A novel dispensing balloon as claimed in claim 7 wherein: a blocking net is arranged in the transparent ball bag and close to the liquid inlet and outlet pipe, and the diameter of the blocking net is larger than the outer diameter of the liquid inlet and outlet pipe and the diameter of the gravity ball.
9. A novel dispensing balloon according to claim 8, wherein: the gravity ball is a solid rubber ball or a solid glass ball, the transparent ball bag is a rubber ball bag, the blocking net is made of the same material as the transparent ball bag and is integrally connected with the transparent ball bag, the liquid inlet and outlet pipe is a hard plastic pipe, and the transparent ball bag is integrally connected with the liquid inlet and outlet pipe.
10. A novel dispensing balloon according to claim 8, wherein: the exhaust pipe is an arc-shaped bent pipe bent towards the puncture needle.
