Optionally, the fixing bolt in the rack clamp spring adjuster group of the respiratory muscle exerciser is configured with two nuts: a conventional nut through which the central hole passes and a capped nut through which the central hole does not pass; when the conventional nut is used, after the nut is screwed, the fins of the two boxes are oppositely pressed on the upright posts, and the sliding adjuster can be positioned at any position between the upright posts of the door frame and is not limited by the rack.

The air flue pressure display device can select an effector display screen for displaying the pressure value in the air flue in real time, and can also select a common miniature three-wire digital display direct-current voltage gauge head; the airway pressure display device has two configuration modes: one is arranged in a display screen mounting hole on the electronic box and is connected with a bidirectional differential pressure sensor through a PCB by a lead; the other configuration mode is that the pressure sensor is independently configured outside the host machine, and the pressure change signal obtained by the pressure difference sensor is transmitted to the display screen through a wireless transmission technology. Therefore, a wireless transmission signal transmitting module connected with the differential pressure sensor is integrated on a PCB board in the electronic box, and a wireless signal receiver module and a battery are also configured at the front end of the external pressure display.
The inventor points out that: (1) at present, a voice module capable of leading in a sound source file is available in the market, and can also be prefabricated on the same circuit board together with other electronic elements, and a USB interface in a machine base is an interface for leading in the sound source file. Other function keys are also arranged in the machine base, and are not shown in the figure. All the upward and downward wires enter the channel through the entrance of the connecting column base and run in the channel. The wires are not visible on the host appearance. (3) The single-moving-piece switch is the preferred switch of the invention, the double-moving-piece switch is the secondary switch of the invention, and the open switch has the advantages of low cost and adjustable sensitivity, and has the defects of long-term exposure in flowing air and short effective service life.
(4) The use method of the sliding adjuster comprises the following steps: the two boxes pre-installed with the elastic clamps are embedded between the door frame upright posts, the clamp heads are embedded into the grooves on the inner sides of the upright posts, the nuts with the covers are screwed into the fixing bolts, and after the nuts are prefabricated to be screwed to the bottom, the fins of the boxes are just close to the upright posts, and friction cannot be generated between the fins and the upright posts. The embedded sliding regulator can slide up and down between the upright posts, the clamp head has certain resistance to sliding, the resistance is larger than the tension of the tension spring, when the sliding regulator slides up and down without external force, the clamp head is embedded into the rack groove on the inner side of the upright post of the door frame, even if the tension spring extends due to external force, the sliding regulator cannot be shifted, so that the length of the tension spring is adjusted, and the tension of the tension spring is adjusted. For users who like to adjust the tension of the tension spring steplessly, the nut with the cover can be replaced by a conventional nut, after the nut is screwed, the wing pieces of the two boxes press the upright posts oppositely, and the sliding adjuster can be positioned at any position between the upright posts of the door frame and is not limited by the rack. The rack clamp spring adjuster group can be used independently or in pairs, and each rack clamp spring adjuster group controls one tension spring.
(5) When the pressure regulating valve core is used, the pressure regulating valve core and the regulating bolt-nut are prefabricated in the sleeve, the upper end of the sleeve is connected with the vertical pipe of the exhalation resistance T-shaped pipe, when a user exhales forcibly, the exhaled air presses the blocking cover, when the pressure exceeds the elastic force of the pressure spring, the blocking cover moves downwards, exhaled air enters the pressure regulating valve core, and is discharged along the groove-shaped air outlet hole, the semicircular air outlet hole and the fan-shaped air outlet hole in sequence. The rotating head at the top of the adjusting bolt pushes the movable cover to move upwards to press the pressure spring, so that the pressure for plugging the plugging cover is increased, and a user needs to use a larger breath force to exhale waste gas, thereby achieving the purpose of exercising respiratory muscles.
(6) The air inlet end of the expiration reverse blocking T-shaped pipe is connected with the air outlet of the air conveying pipe of the electronic box through a threaded pipe, the air outlet end of the expiration reverse blocking T-shaped pipe is connected with the human-computer interface, and the vertical pipe is connected with the sleeve. After the vertical tube is connected with the sleeve, the length of the vertical tube can be just held by hands to be used as a handle for breath training.
(7) The threaded pipe can be directly used for medical products on the market and can also be customized.
(8) If an external wireless pressure display screen is used, a threaded pipe is not needed, the man-machine interface is directly connected with the air outlet of the air pipe on the electronic box, and a user can hold the host machine for training.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) when a user exercises the respiratory muscle by using the breathing exercise device, the expiration module and the inspiration module can be used jointly or separately. (2) The invention selects the miniature two-way differential pressure sensor, only one sensor is arranged, the requirements of inspiration exercise and expiration exercise can be met simultaneously, and the structure is simple. (3) The airway pressure display device can enable a user to intuitively feel the change of the exercise effect and also play a role in enhancing the exercise confidence. (4) The invention has two preset tension springs, which can be used for hanging two tension springs or only one tension spring, and the tension springs with different tension forces are preset according to requirements. One end of each tension spring is hung on the air inlet tension spring rod, the other end of each tension spring is downward and fixed on the resistance adjusting device after penetrating through the inner cavity of the resistance cover seat, and the elasticity of the two tension springs can be adjusted respectively, namely, the two tension springs can be used independently or in a matched mode. The performance parameters of the two tension springs can be identical or different, and if necessary, the tension springs with different elastic forces can be replaced during the use. Usually, the elastic force of a extension spring can satisfy most users 'exercise demand, disposes two extension springs, can almost satisfy all people's exercise demand. (5) The normally open one-way two-foot tact switch designed by the invention is simpler than a commercially available two-way three-foot switch in structure and principle. The technical requirements are two points: high sensitivity and long effective stroke. The former means that the moving contact only needs to move for a very short distance to conduct the switch, and the latter means that after the conduction, the two contacts always keep a contact conduction state along with the rotation of the resistance cover. (6) The exhalation anti-reverse T-shaped pipe designed by the invention ensures that the inhaled air and the exhaled air respectively flow in one direction and do not cross and mix with each other. The exhaust gas exhaled by the user only needs to flow for a short distance to be exhausted outside the instrument, so that adverse effects on the user are avoided. (7) The invention arranges a piece of breathable cotton sheet soaked with liquid medicine in the external air passage, so that a user can deeply inhale medicine with the function of treating chronic diseases while inhaling, the chronic diseases are not limited to respiratory system diseases and other system diseases, and can benefit from the treatment of the medicine gas, and the simplest example is that the fragrance of roses or sweet osmanthus flowers can be pleasant. (8) The invention uses sound and light information to inform a user of a preset terminal point, most people have subconscious that the purpose cannot be achieved and most people can not be relieved, and in order to achieve a preset interesting target, the invention can continuously exercise hard (9) the invention uses a pressure difference sensor and an effector to display the airway pressure value of the user in the training process in real time, so that the user can visually see the exercise effect of the user, and the confidence of the user can be obviously enhanced by continuous progress. The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the accompanying figures 1 to 29:
example 1
A respiratory muscle exerciser consisting of three major parts: the inhalation module, the exhalation module and a common accessory group which is needed by the two modules. The air suction resistance adjusting part of the air suction module selects a rack clamp spring adjuster group, the acousto-optic display trigger switch selects the customized single-acting-piece light touch switch, and the air passage pressure display selects the special pressure display screen.
The assembly and connection of each part are as follows:
assembling a host machine: the miniature bidirectional differential pressure sensor, the miniature loudspeaker, the voice chip control assembly and the multi-path power supply interface are prefabricated on a PCB board, the appearance of the PCB board is customized according to the size of an inner cavity of the electronic box and elements required to be installed, and the PCB board is installed in the electronic box. Respectively connecting the measuring end of the differential pressure sensor with a measuring interface a0103 of the differential pressure sensor and connecting the oxygen outlet of a connecting column c0201 with an oxygen interface a0102 in the box by using short hoses in prefabricated shapes; a connecting pipe (not shown) is inserted into the reserved expansion hole (expiratory pressure measuring hole) c0105 in advance, and then the connecting pipe is connected with the expiratory measuring pipe a0107 by a hose; the LED lamp is installed in the LED lamp hole c0104, the pressure display screen is installed in the display screen installation hole c0103, and the leads of the two elements are connected with corresponding circuit interfaces on the PCB. When a user exhales with certain force, the reverse duckbill check valve in the exhalation blocking T-shaped pipe b0201 prevents exhaled gas from entering the threaded pipe, so that gas inlet and gas outlet are separated, and most pipelines are free of waste gas. The expired air is forced to enter the vertical pipe of the T-shaped pipe b0201, when the pressure exceeds the elastic force of the pressure spring b0108, the blocking cover b0107 of the pressure regulating valve core is pushed to move downwards, the expired air enters the pressure regulating valve core, passes through the groove-shaped air outlet holes in the side wall, passes through the semicircular air outlet holes b0112 and the fan-shaped air outlet holes b0105 downwards and is discharged into the atmosphere. Rotatory adjusting bolt b0110, the rotating head b0111 at its top drives movable cover b0109 and reciprocates, exerts different pressure for shutoff lid b0107 through pressure spring b0108, and the user just also need use different expiratory dynamics, just can discharge the waste gas to reach the purpose that exhales and take exercise. When the user exhales, expiration hinders contrary T-shaped pipe b0201 internal pressure and risees, and the gas circuit internal pressure of change passes through intercommunicating pore b0207, pressure sensor and connects mouth of pipe b0205, influences the pressure differential sensor in the electronic box, and the pressure display screen on electronic box surface can show the pressure value of exhaling in real time, and the user also can audio-visually see the effect when oneself exhales and take exercise.
When the user without oxygen deficiency exercises by using the invention, additional oxygen supply is not needed, so that the oxygen source is not needed to be connected. The oxygen inlet conduit port a0508 can be plugged with a plugging cap (not shown). When a user with oxygen deficiency exercises by using the oxygen supply device, an oxygen guide pipe connected with an oxygen source enters the base c0501 through the oxygen guide pipe inlet a0501 on the base c0501 and is connected with the oxygen input guide pipe interface a0508, when the oxygen supply device is used, the oxygen input quantity is adjusted according to different individual oxygen requirements by turning on the oxygen source flow switch, usually only a small amount of oxygen is needed, and the excessive oxygen can block the establishment of negative pressure of a gas path. Oxygen enters a pipeline in the connecting column c0201 through the connecting column oxygen seat a0507, upwards enters the medicine gas chamber through the oxygen interface a0102 in the box, forms mixed gas with the medicine gas, is inhaled by a user, and relieves the anoxic condition. The use of the present invention is not recommended for severe hypoxia patients.
Inspiratory function exercises (inspiratory modules) and expiratory function exercises (expiratory modules) are often used in combination, or each function may be used alone.
When the inspiration resistance exercise function is used alone, the expiration reverse blocking T-shaped pipe b0301 does not need to be connected. The threaded pipe is directly connected with the man-machine interface. Meanwhile, a blocking cover (not shown) is also needed to block the expiratory measurement tube a0107 in the electronic box.
If use external wireless pressure display screen, then do not need the screwed pipe, man-machine interface passes through the short hose and directly is connected with the gas-supply pipe gas outlet on the electronic box, and the handheld host computer of user trains.
Example 2
A respiratory muscle exerciser consisting of three major parts: the inhalation module, the exhalation module and both modules may be formed from a common set of fittings. The starting switch of the acousto-optic signal selects the double-moving-piece light touch switch, the air suction resistance adjusting component of the air suction module selects the scroll adjuster group, and the selection of other components is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
The assembly of most of the components of the inhalation module, the exhalation module and the common components of both modules is the same as in example 1. Except that the assembly and operation of the two sets of components described below are different.
As shown in fig. 11, a metal short rod or short tube with a diameter matching with the switch rotation shaft hole a0221 is inserted as a rotation shaft, a double-moving-piece light touch switch is installed on the switch installation plate a0218 through a rotation shaft bracket (not shown) prefabricated on the switch installation plate a0218, the movement of the switch is limited by a switch stopper a0225, the switch cannot rotate downwards and can only rotate upwards around the switch rotation shaft, when the switch rotates upwards, the switch is limited by elastic resistance of a switch reset spring piece a0219 to a certain degree, an electrode ia 0222 and an electrode ii 0223 are respectively connected with two lead wires, and the lead wires move downwards into a base c0501 through a preset pipeline (not shown) and are respectively connected with a sound source selection switch a0503 and an LED lamp lead wire from an electronic box.
As shown in fig. 23, the reel adjuster group is composed of a reel frame (not shown), a reel a0416, a reel adjustment knob a0414, a pulling wire (not shown) and a reel brake nut a0415, the reel frame is prefabricated on the upper surface of the base and is used for mounting the reel a0416, the upper end of the pulling wire is connected and fixed with a metal ring at the lower end of the tension spring, the lower end of the pulling wire passes through the pulling wire through hole a0417 on the reel a0416 and is fixed, the reel adjustment knob a0414 is rotated to wind the pulling wire on the reel a0416, the tension spring is extended to apply elastic resistance to the opening of the resistance cover a0213, the reel brake nut a0415 is screwed to fix the reel a0416, and when the resistance cover a0213 is opened, the tension spring is only extended without driving the reel a0416 to.
When the air inlet valve is used, a user inhales air with strength, negative pressure is generated in an air inlet air circuit, pressure difference is formed between the negative pressure and the external atmospheric pressure, when the difference value reaches the opening threshold value of the resistance cover a0213, the resistance cover a0213 overcomes the resistance of a tension spring to open, the contactor a0215 pushes the switch button a0224 upwards, the lower contact a0235 is contacted with the upper contact a0234, the electrode piece Ia 0228 is conducted with the electrode piece IIa 0229, current is transmitted to the electrode Ia 0222 through the electrode IIa 0223 and then is transmitted to a corresponding contact point in the engine base c0501 through a lead, the moving distance between the electrode piece Ia 0228 and the electrode piece IIa 0229 in the switch box is limited, when the moving limit of the two electrode pieces is reached and the resistance cover a0213 continues to rotate upwards, the switch box rotates upwards through a rotating shaft hole a0221 until the user inhales and stops, the switch box resets under the action of the switch reset spring piece 023a 0219 and the switch limiter a0225 outside the box, and the two electrode pieces in the switch reset spring piece, Elastic reset piece IIa 0233, electrode slice I lower limiter a0230, electrode slice II lower limiter a0231 and electrode slice I top limiter a0236 reset under the combined action. As shown in fig. 15, the U-shaped electrode plate stopper ia 0237, the U-shaped electrode plate stopper ii a0238 and the U-shaped electrode plate stopper iii a0239 are plastic parts prefabricated on the switch mounting plate a0218 and play a role of fixing the electrode, the U-shaped electrode plate a0240 is installed in the 3 stoppers according to the drawing, the self-electrode ia 0241 is made of the same material as the U-shaped electrode plate a0240 and is prefabricated into a whole, and the self-electrode ii a0242 is preset on the surface of the contact a0215 of the resistance cover a 0213. The self-electrode I a0241 and the self-electrode II a0242 are respectively connected with a lead, and the leads move downwards into the base c0501 through a preset pipeline (not shown) and are respectively connected with the sound source selection switch a0503 and an LED lamp lead from the electronic box.
When the air suction device is used, a user inhales air with strength, negative pressure is generated in an air inlet gas circuit, pressure difference is formed between the negative pressure and the external atmospheric pressure, when the difference value reaches the opening threshold value of the resistance cover a0213, the resistance cover a0213 is opened by overcoming the resistance of a tension spring, the contactor a0215 is pushed upwards, the self electrode IIa 0242 is contacted with the corresponding concave arc part of the U-shaped electrode plate a0240, the self electrode IIa 0242 is conducted with the self electrode I a0241, current is transmitted to the self electrode I a0241 from the self electrode IIa 0242 through the U-shaped electrode plate a0240 and then is transmitted to the corresponding contact point in the engine base c0501 through a lead, the opening angle of the resistance cover a0213 is increased along with the increase of the air suction strength of the user, the U-shaped electrode plate a0240 also moves upwards, and in the process, the self electrode IIa 0242 and the self; when the user breathes in and stops, U-shaped electrode slice a0240 can automatic re-setting because of self elasticity, receives the restriction of U-shaped electrode slice stopper 1a0237, will reset accurately. The gas path and circuit effects caused by opening the resistance cover a0213 are the same as those in embodiment 1.

A respiratory muscle exerciser is characterized by comprising a main machine, wherein the main machine is divided into 5 layers, the first layer counted from top to bottom is an electronic box which is mainly used for installing electronic parts, and the fifth layer is a base (c 0501); the 3 rd layer plays a role of bearing the upper part and the lower part, is of a circular plate-shaped structure and is called as a connecting plate (c 0301), the first layer, the third layer and the fifth layer are fixedly connected by 3-4 hollow cylindrical connecting columns (c 0201), the connecting columns (c 0201) and the three layers are prefabricated into a whole, the upper ends of the connecting columns (c 0201) are stopped and opened in the electronic box, and the lower ends of the connecting columns (c 0201) are stopped and opened in the base (c 0501); the connecting column (c 0201) not only plays a role in connection and fixation, but also plays a role in oxygen transmission and wire penetration; the layer 2 is arranged above the connecting plate (c 0301) and is used for installing the air inlet resistance generating assembly, the gas conveying pipeline and the medicine gas generating component; the 4 th layer is arranged below the connecting plate (c 0301) and is used for installing the air inlet resistance adjusting component;

the resistance cover (a 0213) is a thin plate-shaped object, the shape of the resistance cover is an irregular shape with a circular middle and two extending sides, a bean curd block-shaped bulge called a contactor (a 0215) is prefabricated on the extending part on one side and used for pushing the button of the tact switch (a 0220), the extending part on the other side is prefabricated into a shaft sleeve (a 0214) with a small hole channel in the center and matched with the shaft support (a 0210), and the resistance cover can rotate along the rotating shaft after the rotating shaft is inserted;
