp 200 is as follows:
the oil seal clamp 200 includes a first clamp 210 and a second clamp 220, and the first clamp 210 and the second clamp 220 are semi-annular. Therefore, the oil seal clamp 200 can enable one ends of the first clamp body 210 and the second clamp body 220 which are detachably connected to be matched with or separated from each other under the action of external force, so that the oil seal clamp 200 is in an unfolded state or in a closed state; when the other end of the first clamp 210 is connected with the other end of the second clamp 220, and is in a closed state, since the first clamp 210 and the second clamp 220 are both semi-annular, the inner peripheral surfaces of the first clamp 210 and the second clamp 220 are connected, so that the annular inner peripheral surface of the framework oil seal 300 can be formed in a sealed manner, and the framework oil seal 300 can be clamped by the oil seal clamp 200, so that the framework oil seal 300 can be mounted conveniently, and the assembly efficiency and the assembly quality of the framework oil seal 300 can be improved.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, since the inner peripheral surfaces of the first clip 210 and the second clip 220 are both in contact with the framework oil seal 300, when the first clip 210 and the second clip 220 are disposed, the inner peripheral surfaces of the first clip 210 and the second clip 220 have a shape corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the framework oil seal 300, so that the fitting degree between the oil seal clamp 200 and the framework oil seal 300 is improved by such a disposition, thereby improving the clamping stability, and the framework oil seal 300 can be prevented from being damaged or deformed during the process of clamping the framework oil seal 300 by such a disposition.
In the present embodiment, when the oil seal holder 200 holds the framework oil seal 300, it holds the lip portion 310 of the framework oil seal 300, so that when the inner circumferential surfaces of the first clip 210 and the second clip 220 are provided, the inner circumferential surfaces of the first clip 210 and the second clip 220 are provided with the grooves corresponding to the lip portion 310 of the framework oil seal 300.

clamping a framework oil seal 300 by using an oil seal clamp 200;
pressing the framework oil seal 300 positioned outside the oil seal clamp 200 into the mounting hole 410 of the hub motor end cover 400;
the oil seal clamp 200 is unfolded, and the framework oil seal 300 positioned outside the mounting hole 410 is pressed into the mounting hole 410.
Further, in the present embodiment, the step of clamping the skeleton oil seal 300 using the oil seal clamp 200 includes:
