Abstract
A self-service terminal device and a service request processing method thereof comprise the following steps: the system comprises a processor, a local area network module, an input module and an output module; the processor includes: the settlement unit comprises an online bank settlement module, a cash settlement module, a third party settlement module and a digital currency settlement module; the digital currency settlement module is used for calling a digital currency account connected with an operation user and verifying the digital currency account; the local area network module is used for being in communication coupling with other terminal equipment in the local area network; the terminal devices in the local area network are accessed to the block chain network, and the transaction data of each terminal device is uploaded to the corresponding block chain. The invention provides a self-service terminal device and a service request processing method thereof, which have the function of multiple calculation modes and simultaneously strengthen the verification and tracing functions of requested services.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of self-service terminals, in particular to a work handling terminal of government departments, banks, tax departments, hospitals and other institutions.

Self-service terminal equipment is placed in the hall of handling affairs of all kinds of mechanisms of handling affairs more, need not people and waits in line to the window, is convenient for handle all kinds of matters through self-service terminal operation. As one implementation manner, the local area network system further comprises a communication module, wherein the communication module is communicatively connected with a server and used for transmitting communication data, the server is a mechanism server corresponding to the local area network module, and the mechanism server is accessed to the local area network blockchain network.
As one implementation manner, the terminal device in the local area network includes a general control device, and the general control device is used for setting shared information.
As one of the implementation modes, the system further comprises a positioning module, and the processor sends positioning information to the server through the communication module.

and when any terminal device in the local area network collects the same sound data for the second time, directly calling the voice feedback data in the shared database in the local area network for playing.
As one embodiment, the input module comprises a card inserting device, an identity card identifier, a bank card identifier and a two-dimensional code scanner; the output module comprises a display screen and a receipt printing device.
As one embodiment, a rear bracket is arranged at the rear part of the shell, and a contact switch is arranged on the rear bracket and electrically connected with the power supply and the processor.
The invention also provides a self-service terminal service request processing method, which comprises the following steps:
a user registration process; receiving an office request, wherein the office request comprises a local service request and a remote service request; creating a local service list or a remote service list; the related transaction requests are processed sequentially according to the local service list order or the remote service list order.
As one of the implementation manners, the local service request execution process includes that the master control device automatically obtains the service requests of other terminal devices in the local area network, and verifies the user identity; sending the sharing authority secret key to a mobile terminal which is put on record when a user registers; the user acquires service request response data according to the sharing authority secret key;
wherein the transaction process data is generated into new blocks and added to an already existing block chain.
As one embodiment, the remote service request execution process includes obtaining a service request and sending the service request to a server; the server broadcasts a service request to the blockchain network; verifying an identity key of the service request; sending corresponding service request data; generating a new block from the transaction process data, and adding the new block into an existing block chain; the service request is completed.
The service request includes a data acquisition service request, a right document reference service request, and a transaction service request, as one of the embodiments.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the personnel can operate and handle business through the self-service terminal equipment, so that the cost can be saved, and compared with other self-service terminals, the cost is low and the self-service terminal equipment hardly occupies space; the problems of queuing, transaction processing efficiency, cost, multi-process parallel processing and the like are solved.
2. The invention adds the digital currency settlement function to the self-service terminal and enriches the settlement mode of the self-service terminal.

the terminal devices in the local area network are accessed to the block chain network, and the transaction data of each terminal device is uploaded to the corresponding block chain.
The communication module is in communication connection with a server and is used for transmitting communication data, wherein the server is a mechanism server corresponding to the local area network module, and the mechanism server is accessed to the local area network block chain network.
As one implementation manner, the terminal device in the local area network includes a general control device, and the general control device is used for setting shared information.
As one of the implementation modes, the system further comprises a positioning module, and the processor sends positioning information to the server through the communication module.

The self-service terminal equipment comprises a shell, wherein all the components are installed in the shell, a rear support is arranged at the rear part of the shell, a contact switch is arranged on the rear support, and the contact switch is electrically connected with the power supply and the processor. And the function of system restart in power failure is realized.
Example 2:
based on the self-service terminal device, the embodiment provides a method for processing a service request of a self-service terminal, which includes the following steps:
a user registration process;
receiving an office request, wherein the office request comprises a local service request and a remote service request;

The service request includes a data acquisition service request, a right document reference service request, and a transaction service request, as one of the embodiments.

For example, the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules or units is only one logical functional division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another device, or some features may be omitted, or not executed.
