Referring to fig. 1-8, the invention relates to a high-efficiency safe air compressor and a filtering device thereof, which comprises a mounting bottom plate 1, an air compressor 2 and a gas filtering tank 3, wherein the mounting bottom plate 1 is of a plate structure, the air compressor 2 and the gas filtering tank 3 are both of a box structure, the air compressor 2 and the gas filtering tank 3 are both arranged on the upper surface of the mounting bottom plate 1, one surface of the gas filtering tank 3 is provided with an annular notch and an air inlet pipe 4, the air inlet pipe 4 is arranged in the annular notch, the other surface of the gas filtering tank 3 is provided with a pipe orifice and a connecting pipe 6, the connecting pipe 6 is arranged in the pipe orifice, the peripheral side surface of the connecting pipe 6 is provided with a switch valve 9, and the extraction; one end of the connecting pipe 6 is connected with the air compressor 2, the water tank 5 is arranged on the upper surface of the gas filtering tank 3, and water is conveniently stored by arranging the water tank 5; the upper surface of the air compressor 2 is provided with a main air pressure regulating switch 7 and a branch air pressure regulating switch 8, and the main air pressure regulating switch 7 and the branch air pressure regulating switch 8 are used for regulating the balance of the air pressure in the air compressor 2 and prolonging the service life of equipment; the main air pressure regulating switch 7 is positioned at one side of the branch air pressure regulating switch 8.
Further, an air exhaust fan shaft 15 and a first filter screen 14 are arranged in the air inlet pipe 4, and an air exhaust fan 13 is arranged on the peripheral side surface of the air exhaust fan shaft 15.
Furthermore, the bottom surface of the installation bottom plate 1 is provided with a plurality of installation bases 10, the bottom surface of each installation base 10 is provided with a groove and a universal wheel 11, the universal wheels 11 are installed in the grooves, and the universal wheels 11 are arranged to facilitate the movement of equipment; the universal wheel 11 is connected with a brake block 12.

Furthermore, a water pipe 23, a breathable screen plate 24, a driving motor 16, an air exhaust fan shaft 15 and a telescopic rotating shaft 20 are arranged inside the gas filtering box 3, a plurality of atomizing spray heads are arranged on the bottom surface of the water pipe 23, and the cleaning area is larger and the cleaning is more uniform by arranging the plurality of atomizing spray heads; the position of the air-permeable screen plate 24 is below the water pipeline 23, the bottom surface of the air-permeable screen plate 24 is fixedly provided with a second filter screen plate 22, and the filtering and adsorbing effects are enhanced by arranging a plurality of filter screen plates; the periphery of the motor shaft of the driving motor 16 is provided with a driving gear 17, one end of the air exhaust fan shaft 15 is connected with the air exhaust fan 13, the periphery of the other end is provided with a first driven gear 18, the periphery of one end of the telescopic rotating shaft 20 is provided with a second driven gear 19, the other end of the telescopic rotating shaft 20 is fixedly provided with a cleaning brush 21, and the second filter screen plate 22 is conveniently cleaned by arranging the cleaning brush 21.
Further, a powerful air pump 25, a heat dissipation fan 31 and a noise reduction box 32 are arranged inside the air compressor 2, and the noise reduction box 32 is arranged for absorbing noise; one side surface of the powerful air pump 25 is connected with the connecting pipe 6, the other side surface of the powerful air pump is connected with a first compression air pump 26, one side surface of the first compression air pump 26 is fixedly connected with a waste gas filtering and adsorbing device 27, and the waste gas filtering and adsorbing device 27 is arranged and used for adsorbing and filtering waste gas and improving the purity of air; a water collecting pipe 30 is fixedly installed between the first compression air pump 26 and the waste gas filtering and adsorbing device 27, a pipe opening and a gas through pipe 28 are arranged on one side surface of the waste gas filtering and adsorbing device 27, the gas through pipe 28 is installed in the pipe opening, one end of the gas through pipe 28 is fixedly connected with a second compression air pump 29, and the working efficiency of the air compressor 2 is improved by arranging a plurality of compression air pumps; the heat dissipation fan 31 is installed on the bottom surface of the inner wall of the air compressor 2, and the heat dissipation fan 31 is arranged to conveniently dissipate heat inside the air compressor 2; the noise reduction box 32 is installed on the top surface of the inner wall of the air compressor 2, the first compression air pump 26 is electrically connected with the main path air pressure adjusting switch 7, and the second compression air pump 29 is electrically connected with the branch path air pressure adjusting switch 8.
Further, the top surface fixed mounting of 2 inner walls of air compressor machine has a plurality of first mounting grooves 33, the quantity of first mounting groove 33 is two, and install respectively at the both sides face of making an uproar box 32 that falls, the inside of first mounting groove 33 is provided with rotates handle 35, rotate the first fixture block 36 of a side fixedly connected with of handle 35, rotate another side fixedly connected with dwang 39 of handle 35, the one end fixedly connected with spring 40 of dwang 39, the upper surface of making an uproar box 32 that falls is provided with a plurality of second mounting grooves 34, the inside of second mounting groove 34 is provided with second fixture block 37, a side of second fixture block 37 is provided with spacing groove 38.
Further, the second fixture block 37 is in sliding fit with the second mounting groove 34, the cross-sectional area of the limiting groove 38 is larger than that of the first fixture block 36, the first fixture block 36 is in clamping fit with the second fixture block 37, the noise reduction box 32 is in clamping fit with the first mounting groove 33, and the noise reduction box 32 is arranged to be in clamping fit with the first mounting groove 33, so that the noise reduction box 32 is convenient to mount and fix.
Further, the first driven gear 18 and the second driven gear 19 are both meshed with the driving gear 17.
Furthermore, the upper surface of the noise reduction box 32 is provided with a sliding cover 41, two side surfaces of the noise reduction box 32 are provided with air inlets 43, the circumferential side surface of the air inlets 43 is provided with a silencing pipe 42, the silencing pipe 42 is in threaded fit with the air inlets 43, and the silencing pipe 42 is in threaded fit with the air inlets 43, so that the silencing pipe 42 is convenient to mount and dismount; the inside of noise reduction box 32 is provided with sound wave absorption wall 44, and the material of sound wave absorption wall 44 is polyester fiber, and through setting up the material of sound wave absorption wall 44 for polyester fiber, polyester fiber has good suction effect, improves the noise reduction of equipment.

the following is a specific use method of the high-efficiency safe air compressor and the filtering device thereof: when the device is used, the device is firstly moved to a corresponding position, is fixed through the brake block 11, is connected with a power supply, the air is extracted by the air extracting fan 13, the first filter screen plate 14 and the second filter screen plate 22 are used for adsorbing impurities in the air, after the air is extracted by the air extracting fan 13, the switch valve 9 is opened, the powerful air pump 25 sucks air from the connecting pipe 6 into the air compressor 2, the gas is compressed for the first time in the first compression gas pump 26, and the compressed gas is sent to the waste gas adsorption filtering device 27, the air is further purified and then is conveyed into a second compression air pump 29 through an air through pipe 28 for secondary compression, the heat dissipation fan 31 dissipates the heat inside the air, the noise reduction box 32 reduces the noise inside the air, when the noise reduction box needs to be disassembled, the rotating handle 35 is rotated, so that the first clamping block 36 is pulled out from the limiting groove 38, and the disassembling of the noise reduction box 32 can be completed.
It should be noted that, in the above system embodiment, each included component is merely divided according to functional logic, but is not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding function can be achieved; in addition, the specific names of the functional components are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
