Compared with the prior art, the binding device has the advantages that after the bills are arranged, the bills are conveyed into the through holes attached to the bills through the outlet at the bottom end of the side surface of the arranging device, the second hydraulic telescopic rod is extended to fix the binding ends of the bills, the supporting rods are utilized to support the bills, the first hydraulic telescopic rod is contracted to enable the binding ends to be located under the binding mechanism, the bearing plate is moved downwards to place the bills in the grooves, the bills are arranged one by one, the flatness of the bound bills is achieved, and the bills are convenient to store and use.
The parts of the device not involved are the same as or can be implemented using prior art.
