The connection structure of the power supply element 73 shown in fig. 9 may be configured with the connection structure in fig. 4 and 5. The two sets of power supply elements 73 are arranged, so that the liquid level detection element 711 and the temperature measurement element 712 can be arranged in a modularized mode respectively, and the modularization level of the washing machine is improved.
In accordance with the above connection relationship, the mounting positions of the respective components are described below:
as shown in fig. 1, the liquid level sensor comprises an outer cylinder 2 coaxially sleeved outside the inner cylinder 1, the liquid level sensor 711, the temperature sensor 712, the wireless signal transmitting end 721 and the wireless charging receiving end 731 are arranged on the inner cylinder 1 at intervals or integrally, and the wireless charging transmitting end 732 is arranged on the outer cylinder 2 and corresponds to the position of the wireless charging receiving end 731. When the interval is set, the number of the wireless signal transmitting ends 721 and the wireless charging receiving ends 731 is configured according to the specific situation, and when the interval is set in an integrated manner, the two wireless signal transmitting ends 721 and the two wireless charging receiving ends 731 are preferably set in an integrated manner with the liquid level detecting element 711 and the temperature measuring element 712 respectively, so that the assembly efficiency of the washing machine is improved.
Preferably, the probes of the temperature measuring element 712 and the liquid level detecting element 711 are located in the cavity of the lifting rib 4, and the wireless signal transmitting end 721 and the wireless charging receiving end 731 are disposed on the outer wall surface of the inner cylinder 1, so that interference of the metal inner cylinder 1 to wireless signal transmission and wireless power transmission is avoided.
The wireless signal receiving end 722 is integrated on the control device or integrated with the wireless charging transmitting end 732 and arranged on the outer barrel 2. In this embodiment, the wireless signal receiving end 722 and the wireless charging transmitting end 732 are integrally disposed on the outer barrel 2, so that the distance between the wireless signal receiving end 722 and the wireless signal transmitting end 721 is shortened, and the stability, accuracy and reliability of data are ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner cylinder 1 is provided with a lifting rib 4, the lifting rib 4 protrudes towards the inner cylinder 1 and forms a cavity with the wall surface of the inner cylinder 1, the lifting rib 4 is provided with a water permeable hole 412 for communicating the inner cylinder with the cavity, and one or more of the liquid level detecting element 711, the temperature measuring element 712, the wireless signal transmitting end 721 and the wireless charging receiving end 731 are arranged in the cavity of the lifting rib 4.
The following describes the manner in which data is transmitted:
since the power supply of the wireless signal transmitting terminal 721 and the detecting element 71 comes from the wireless charging receiving terminal 731, when the wireless charging receiving terminal 731 is in a matched connection with the wireless charging transmitting terminal 732, the wireless signal transmitting terminal 721 and the detecting element 71 can collect and transmit data, so that the collection and transmission of data in the embodiment is intermittent data transmission or real-time data transmission, depending on the matched connection with the power supply element 73.
The wireless charging protocol in this example adopts a short-distance charging protocol, and only when the wireless charging receiving end 731 and the wireless charging transmitting end 732 are opposite, data transmission can be performed once, so when the wireless charging receiving end 731 and/or the wireless charging transmitting end 732 are set to one or more, in the rotation process of the inner barrel 1, the wireless charging receiving end 731 and the wireless charging transmitting end 732 can only perform intermittent matching connection; or when the wireless charging receiving end 731 and/or the wireless charging transmitting end 732 are/is annular and arranged around the wall surface of the outer cylinder 2 for one circle, the wireless charging receiving end 731 and the wireless charging transmitting end 732 can be in real-time matching connection.
As another solution of the present solution, the wireless charging protocol adopts a charging protocol with small sensitivity to distance, and when the wireless charging receiving end 731 and the wireless charging transmitting end 732 are not located at the relative positions, they can also be connected in a matching manner, so that data can be collected and transmitted in real time.
The wireless power supply manner between the power supply elements 73 in the present embodiment adopts a coil electromagnetic coupling manner, an electromagnetic resonance manner, a photoelectric coupling manner, or other possible manners.
When the washing machine executes a water inlet program, the temperature control module controls the water level and the water temperature in the inner cylinder according to signals fed back by the detection device in a wireless communication mode.
The control device automatically matches the water amount according to the weight of the clothes in the inner cylinder 1, the liquid level detection element 711 on the washing machine can detect the water inflow, and when the water amount reaches the matched water amount, the control device controls the washing machine to stop water inflow.
When the washing machine executes a water inlet program, the control device controls the heating device 5 in the washing machine to heat the inner cylinder, the control device sets a washing temperature, the control device receives a feedback temperature signal of the temperature measuring element 712 in real time, and when the feedback temperature signal is greater than or equal to the washing temperature, the control device controls the heating device 5 to stop heating the inner cylinder 1.
In another embodiment, the heating time t of the heating device 5 is:

In this embodiment, the control device receives the feedback signal of the temperature measuring element 71 and the heating time t of the heating device 5 at the same time, and when any one of the feedback signal of the temperature measuring element 71 and the heating time t of the heating device 5 reaches a set value, the control device controls the heating device 5 to stop heating the inner cylinder 1.
The water temperature in the inner cylinder 1 is controlled by the control device, so that the problems that the quality of clothes is damaged due to residual caused by insufficient dissolution of the clothes treating agent due to insufficient water temperature, or the clothes are decolored or damaged due to overhigh water temperature are avoided.
Example two
The main difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that: the mounting positions of the detection devices are different.
As shown in FIG. 10, in this embodiment, the inner cylinder 1 includes an inner nozzle and an inner cylinder bottom 13 which are oppositely disposed, an openable inner cylinder door 11 is disposed on the inner nozzle, the inner nozzle and the inner cylinder bottom 13 are connected through an inner cylinder side wall, in this embodiment, the temperature measuring element 712 is disposed on the inner cylinder side wall, in order to avoid damage to the temperature measuring element 712 caused by clothes, a protective cover 75 protruding toward the inner cylinder is disposed on the inner cylinder side wall, a cavity is formed between the protective cover 75 and the inner cylinder side wall, the temperature measuring element 712 is disposed in the cavity, a water permeable hole for communicating the inner cylinder and 1 with the cavity is disposed on the protective cover 75, and water in the inner cylinder 1 can enter the cavity through the water permeable hole. Preferably, the temperature measuring element 712 may be disposed in the cavity of the lifting rib 4 as in the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 10, the washing machine includes a central shaft 9 for supporting and driving the inner cylinder 1 to rotate, the central shaft 9 is a hollow shaft, and water is injected into the inner cylinder 1 through the central shaft 9. The outer cylinder is provided with a bearing seat 21 for supporting the central shaft 9, the wireless charging transmitting end 732 is arranged on the bearing seat 21, the wireless charging receiving end 731 is opposite to the wireless charging transmitting end 732, and is arranged on the outer side wall surface of the inner cylinder bottom 13 close to the central shaft 9.
As shown in fig. 10, in this embodiment, the wireless charging transmitting end 732 and the wireless charging receiving end 731 are all annular and are disposed around the central axis 9, and compared with the first embodiment, the annular arrangement in this embodiment reduces the cost of the arrangement, and simultaneously provides real-time reliable data transmission for the control device, so that the cost is reduced, and the real-time data transmission is beneficial to reducing measurement errors, and ensures the accuracy, reliability and safety of data transmission.
The wireless charging transmitting end 732 and the wireless charging receiving end 731 in the present embodiment may be one or more, and the matching connection manner between the two may be intermittent matching connection or real-time matching connection, which is different from the first embodiment in that the wireless charging transmitting end 732 and the wireless charging receiving end 731 in the present embodiment are all disposed around the central axis 9.
The wireless signal transmitting end 721 and the wireless charging receiving end 731 are spaced apart or integrally arranged, and the wireless signal receiving end 722 and the wireless charging transmitting end 732 are integrally arranged on the bearing seat 21 or the control device.
The liquid level detecting element 711 in the present embodiment is not shown in the drawings, and the liquid level detecting element 711 may be installed in the cavity of the lifting rib 4 or may be disposed in the protective cover 75 together with the temperature measuring element 712. The wireless signal transmitting terminal, the wireless signal receiving terminal, the wireless charging receiving terminal, and the wireless charging transmitting terminal related to the liquid level detecting element 711 may be provided similarly to the wireless signal transmitting terminal 721, the wireless signal receiving terminal 722, the wireless charging receiving terminal 731, and the wireless charging transmitting terminal 732 in the present embodiment, or the apparatus in the embodiment may be directly employed.
Example III
As shown in fig. 11, the present embodiment describes the heating device 5 described in the first embodiment in detail.
The washing machine comprises an outer cylinder 2 coaxially sleeved outside the inner cylinder 1, the heating device 5 is arranged on the outer cylinder 2, and the heating device 5 is an electromagnetic heating device for heating the inside of the outer cylinder 2 and transmitting heating heat to washing water contained in the inner cylinder 1.
The electromagnetic heating device 5 is arranged on the outer cylinder 2 so as to utilize electromagnetism to heat the inner cylinder 1 in the outer cylinder 2 and the washing water in the inner cylinder 1, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the temperature of the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, at least part of the inner cylinder 1 is made of metal material, so as to generate heat by generating eddy current effect by receiving the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic heating device 5. The outer cylinder 2 is made of a plastic material that does not excite an eddy current effect in a magnetic field. Preferably, the side wall of the inner cylinder 1 is entirely made of metal, and the electromagnetic heating device 5 is correspondingly arranged on the side wall of the outer cylinder 2.
In this embodiment, because gravity causes the water flowing into the inner cylinder 1 to be collected downwards at the bottom of the inner cylinder 1, in order to improve the heating efficiency, the electromagnetic heating device 5 is preferably disposed at the lowest position of the outer cylinder 2, so as to directly heat the washing water collected at the bottom of the inner cylinder 1 and adjust the temperature of the washing water in the inner cylinder 1.
In this embodiment, in order to further improve the heating efficiency, the following settings may be further performed: a plurality of electromagnetic heating devices 5 are arranged on the outer cylinder 2; preferably, the electromagnetic heating devices 5 are arranged on the side wall of the outer cylinder 2 at a certain angle. By providing a plurality of electromagnetic heating devices 5 on the outer cylinder 2, each heating device 5 can heat the inner cylinder 1 during the rotation of the inner cylinder 1.
In this embodiment, the electromagnetic heating device 5 includes a plastic housing, a mounting cavity with an opening at one side is enclosed by the plastic housing, and an electromagnetic generator is installed in the mounting cavity; the plastic shell is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the outer cylinder, and the installation cavity of the plastic shell is opened towards the inner side of the outer cylinder, so that an electromagnetic field generated by the electromagnetic generator in the installation cavity is transmitted to the inner side of the outer cylinder 2 through the opening, the inner cylinder 1 is further ensured to be in the magnetic field, and the metal roller is enabled to generate heat under the action of eddy effect in the magnetic field, so that washing water in the inner cylinder 1 is heated. In this embodiment, the electromagnetic generator is provided with a connection terminal penetrating out of the plastic housing, and the connection terminal penetrates out of the bottom of the plastic housing and is connected with a power supply line of the washing machine so as to supply power to the electromagnetic generator.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic generator from being transmitted to the outside of the outer cylinder, a shielding device may be further disposed on the plastic housing to isolate the transmission of the magnetic field to the outside of the outer cylinder.
Example IV
The water inlet structure 8 of the washing machine in this embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1, 12 and 13.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner cylinder 1 has an inner cylinder opening and an inner cylinder bottom 13 which are oppositely arranged, the water inlet structure 8 is arranged on the inner cylinder bottom 13, the water inlet structure 8 comprises a central shaft 9, the central shaft 9 is a hollow shaft, the inner cylinder 1 is arranged on the central shaft 9, the hollow structure of the central shaft 9 forms a flow channel and is respectively communicated with the inner cylinder 1 and a water injection pipeline of the washing machine, so that the use function of water injection into the inner cylinder 1 is realized, and the inner cylinder 1 can smoothly feed water.
The water inlet structure 8 also comprises a diffusion element 80 which is positioned in the inner cylinder 1 and is communicated with one end of the central shaft 9, and water outlets 81 facing different directions are arranged on the diffusion element 80 and are used for carrying out flow division diffusion on the inlet water, so that the contact area between the inlet water and clothes is increased, and the soaking effect of the clothes is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 12 and 13, the diffusing element 80 has a bottom wall 84 adjacent to the inner bottom 13, the bottom wall 84 is parallel to the inner bottom 13, and a junction tube 83 communicating with the central shaft 9 is disposed on the bottom wall 84; the water outlet 81 is communicated with the short connecting pipe 83 and is uniformly distributed on the diffusion wall 82.
The flow dispersing wall 82 is arranged inside the inner cylinder 1, is installed on the inner cylinder bottom 13 in a bowl-shaped reverse buckle manner through the short connecting pipe 83, a hollow water inlet cavity is formed between the flow dispersing wall 82 and the bottom wall 84, and the water outlet 81 is a hollow hole communicated with the water inlet cavity and is used for communicating the water inlet cavity with the inner cylinder 1.
By arranging the flow dispersing element 80 on the inner barrel bottom 13 of the washing machine, the inlet water is communicated with the inner barrel 1 through a plurality of water outlets 81 facing different directions, so that the situation that the inlet water is blocked and the water inlet of the washing machine is unsmooth is avoided. Meanwhile, a diffusion element 80 is arranged in the center of the inner cylinder bottom 13, so that the inflow water is blocked by a diffusion wall 82 to generate diffusion sputtering, and the coverage area of the inflow water is further increased, and the wetting and washing effects of clothes are further improved. Meanwhile, the water inlet cavity in the flow dispersing element 80 plays a role in buffering water inlet, and smoothness of water inlet is improved.
In this embodiment, the flow dispersing element 80 is provided with a junction pipe 83 near the center of the bottom wall 84 of the inner cylinder bottom 13, the junction pipe 83 is a hollow pipe communicated with the water inlet cavity in the flow dispersing element 80, the junction pipe 83 is communicated with the central shaft 9, so that water in the water injection pipeline enters the inner cylinder 1 conveniently, and the smoothness of water inlet is improved.
Example five
The ventilating structure 12 of the washing machine in this embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1, 14 to 17.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner cylinder 1 is provided with an inner cylinder opening and an inner cylinder bottom 13 which are oppositely arranged, and an inner cylinder door 11 for sealing the inner cylinder opening is arranged on the inner cylinder opening; the inner cylinder 1 is provided with a ventilation opening, and a water-blocking ventilation structure 12 is arranged at the ventilation opening, so that the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder are communicated with each other in an air flow mode through the ventilation structure 12, and water flow is blocked. The ventilation structure 12 communicated with the outside is arranged on the inner cylinder 1, so that the inner cylinder 1 without a dehydration hole can exchange air with the outside, the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 1 is regulated, and the purposes of smoothly feeding water into the inner cylinder 1 or smoothly discharging water outwards are realized.
The ventilation structure 12 comprises a ventilation membrane 123, and a narrow slit 124 through which only air flows is arranged on the ventilation membrane 123; the ventilated membrane 123 is assembled on a mounting structure, the mounting structure comprises a valve seat 121 mounted on the inner cylinder 1, the valve seat 121 comprises a disc-shaped main body with a plurality of hollowed-out parts 122, and the periphery of the disc-shaped valve seat 121 is sealed and fixed with the wall surface of the ventilated opening on the inner cylinder 1; the side of the valve seat 121 far from the inner cylinder 1 is covered and paved with a ventilated membrane 123, and the ventilated membrane 123 is provided with a narrow slit 124 through which only air flows. The gas permeable membrane 123 is spaced from the disk-shaped valve seat 121 by a distance to allow room for deformation of the gas permeable membrane 123.
Through the arrangement, the ventilation film 123 can be fixedly assembled on the inner cylinder 1, so that the fixed installation of the ventilation film 123 is realized; meanwhile, due to the blocking effect of the valve seat 121, the direct contact of the breathable film with the underwear and the water flow is avoided, and the breathable film 123 is prevented from being damaged due to direct impact.
In this embodiment, the valve seat 121 includes two annular supporting ribs with coaxial arrangement and unequal diameters, the outer annular supporting rib and the inner annular supporting rib are connected by a plurality of connecting ribs extending along radial direction, the connecting ribs are uniformly arranged at equal intervals, and two ends of each connecting rib are respectively connected with the inner periphery of the outer annular supporting rib and the outer periphery of the inner annular supporting rib. Further preferably, the inner ring annular supporting rib is arranged close to the inside of the roller relative to the outer ring annular supporting rib, so that the connecting rib extends in an inward inclined manner.
In this embodiment, the outer ring support rib has a certain extension width along the axial direction, and one side of the outer ring support rib near the inside of the roller is connected with the connecting rib, and one side far away from the inner cylinder 1 is paved with the ventilated membrane 123.
In this embodiment, the air-permeable membrane 123 is made of an elastic material, so as to deform itself under the action of pressure difference between two sides to close or open the narrow slit 124 provided on the air-permeable membrane 123; preferably, the narrow slit 124 on the ventilation membrane 123 is in a cross shape, and the center of the cross shape is overlapped with the center of the ventilation opening.
In this embodiment, the air-permeable membrane 123 may be a bi-directional air-permeable membrane which is flat and can flow air in two directions as shown in fig. 7; the air-permeable membrane can also be a one-way air-permeable membrane which is arc-shaped as shown in fig. 6 and can only flow air in a one-way on the convex side, and the installation direction and the installation quantity of the one-way air-permeable membrane can be automatically adjusted according to the flow direction of the air flow.
In the embodiment, the inner cylinder 1 is provided with a ventilation opening, the valve seat 121 is correspondingly covered and assembled in the ventilation opening, and the periphery of the valve seat 121 is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the ventilation opening; preferably, the outer ring support ribs of the valve seat 121 are correspondingly and hermetically attached to the inner wall of the air vent; further preferably, the inner side and the outer side of the outer ring support rib are respectively provided with a turned edge which is bent outwards, and the turned edges are correspondingly attached to the inner side and the outer side of the inner cylinder 1, so that the valve seat 121 is tightly assembled on the inner cylinder 1.
Example six
In the embodiment of the invention, a washing machine without cleaning is described, an inner cylinder 1 of the washing machine is a closed container with an inner cylinder opening buckled by a door cover, a plurality of lifting ribs 4 are arranged on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1, the inside of the lifting ribs 4 is hollow and communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder 1, at least one water outlet 44 communicated with the hollow part of the lifting ribs 4 is arranged on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1, a sealing valve positioned in the lifting ribs 4 is arranged at the water outlet 44, and a valve core 424 of the sealing valve moves along the radial center direction of the inner cylinder 1 under the action of centrifugal force when the inner cylinder 1 rotates at a high speed so as to open the water outlet 44 arranged on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1.
Through the arrangement, the water outlet is hidden in the lifting rib of the inner barrel, so that the aim of automatically hiding the water outlet and discharging water in the inner barrel is fulfilled; meanwhile, a sealing valve is arranged at the water outlet, so that the valve core of the sealing valve is correspondingly controlled by centrifugal force when the inner cylinder rotates at a high speed, and the water outlet is correspondingly opened and closed; when the washing machine executes the dewatering and/or draining program, the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotation of the inner cylinder acts on the valve core of the sealing valve, and the water outlet is automatically opened and the inner cylinder is correspondingly drained.
As shown in fig. 19 to 23, in this embodiment, an inner drum lifting rib structure for a washing machine without cleaning is described, the inner drum lifting rib 4 includes a lifting rib body 400 extending along a structural line of an inner drum side wall, the body is a shell structure with an open lower side and buckled on an inner side wall of the inner drum 1, an installation cavity 43 for installing a sealing valve is formed by the hollow inside of the lifting rib body 400, and a water passing structure for guiding washing water in the inner drum 1 into the installation cavity 43 is arranged on the lifting rib 4.
The inner barrel lifting rib is arranged to be a hollow cavity, so that a cavity for installing a water supply and drainage sealing valve is formed inside the lifting rib, and the sealing valve is subjected to hidden assembly, and the function of draining water by using centrifugal force of the washing machine without cleaning is realized; meanwhile, the lifting ribs extend along the inner cylinder construction line, so that when the inner cylinder rotates, the lifting ribs block washing water flowing along the wall, and the blocked washing water flows into the lifting ribs through the water through structure arranged on the lifting ribs, so that the purpose of guiding water flow to be discharged is achieved.
As shown in fig. 18, in this embodiment, mounting ribs protruding vertically downward are respectively provided at two opposite side walls of the lower side of the lifting rib body 400, and a mounting structure fixed to the side wall of the inner cylinder 1 is provided at the lower end of the mounting ribs.
In this embodiment, a first mounting rib 415 and a second mounting rib 416 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the lower side of the lifting rib 4, a bolt hole 419 which is fixedly installed relative to a bolt hole arranged on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1 is arranged at the lower end of the first mounting rib 415, and a positioning pin 418 which is inserted and positioned relative to a positioning hole arranged on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1 is arranged at the lower end of the second mounting rib 416; further preferably, the two first mounting ribs 415 and the two second mounting ribs 416 are distributed at four end corners of the square lifting rib 4, and the two first mounting ribs 415 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center of the lifting rib 4, and the two second mounting ribs 416 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center of the lifting rib 4.
The four end corners of the lifting rib are respectively provided with the mounting ribs for fixing, so that the four end corners of the lifting rib are fastened and mounted, and the lifting rib is more firmly assembled; meanwhile, through arranging the bolt holes and the locating pins on the mounting ribs respectively, the lifting ribs are fastened and fixed through bolts after being subjected to pre-positioning assembly through the locating pins, and the assembly rate of the lifting ribs is improved.
As shown in fig. 21, in this embodiment, two opposite side walls of the lower side surface of the lifting rib 4 are respectively provided with a fixing rib 420 protruding vertically downwards, and the lower end of the fixing rib 420 is provided with a claw 421 extending in a horizontal protruding manner, so that the claw 421 is correspondingly clamped and fixed with a corresponding clamping hole provided on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1; preferably, the fixing rib 420 is disposed near the center of the corresponding side of the lifting rib 4; further preferably, the claws 421 extend from the corresponding sides of the lifting rib 4 toward the center of the lifting rib 4 in a square shape.
In this embodiment, the lifting rib body 400 is tapered to gradually protrude upward from the left and right sides toward the middle.
As shown in fig. 19 to 21, in this embodiment, the outer periphery of the lifting rib 4 is square with rounded corners at the end, the left and right sides of the lifting rib 4 are inclined surfaces gradually rising from the center of the outer periphery, and the top of the lifting rib 4 is a smooth arc surface with rounded corners connecting the tops of the two sides; the front end and the rear end of the lifting rib 4 are inclined planes which gradually incline downwards from the end part of the smooth cambered surface to the peripheral direction, and the two side edges of the inclined planes are respectively connected with the corresponding ends of the side surfaces of the lifting rib 4 in a sealing way through arc chamfer surfaces.
The appearance surface of the lifting rib is formed by a plurality of smooth curved surfaces, so that the friction degree between the lifting rib and clothes is reduced, the washing efficiency is improved, and the washing wear rate of the clothes is reduced.
