The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a ruler pen according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an exploded view of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a state diagram of the ruler and the writing pen of the ruler pen separated; FIG. 4 is a partial schematic view of a ruler pen provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of a ruler pen provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention in an unlocked state; FIG. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view of a ruler pen provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention in a locked state.
As shown in the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention provides a ruler pen, including:
the pen body 1 is provided with a groove 100, the groove 100 extends to the tail end of the pen body 1 along the extending direction of the pen body 1, and the bottom of the groove 100 is provided with a first through hole 10;
the graduated scale 2 is detachably arranged in the groove 100 and can slide along the groove 100, a clamping groove 200 is formed in the tail end of the graduated scale 2, and when the graduated scale 2 is completely embedded into the groove 100, the clamping groove 200 corresponds to the first through hole 10;
the pen cap 3 is arranged at the tail end of the pen body 1 and is suitable for controlling the extension and retraction of a pen core of the ruler pen;
the locking mechanism 5 is swingably mounted on the pen body 1, and the locking mechanism 5 includes a first protrusion adapted to be moved along the first through hole 10 to be inserted into the card slot 200 or to be separated from the card slot 200 under the control of the pen cap 3.
It should be noted that the graduated scale 2 is detachably disposed in the groove 100 and can slide along the groove 100, which means that the first protrusion is separated from the slot 200 when the ruler pen is in an unlocked state, so that the graduated scale 2 can slide out along the extending direction of the groove 100;
the locking mechanism can be fixed on the pen body or can be an independent component, and the effect that the first protrusion is embedded into the clamping groove or separated from the clamping groove can be achieved by pressing the pen cap after the ruler pen is assembled.
According to the ruler pen provided by the embodiment of the invention, the locking mechanism is arranged on the pen body in a swinging manner, when the pen cap is pressed, the first protrusion can be movably embedded into or separated from the clamping groove along the first through hole, when the pen cap is pressed again, the first protrusion can be separated from or embedded into the clamping groove, so that when the ruler pen is not used, the locking mechanism is controlled to be embedded into the clamping groove through the pen cap, the graduated scale cannot slide out towards one end far away from the pen point along the groove, the graduated scale can be effectively prevented from being separated from a writing pen, the ruler pen is convenient to carry, meanwhile, the pen cap controlling the extension and retraction of the pen core can play a role in controlling the locking mechanism, the graduated scale can be locked with the writing pen without additionally increasing a part for controlling the locking mechanism, and the structure is simpler.
It should be noted that, although the pen cap is used to control the extension and retraction of the pen core and the insertion and detachment of the locking mechanism into and from the card slot, in the embodiment of the present invention, the retraction of the pen core and the locking of the locking mechanism are not limited to correspond, for example, in one embodiment, the first protrusion may be separated from the card slot when the pen core is retracted; when the pen core extends out, the first protrusion can penetrate through the first through hole to be embedded into the clamping groove. Of course, in another embodiment, the first protrusion may be inserted into the slot through the first through hole when the pen core is retracted; when the pen core extends out, the first protrusion is separated from the clamping groove. So, when the ruler pen was in the non-state of writing, first protruding embedding in the draw-in groove and the refill withdraws, the ruler locking when the non-state of writing, the ruler can be followed recess extending direction and released when writing the state, promotes and uses experience. Not only can avoid scale and writing pen at the non-state separation of writing, can also protect the refill, be more convenient for accomodate.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4-6, in one embodiment, the locking mechanism 5 includes:
a first swing arm 61, the first protrusion 51 being fixed to the first swing arm 61;
a second swing arm 62;
a supporting protrusion 63 abutting against the pen body 1, wherein the height of the supporting protrusion 63 is smaller than the height of the first protrusion 51, the first swing arm 61 and the second swing arm 62 are respectively fixed on two sides of the supporting protrusion 63, the extending direction of the locking mechanism 5 is the same as the extending direction of the pen body 1, and the distance between the first swing arm 61 and the pen point of the ruler pen is greater than the distance between the second swing arm 62 and the pen point;
when the pen cap 3 moves towards the pen point direction close to the ruler pen, the pen cap 3 acts on the second swing arm 62 to control the first swing arm 61 to drive the first protrusion 51 to be separated from the clamping groove 200; when the cap 3 moves away from the pen point, the cap 3 acts on the first swing arm 61 to control the first swing arm 61 to drive the first protrusion 51 to penetrate through the first through hole 10 and be embedded into the slot 200.
It can be seen that when the pen core is in a retracted state, the pen cap 3 is in contact with the first swing arm 61, the first swing arm 61 moves in a direction away from the pen cap 3 under the extrusion of the pen cap 3, and the first protrusion 51 penetrates through the first through hole 10 and is embedded into the clamping groove 200, so that the scale 2 and the writing pen are locked; when the pen cap 3 is pressed and the pen core extends, the pen cap 3 moves along the direction close to the pen point, and the first protrusion 51 swings with the supporting protrusion 63 as a pivot along with the contact of the pen cap 3 with the second swing arm 62, so that the first protrusion 51 is separated from the clamping groove 200, and the graduated scale 2 can be taken out of the groove 100. So, on the one hand, when the ruler pen is in the non-state of writing, first arch 51 embedding in draw-in groove 200 and the refill withdraws, not only can avoid scale 2 and writing pen to fly to write the state separation, can also protect the refill, be more convenient for accomodate. On the other hand, by setting the locking mechanism 5 to be a swing type independent structure, the processing is simpler, the structure is firmer, and the service life is prolonged.
In a specific embodiment, in order to more easily realize the insertion of the first protrusion 51 into the card slot 200, the height of the first protrusion 51 may be greater than the height of the supporting protrusion 63, and of course, in other embodiments, the height of the first protrusion is not limited as long as the first protrusion can be inserted into the card slot.
In a specific embodiment, the shape of the first swing arm 61 may also be a circular arc. So, when the in-process of pressing cap 3 under the locking state, cap 3 acts on first swing arm 61 and second swing arm 62, the trend of straightening is produced in the change of first swing arm 61 to it separates with draw-in groove 200 more easily. Similarly, when pressing cap 3 again, cap 3 moves along the direction of keeping away from the nib, and when cap 3 only contacted first swing arm 61, the perk of second swing arm 62, because first swing arm 61 is the arc, first swing arm 61 also changes in stretching out first through-hole 10 embedding draw-in groove 200.
Similarly, the second swing arm 62 may be circular arc-shaped. The first swing arm 61 can be referred to for specific effects, which are not described in detail herein.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the support protrusion 63 may be shaped as a circular arc. Thus, the contact area between the support projection 63 and the pen body 1 can be reduced, and friction can be reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the supporting protrusion 63 is not limited, and the supporting protrusion 63 serves as a fulcrum of the first swing arm and the second swing arm as long as the supporting protrusion 63 can be ensured to be in contact with the pen body 1.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6 in conjunction with fig. 4, in a specific embodiment, a second protrusion 52 is fixed on the second swing arm 62, a second concave hole 20 is further formed at the bottom of the groove 100, and the second protrusion 52 can be embedded into the second concave hole 20. Through set up second shrinkage pool 20 at pen body 1, and at the fixed second arch 52 of second swing arm 62, press the in-process that cap 3 control locking mechanical system 5 and draw-in groove 200 break away from, second arch 52 can imbed second shrinkage pool 20, avoid locking mechanical system 5 to produce and slide from top to bottom.
The second protrusion can be embedded into the second concave hole, which means that the second protrusion is embedded into the second concave hole when the ruler pen is in an unlocked state. In the locked state, the second protrusion is disengaged from the second recessed hole.
It should be noted that, locking mechanical system realizes the effect of locking the ruler pen through first arch and draw-in groove cooperation, and behind the protruding embedding second shrinkage pool of second, can not influence the scale and follow the recess roll-off.
In a specific embodiment, a pen clip 7 can be further fixed on the graduated scale 2, so that on one hand, the graduated scale 2 is convenient to take and place from a table; on the other hand, by means of the clip 7, it is also easier to take the scale 2 out of the groove 100; further, the ruler pen is convenient to store. In the locked state, even if the pen clip 7 is clipped on a book or clothes, the situation that the pen body 1 is separated from the graduated scale 2 under the self-gravity can be avoided.
The pen clip is fixed at the tail end of the graduated scale, and the pen clip can expose the scales of the graduated scale.
It is easy to understand that, in order to avoid the pen clip 7 from blocking the scale of the graduated scale 2, the pen clip 7 should be arranged to expose the scale of the graduated scale 2. In particular, making the clip transparent may be used to avoid the clip from obscuring the scale markings. Or, can be less than the width of scale far away with the width of pen clip, thereby the pen clip can be fixed in one side of scale that does not set up the scale mark to avoid sheltering from the scale.
In one embodiment, the clip 7 is ring-shaped, as shown in FIG. 7. The pen clip 7 is annular, which means that the pen clip 7 is hollowed out, so that the hollow out part can read the scale of the graduated scale 2. Furthermore, the width of the pen clip 7 can be properly increased by arranging the pen clip 7 in an annular hollow shape, so that the supporting effect of the pen clip 7 is improved; on the other hand, through setting up pen clip 7 and circularizing the fretwork form, can set up pen clip 7 in the position placed in the middle of scale 2, also can promote structural symmetry and pleasing to the eye.
In one embodiment, the ruler pen may further include an ink amount window 8, the ink amount window 8 is disposed at the bottom of the groove 100 and near one end of the pen tip of the ruler pen, and the ink amount window 8 is exposed after the scale 2 is pushed out. The ink amount window 8 is used for observing the ink amount residual amount of the ruler pen. The ink amount window 8 may be in the form of a transparent window, or may be provided in the form of an opening, as long as the remaining amount of ink can be observed. By disposing the ink amount window 8 in the bottom of the groove 100 and near one end of the pen point of the ruler pen, when the graduated scale 2 is not separated from the pen body 1, the comfort of writing can be improved.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a partial sectional view of a ruler pen according to another embodiment of the present invention in an unlocked state; FIG. 9 is a partial cross-sectional view of a ruler pen provided in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention in a locked state.
The same parts as those in the previous embodiment are not described again, and the differences from the previous embodiment are as follows: the locking mechanism 91 includes the first projection and a spherical receiving portion that matches the spherical receiving groove.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cap 3 is provided with a spherical receiving groove 9, an opening of the spherical receiving groove 9 is located on an outer circumferential surface of the cap 3, and the locking mechanism 91 is disposed in the first through hole and is fixedly connected to a side wall of the pen body. When the pen cap 3 controls the pen core to extend out, the spherical accommodating part is accommodated in the spherical accommodating groove 9, the first protrusion is separated from the clamping groove 200, and the graduated scale 2 can slide out along the extension direction of the pen body 1 at the moment. In fig. 8, an upward arrow indicates a slide-out direction of the scale, and a downward arrow indicates a pressing direction of the cap. When the pen cap controls the pen core to retract, the first protrusion is embedded into the clamping groove 200. At the moment, the ruler pen is in a locked state, and the graduated scale cannot slide out along the extending direction of the pen body. The locking structure is arranged to be a spherical structure, so that the pen cap is not hindered from moving, the function is guaranteed, and the structure is simple.
In one embodiment, the locking groove 200 and the first protrusion are both hemispherical. First arch and draw-in groove 200's shape phase-match to first arch can be more firm embedding in the draw-in groove, improve the locking effect, and draw-in groove and first arch are the hemisphere can be the same with the shape of spherical portion of holding, can directly be spherical with locking mechanical system processing, reduce processing complexity and the degree of difficulty.
In other embodiments, the first protrusion may have other shapes such as a square shape.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the side wall of the pen body below the locking mechanism 91 may be a slope. By arranging the pen body as an inclined plane, when the pen cap 3 contacts the locking mechanism 91 in the process of pressing the pen cap, the side wall is easier to deform slightly, so that the spherical accommodating part of the locking mechanism 91 can be easier to accommodate in the spherical accommodating groove 9.
