Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of faucets, in particular to a self-cleaning faucet capable of circularly spraying and washing stains on an outer pipe.
Background
The water tap is a popular name of a water valve, is used for controlling the size of water flow to be switched on and off, and has the effect of saving water. The water tap has a very fast updating speed, and develops from an old cast iron process to an electroplating knob type water tap, a stainless steel single-temperature single-control water tap, a stainless steel double-temperature double-control water tap and a kitchen semi-automatic water tap. At present, more and more consumers purchase faucets, and the faucets are comprehensively considered from various aspects such as materials, functions, shapes and the like.
Current tap lacks direct belt cleaning device, leads to adhesion dirt on tap's the spray tube, influences whole tap's aesthetic property, and the continuous erosion spray tube of dirt absorption steam leads to spray tube rust stain spot, directly influences the life of spray tube.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-cleaning water faucet capable of spraying and washing dirt on an outer pipe around the inner part so as to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a self-cleaning water tap capable of cleaning outer pipe stain around inner spray comprises a spray pipe, wherein the spray pipe is of an L-shaped structure, a bend angle of the spray pipe is an arc angle, a water outlet end of the spray pipe is communicated with a spray nozzle, the bottom end of the spray pipe is fixedly connected with a seat pipe, the top end of the seat tube is provided with a clamping groove which is a circular groove, a cleaning barrel matched with the spray tube is clamped in the clamping groove, the cleaning cylinder is of a circular structure, the cleaning cylinder is in sliding connection with the spray pipe, the front of the cleaning cylinder is provided with a button switch, a first water transfer cavity is arranged in the seat pipe, the top end of the first water transfer cavity is communicated with the spray pipe through a first connecting pipe, the bottom end of the first water transfer cavity is communicated with a tap water pipe, tap water is injected into the first water transfer cavity through the tap water pipe, the injected tap water is supplied to the spray pipe through the first connecting pipe and is discharged through the nozzle, and therefore the water supply work of the whole device can be completed;
the seat pipe is internally provided with a storage cavity which is of an annular structure, the storage cavity is sleeved outside the first connecting pipe, the storage cavity is arranged between the first water rotating cavity and the clamping groove, an elastic supporting sleeve is arranged in the storage cavity and is of an annular structure, a cleaning water pipe is wound outside the elastic supporting sleeve, the water inlet end of the cleaning water pipe is communicated with the top end of the first water rotating cavity, the water outlet end of the cleaning water pipe penetrates through the bottom wall of the clamping groove and is communicated with the cleaning barrel, the cleaning water pipe is in sliding connection with the bottom wall of the clamping groove, tap water is injected into the first water rotating cavity through the tap water pipe, the tap water is injected into the cleaning water pipe through the first water rotating cavity and is injected into the cleaning barrel through the cleaning water pipe, then the cleaning barrel is slid on the spray pipe, and is opened through the button switch, so that the spray pipe can be sprayed and cleaned on the spray pipe, the whole spray washing process is very simple, the spray pipe can be quickly and conveniently cleaned, the surface of the spray pipe can be effectively ensured to be clean, and the service life of the spray pipe can be prolonged; when the wash bowl rose, the wash bowl drove the washing water pipe and rises for the scavenge pipe tightens up the elastic support cover, and then elastic support cover release scavenge pipe, so that the wash bowl rose along the spray tube, thereby guaranteed that the spray tube is by whole washing, can further improve the spray rinsing quality of spray tube.
In a further embodiment, the cleaning barrel comprises a barrel body, the upper end and the lower end of the barrel body are both of an open circular tube-shaped structure, the barrel body is made of elastic materials, a spray cavity is arranged in the middle of an inner cavity of the barrel body and is an annular cavity, a spray device is embedded on the inner cavity wall of the spray cavity and is of an annular structure, a plurality of nozzles are uniformly embedded on the inner cavity wall of the spray device, the length of each nozzle is smaller than the depth of the spray cavity, a water cavity is arranged in the side wall of the barrel body and is an annular cavity, the water cavity is in through connection with a cleaning water pipe, the water cavity is in through connection with the spray device through a third connecting pipe, the spray device is electrically connected with a button switch, tap water from the cleaning water pipe is directly injected into the water cavity and is injected into the spray device through the third connecting pipe, and then the spray device is opened through the button switch, the tap water directly passes through the nozzle to directly spray the outer circular surface of the spray pipe, so that the spray quality of the spray pipe can be greatly improved, the dirt on the spray pipe can be effectively removed, the whole structure is very simple to operate, and the spray convenience of the spray pipe can be greatly improved;

In a further embodiment, a second water transferring cavity is further arranged in the seat tube, the second water transferring cavity is arranged below the first water transferring cavity, the bottom end of the second water transferring cavity is connected with a tap water pipe through a water inlet pipe, the top end of the second water transferring cavity is connected with the first water transferring cavity through a plurality of second connecting pipes, control valves are mounted on the second connecting pipes, the sum of the cross sectional areas of all the second connecting pipes is the same as the cross sectional area of the first connecting pipe, the pipe diameter of the first connecting pipe is the same as the pipe diameter of the water inlet pipe, a switch assembly is embedded at one side end of the seat tube, the switch assembly is respectively and electrically connected with a plurality of control valves, the control valves are controlled to be opened and closed through the switch assembly, the communication and the closing between the second water transferring cavity and the first water transferring cavity can be realized, the whole device is further opened and closed, and the control structure is very simple, the application is very convenient; simultaneously, the quantity of the control valves is controlled through the switch assembly, so that the water flow between the second water rotating cavity and the first water rotating cavity can be controlled, the water spraying quantity of the whole device is controlled, water resources can be saved to the maximum extent, and waste of water sources is avoided.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, tap water is injected into the first water transfer cavity through the tap water pipe, the tap water is injected into the cleaning water pipe through the first water transfer cavity and is injected into the cleaning barrel through the cleaning water pipe, then the cleaning barrel is slid on the spray pipe, and the cleaning barrel is opened through the button switch, so that the spray pipe can be sprayed and cleaned by the cleaning barrel, and thus the cleaning on the spray pipe is ensured, the whole spraying and cleaning process is very simple, the spray pipe can be quickly and conveniently cleaned, the surface cleaning of the spray pipe can be effectively ensured, and the service life of the spray pipe is prolonged;
2. when the cleaning barrel rises, the cleaning barrel drives the cleaning water pipe to rise, so that the cleaning pipe tightens the elastic support sleeve, and then the elastic support sleeve releases the cleaning pipe, so that the cleaning barrel rises along the spray pipe, the spray pipe is ensured to be completely cleaned, and the spray quality of the spray pipe can be further improved;
3. tap water from a self-cleaning water pipe is directly injected into the water cavity and is injected into the spray-washing device through the third connecting pipe, and then the spray-washing device is opened through the button switch, so that the tap water directly sprays the outer circular surface of the spray pipe through the nozzle; meanwhile, the air bag ball air pressure scrubbing layer enables the scrubbing layer to be tightly attached to the outer surface of the spray pipe and slide along with the sliding of the cylinder body on the spray pipe, so that dirt on the surface of the spray pipe is scrubbed, and meanwhile, the scrubbing operation is carried out by matching with running water sprayed by a spray washing device, so that stubborn dirt on the surface of the spray pipe can be effectively removed, the cleaning quality of the spray pipe can be greatly improved, and the cleaning of the surface of the spray pipe is effectively guaranteed;
4. according to the invention, the switch assembly controls the control valve to be opened and closed, so that the second water transfer cavity and the first water transfer cavity can be communicated and closed, and the whole device is opened and closed, and the control structure is very simple and the application is very convenient; simultaneously, the quantity of the control valves is controlled through the switch assembly, so that the water flow between the second water rotating cavity and the first water rotating cavity can be controlled, the water spraying quantity of the whole device is controlled, water resources can be saved to the maximum extent, and waste of water sources is avoided.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a self-cleaning faucet capable of spraying stains on an outer pipe around an inner pipe comprises a spray pipe 2, wherein the spray pipe 2 is of an L-shaped structure, a bend angle of the spray pipe 2 is an arc angle, a water outlet end of the spray pipe 2 is connected with a nozzle 21 in a penetrating manner, a bottom end of the spray pipe 2 is fixedly connected with a base pipe 1, a top end of the base pipe 1 is provided with a clamping groove 5, the clamping groove 5 is a circular groove, a cleaning cylinder 6 matched with the spray pipe 2 is clamped in the clamping groove 5, the cleaning cylinder 6 is of a circular structure, the cleaning cylinder 6 is in sliding connection with the spray pipe 2, a button switch 7 is arranged on the front surface of the cleaning cylinder 6, a first water diversion cavity 3 is arranged in the base pipe 1, the top end of the first water diversion cavity 3 is connected with the spray pipe 2 in a penetrating manner through a first connecting pipe 4, the bottom end of the first water diversion cavity 3 is connected with a tap water pipe in a penetrating manner, tap water is injected into the first water diversion cavity 3 through the tap water pipe, the injected tap water is supplied to the spray pipe 2 through the first connecting pipe 4 and is discharged through the nozzle 21, and the water supply work of the whole device can be completed;

Referring to fig. 6, the difference from example 1 is: the seat pipe 2 is also internally provided with a second water rotating cavity 11, the second water rotating cavity 11 is arranged below the first water rotating cavity 3, the bottom end of the second water rotating cavity 11 is connected with a tap water pipe through a water inlet pipe 12, the top end of the second water rotating cavity 11 is connected with the first water rotating cavity 3 through a plurality of second connecting pipes 13, the second connecting pipes 13 are provided with control valves 14, the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the second connecting pipes 13 is the same as that of the first connecting pipe 4, the pipe diameter of the first connecting pipe 4 is the same as that of the water inlet pipe 12, one side end of the seat pipe 1 is embedded with a switch assembly 15, the switch assembly 15 is respectively and electrically connected with some control valves 14, the switch assembly 15 controls the opening and closing of the control valves 14, so that the communication and the closing between the second water rotating cavity 11 and the first water rotating cavity 3 can be realized, and the opening and the closing of the whole device can be realized, the control structure is very simple, and the application is very convenient; meanwhile, the quantity of the control valves 14 opened is controlled through the switch assembly 15, so that the water flow between the second water rotating cavity 11 and the first water rotating cavity 3 can be controlled, the water spraying quantity of the whole device is further controlled, water resources can be saved to the maximum extent, and waste of water sources is avoided.
Working principle of embodiments 1 to 4, tap water from the cleaning water pipe 10 is directly injected into the water chamber 62, injected into the spray device 64 through the third connection pipe 69, and then the spray device 64 is turned on by the push switch 7, so that the tap water directly sprays the outer circumferential surface of the spray pipe 2 through the nozzle 65; meanwhile, the air bag ball 67 is used for scrubbing the layer 68 by air pressure, so that the scrubbing layer 68 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the spray pipe 2 and slides along with the sliding of the cylinder body 61 on the spray pipe 2, and further scrubbing dirt on the surface of the spray pipe 2, and meanwhile, the scrubbing operation is carried out by matching with tap water sprayed by the spray washing device 64, so that stubborn dirt on the surface of the spray pipe 2 can be effectively removed, and the cleaning quality of the spray pipe 2 can be greatly improved;
the switch assembly 15 controls the control valve 14 to be opened and closed, so that the second water diversion cavity 11 and the first water diversion cavity 3 can be communicated and closed, and the whole device is further opened and closed; meanwhile, the quantity of the control valves 14 opened is controlled through the switch assembly 15, so that the water flow between the second water rotating cavity 11 and the first water rotating cavity 3 can be controlled, the water spraying quantity of the whole device is further controlled, water resources can be saved to the maximum extent, and waste of water sources is avoided.
