A plastic products belt cleaning device which characterized in that: the cleaning device comprises a cleaning box (1) and an installation frame (2) connected to the side face of the cleaning box (1), wherein two groups of screw shafts (3) are arranged in the cleaning box (1) along the length extension direction, the screw shafts (3) and the cleaning box (1) rotate relatively, a plastic cleaning compartment (4) is arranged between the two groups of screw shafts (3), one group of screw shafts (3) penetrate through the cleaning box (1) in a sealing manner and are fixedly connected with output shafts of driving motors (5) which are coaxially arranged, the screw shafts (3) which are coaxial with the driving motors (5) are in transmission connection with the other group of screw shafts (3) through transmission mechanisms I (6), the screw shafts (3) which are coaxial with the driving motors (5) are in transmission connection with a single output shaft of a reversing gear box (8) through transmission mechanisms II (7), and the driving motors (5) are installed on the installation frame (2), the cleaning device is characterized in that the first transmission mechanism (6), the second transmission mechanism (7) and the reversing gear box (8) are all located on the inner side of the mounting frame (2), two ends of a double output shaft of the reversing gear box (8) are in transmission connection with tooth columns at the end parts of one row of rotating brushes (10) at the top through the third transmission mechanism (9), each row of rotating brushes (10) are in transmission connection with another adjacent row of rotating brushes (10) through the tooth columns, the rotating brushes (10) and a connecting plate (11) transversely arranged on the cleaning compartment (4) rotate relatively, a plurality of groups of isolating cloth belts (12) are arranged between the connecting plates (11) transversely arranged on the cleaning compartment (4) at intervals, and brush heads (13) are arranged on the isolating cloth belts (12) and at the bottom of the cleaning compartment (4);
because the spiral directions of the spiral blades of the two groups of spiral shafts (3) are opposite, when in operation, one group of spiral shafts (3) horizontally feed water to the right, and the other group of spiral shafts (3) horizontally feed water to the left, so that the water can circularly flow;
and the third transmission mechanism (9) consists of eight groups of gears and two groups of synchronous belts, and the four groups of gears form a group of synchronous belts in a mouth-shaped transmission mode.
2. The plastic product cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein: the two groups of screw shafts (3) are symmetrically distributed by taking the axis of the cleaning box (1) as a symmetry axis, and the screw directions of the screw blades of the two groups of screw shafts (3) are opposite.

The plastic product cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein: the side surface of the cleaning box (1) is provided with a shaft outlet joint (14) corresponding to the sealing penetrating position of the screw shaft (3), the shaft outlet joint (14) is a rotary sealing element, the shaft outlet joint (14) is in rotary sealing with the screw shaft (3) through a graphite sealing ring, and the screw shaft (3) penetrates through the shaft outlet joint (14).

8. The plastic product cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein: the water inlet (16) and the sewage draining outlet (17) of the cleaning box (1) are respectively arranged at the upper diagonal and the lower diagonal of the front surface of the cleaning box (1) along the diagonal direction.
