Abstract
The invention relates to a novel mud box capable of adjusting mud concentration, which comprises a settling chamber, an adjusting chamber and a circulating chamber which are sequentially connected in series; a water inlet is formed in the settling chamber, and slurry is introduced into the water inlet; the bottom of the settling chamber is provided with a pull-type settled slurry discharging assembly; a stirrer is arranged in the adjusting chamber; and a water outlet is formed in the circulating chamber, so that the regulated slurry is discharged. Compared with the prior art, the mud box can avoid directly excavating a foundation trench on the ground to serve as a mud pit, can be repeatedly used, and is convenient to move and transport; the settling chamber is provided with the movable partition plate, so that the settling chamber can be divided into two parts, waste deposited at the bottom is discharged in time through the slag discharge port, and the effect of slurry circulation is prevented from being influenced by excessive waste accumulation; the filter screen through the connecting pipe mouth filters mud to use mud concentration detector to detect the mud concentration after filtering, be convenient for adjust mud concentration to suitable scope.

Technical Field

Background
The traditional mud pit generally adopts a structure that a foundation trench is directly dug on the ground and then a brick wall is built in the foundation trench as a place for preparing and storing mud. Because the brick structure does not have the waterproof and anti-seepage function, underground water or rainwater easily permeates into slurry when the underground water level is higher or the construction is carried out in rainy seasons in the using process, so that the physical and chemical properties of the slurry are changed in the using process of the slurry, and chemical components such as bentonite, an additive and the like easily permeate into a surrounding soil layer through a wall structure of the slurry pond, so that the slurry loss is caused, and the surrounding soil body is polluted. After the engineering, a large amount of direct landfill of a large amount of mud in dumped mud pond and the inslot brings a great deal of trouble for follow-up construction, and the place treatment cost is high, causes the waste of resource.
The mud in the traditional mud tank is mainly new mud and recovered mud, the mud (sand) content in the recovered mud is large, the mud-sand precipitation amount in the mud tank is large, and the storage space of the mud tank is reduced because the mud tank does not have a sand removal process. In order to meet the requirement of the construction mud amount, the traditional mud process generally uses an excavator to remove sediments in a mud pit so as to increase the storage space and then prepare new mud. The method can not well separate mud and sediment to cause a large amount of mud waste, and simultaneously has low efficiency of newly preparing mud, can not ensure the supply amount of mud, influences the continuity of construction, and causes environmental pollution because the clear mud-sand-mud mixture is difficult to treat.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a novel mud box capable of adjusting the mud concentration, which can filter mud, discharge filtered waste materials in time, detect the mud concentration and connect a pulping machine to adjust the mud concentration.

the novel mud box capable of adjusting the mud concentration comprises a settling chamber, an adjusting chamber and a circulating chamber which are sequentially connected in series;
a water inlet is formed in the settling chamber, and slurry is introduced into the water inlet;
the bottom of the settling chamber is provided with a pull-type settled slurry discharging assembly;
a stirrer is arranged in the adjusting chamber;
and a water outlet is formed in the circulating chamber, so that the regulated slurry is discharged.
Furthermore, the pull-type precipitated slurry discharge assembly comprises a movable partition plate horizontally arranged in the precipitation chamber, the movable partition plate divides the precipitation chamber into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, and a slag discharge port is formed in the side wall of the lower cavity;
the movable partition plate can be laterally drawn out, so that the precipitated slurry accumulated on the movable partition plate falls into the lower cavity and is discharged from the slag discharge port.
Further, one side of the movable partition plate extends to the outside of the settling chamber to form an extension operation part;
the extension operation part is connected with a sliding assembly.
Furthermore, the sliding assembly comprises a plurality of connecting steel plates connected to the extending operation part;

The adjusting chamber 6 is connected with the circulating chamber 10 through a connecting pipe 4, the top height of the connecting pipe 4 is slightly lower than the bottom height of the connecting pipe 4 between the settling chamber 2 and the adjusting chamber 6, a slurry concentration detector 5 is assembled on the connecting pipe 4, whether the adjusted slurry concentration meets the requirement in use or not is determined according to the detected slurry concentration, and the slurry enters the circulating chamber 10 and then is discharged through a water outlet 11 at one end of the circulating chamber 10.
