Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a system, in particular to a medical service system.
Background
Some patients often do not carry the medical records when hospitalizing because the patients are possibly troubled, or forget to carry the medical records or lose the medical records, so that the patients need to perform comprehensive disease evaluation again after the doctors ask for a doctor and use new medical records to record diagnosis results, and the new medical records are randomly lost after hospitalizing, so that the patients are lost. In addition, patients often cannot remember past visits and names of diseases, which drugs were used, and so forth. Aiming at the medical record, hospitals in the same area are networked in some places at present, the medical record of a patient is also electronized, and a doctor can check the medical record through the networked system under the condition that the patient does not carry the medical record. But there is still a problem not to carry medical records for some cross-regional or non-networked hospitals to see a doctor. Moreover, all medical records of a patient can be displayed in the system after the electronic treatment, so that the privacy of the disease of the patient cannot be controlled by the patient.
In addition, some data such as regular or irregular physical examination, blood drawing test, or shooting can be easily discarded after being taken home, although for the sick, the data may be only the health condition information of a period of time, and is often not available when seeing a doctor. However, some people may have diseases already embodied in the previous physical examination, blood drawing test or shooting picture and have correlation with the diseases, that is, the information is useful and has important reference value for doctors.
And even though many hospitals have access to social insurance at present, patients can directly settle social insurance reimbursement after seeing a doctor. However, there are some policy reasons across regions, and patients cannot directly perform social insurance reimbursement settlement after seeing diseases across regions, and the patients need to prepare data used for reimbursement according to local policies to reimburse the data, which is not only troublesome but also tedious. Moreover, if the patient purchases some commercial insurance, then the opportunity of reimbursement is lost when the commercial insurance can be reimbursed and the reimbursement is not possible and is not clear, finding out the insurance identity and looking over the insurance contract to prepare the corresponding data is troublesome and tedious.
Then the small disease is invisible and finally becomes a big disease. The so-called ailments are accumulated day by day, and the user often ignores signals sent by the daily body, such as lower leg pain, lower leg numbness and waist soreness for a period of time, and often cannot be recorded for a long time, and the signals are not expressed before a doctor when the user goes to a hospital after the ailment, so that the details are easy to miss, and the diagnosis of the doctor is not comprehensive enough.
Still another problem is that after the patient takes the medicine, if the patient cannot go to a hospital and then start the prescription again, the development of the disease condition is delayed. Others such as which department the disease corresponds to, the patient is not aware of; the hospital diagnosis mode is not understood; the phenomenon that the current patient objectively visits the doctor is that the time and the mode of the rechecking are forgotten.

When the user goes to see a doctor, if the doctor computer or the mobile device is not provided with the doctor client 2, the user can open the mobile device of the user and select the content of the current corresponding department for the doctor to view. If a doctor client 2 is already installed in a doctor computer or mobile equipment, at this time, a user initiates sharing on the user client 1 by checking items of a corresponding department, a sharing acquisition password 11 is generated on the user client 1, the doctor inputs matching information corresponding to the user through the service cloud 3 on the doctor client 2, and if the user looks at a medical department, the user can check the medical department on the user client 1. Of course, the doctor may also recognize the sharing acquisition password 11 displayed by the user client 1 through an input device (including a camera, a barcode scanner, etc.) of the device where the doctor client 2 is located, so as to acquire the sharing information from the service cloud 3 corresponding to the user client 1.
After the user visits a doctor, the doctor makes a diagnosis conclusion and gives out a medical order. If the doctor computer or the mobile device is not provided with the doctor client 2, the doctor can write the conclusion on paper or paper medical records directly at the moment, the user takes a picture and inputs the conclusion into the user client 1, the doctor inputs the conclusion in the hospital system and the user client 1 can take a picture and input the conclusion, and the user can input the medical order into the user client 1 after taking the medical order. If there is no document, the user or accompanying person can input the item content.
When the doctor client 2 is installed on the doctor computer or mobile equipment, the doctor can directly input the diagnosis conclusion on the doctor client 2, and the medical order can be directly input on the original system of the hospital. Later in use, the doctor client 2 also has a port to invoke an existing hospital pharmacy system (this invocation requires software support from the existing hospital system, or even from the system software development company). Or when in actual use, a pharmacy client end and a settlement module which are communicated with the doctor client end 2 are arranged in the pharmacy, and after settlement, the medicine is dispensed from the pharmacy.
After the above, the user client records all the health-related information of the user, so that the user does not need to worry about limited memory of the user, and can conveniently check and obtain diseases, medicines, even medicinal usage, dosage, allergic history of the medicines and the like for a few times.
Further, as an improvement of the present invention, the user client 1 and the doctor client 2 both have unique ID information identification codes, the information uploaded and downloaded by the user client 1 and the doctor client 3 is mixed with the ID information identification codes and encrypted and decrypted by the authorization encryption module 4, and the information stored in the service cloud 3 is also encrypted information.

The main classification includes names of departments, and links are generated corresponding to the departments corresponding to the corresponding reports.
In the actual recording operation, if the data is usually written by a doctor like a medical record, the data needs to be recorded by voice input identification or character recording, and at the moment, the department and the date of occurrence on the corresponding medical record page need to be recorded and labeled. If the machine type is the machine type, the department label is not required to be input. The other data are also the same.
If the picture is shot and recorded and the data corresponding to the recorded picture is machine-printed, the data integration classification module 13 firstly identifies the head information of the picture through the OCR to classify and store the head information, and if the recorded picture is marked, the head information is automatically classified and stored according to the mark. And also to file the entire document back and forth according to the identified date.
After the corresponding department is diagnosed, the social security module prompts the reimbursement condition of the department, including reimbursement content related to the content of the corresponding department, reimbursement required data and reimbursement process. The later-stage business insurance can be directly connected with the insurance company, the data required for reimbursement can be directly obtained through the user client 1, if the data required by the user client is insufficient, the user can be prompted to upload the data required by the user, and the trouble of reimbursement of the user telephone report can be saved. Similarly, after diagnosis, if the user has purchased commercial insurance, the user client end is initially set, and if the user client end is filled in, the corresponding content of insurance, including detailed rules, reimbursement, claim settlement and the like, of the merchant can be displayed.
In addition, the insurance module 14 may also sell commercial insurance directly at a later time of implementation, for convenience of reimbursement by the user.
Further, as an improvement of the present invention, after the reimbursement module matches the corresponding reimbursement item each time the user matches the corresponding reimbursement item and detects that the reimbursement information matches the reimbursement item in the information stored in the user client, the user clicks the corresponding interface to initiate reimbursement to the reimbursement unit.
Further, as an improvement of the present invention, the user client 1 further includes a self-diagnosis module 15, and the user enters key words and records according to his body part and feeling in daily life.
