Abstract

Background
The atomization device of the traditional sterilizer is generally composed of a gasification tube, a heating element and an aluminum block fixedly coated outside the gasification tube by casting. In addition, the invention adopts 316L stainless steel as raw materials to prepare the heat dissipation tooth piece, the first sealing element and the second sealing element, and the product has the advantages of good appearance glossiness, high observability and the like; meanwhile, the 316L stainless steel has excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and other performances, so that the service life of the heating device can be effectively prolonged, the maintenance frequency is reduced, and the use cost of the heating device is reduced.
The invention can be used for heating disinfection liquid, and the disinfection liquid has stronger corrosivity at high temperature after being heated and vaporized, and the application of 316L stainless steel can effectively resist the corrosivity of the disinfection liquid and ensure the stable operation of a heating device under the high-temperature condition.

The arrangement of the heat dissipation toothed sheets 5 can effectively enlarge the heat dissipation area of the heating rod 4 and exert the heat energy of the heating rod 4 to the maximum extent; meanwhile, the heat dissipation toothed sheets 5 are arranged spirally, so that the heat conduction effect and the gasification stroke of the liquid can be effectively increased, and the liquid is vaporized/atomized more fully. The heating device provided by the invention has a simple structure, can directly work without preheating in advance and starting up, is convenient to clean and easy to maintain, can effectively prolong the service life of the heating device, and reduces the use cost.
In the invention, the external sleeve 1 is tightly matched with the heat dissipation toothed sheet 5 to form a spiral liquid flow channel, so that the heating path of liquid can be effectively extended, and the space occupation volume of the heating device is reduced; meanwhile, the vaporized liquid obtains enough pressure in the spiral channel, the spraying distance is longer, and the coverage area sprayed by the smoke is larger and wider.

Further, the outer sleeve 1 of the present invention is a seamless steel pipe. The seamless steel pipe is formed by perforating the whole round steel, and the surface of the seamless steel pipe is not provided with a welding seam, so that the sealing performance of the heating cabin can be effectively ensured, the liquid leakage is prevented, and the pressure intensity and the spraying effect of the vaporized liquid are ensured.
