Abstract

本发明公开了一种木质超薄皮及其制作方法,包括木皮、无纺布和粘合胶,所述木皮和无纺布均设有一层,所述木皮和无纺布从上到下依次设置,并且两者间通过粘合胶粘接。本发明通过无纺布为底材,在无纺布上通过脲醛胶粘接一层宽度与长度相等的木皮,为用户提供了一种质地柔韧性强、防潮好、透气强、质地轻盈、色彩丰富和环保无污染的木质超薄皮。

技术领域
本发明涉及木材加工领域,特别涉及一种木质超薄皮及其制作方法。
背景技术
近十年来,我国家具制造业及装饰装修业大量使用薄木贴面工艺生产,现有的木质薄皮都是用牛皮纸做底材,加上胶粘剂与木皮结合制得一张韧性稍好的木皮,但这种做法,因为牛皮纸的厚度较厚,重量在90-120g内,使得生产出来的薄皮重量非常重,并且使用牛皮纸生产的超薄皮受限于天然木材的直径,一般以单条木材的宽度所刨出来的木皮限定。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种质地柔韧性强、防潮好、透气强、质地轻盈、色彩丰富和环保无污染的木质超薄皮及其制作方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种木质超薄皮,包括木皮、无纺布和粘合胶,所述木皮和无纺布均设有一层,所述木皮和无纺布从上到下依次设置,并且两者间通过粘合胶粘接。
优选地,所述木皮厚度为0.2-0.9mm、宽度为1300mm,长度为2500mm,所述木皮由单一厚度、宽度和长度与木皮均相等的木材形成或多条厚度和长度均相等的木材组合形成。
优选地,所述无纺布重量为9-40g。
优选地,所述木皮与无纺布宽度和长度均相等。
一种制作权利要求1木质超薄皮的方法,包括垫胶膜-平铺无纺布-粘合胶涂抹-平铺木皮-循环叠加-冷压处理-热压处理:
①垫胶膜:先于制作机台上,平铺一层耐高温值大于130℃的胶膜;
②平铺无纺布:在胶膜顶端平铺一层无纺布;
③粘合胶涂抹;于无纺布表面每平方米涂抹80-125g的粘合胶;
④平铺木皮:在涂抹粘合胶后的无纺布顶端平铺一层木皮;
⑤循环叠加:然后在木皮表面平铺一层胶膜,然后在胶膜顶端平铺一层无纺布,然后在无纺布表面每平方米涂抹80-125g的粘合胶,然后在涂抹粘合胶后的无纺布顶端平铺一层木皮,依次循序叠加,叠加后总层数为十层;
⑥冷压处理:采用冷压机使用200-400t的压力对叠加总层数为十层的超薄皮进行30-120min冷压处理;
⑦热压处理:在冷压处理完成后,采用热压机在120-130℃的温度下,压力为100吨-200吨,对超薄皮进行4-5min热压处理。
优选地,所述粘合胶为脲醛胶。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过无纺布为底材,在无纺布上通过脲醛胶粘接一层宽度与长度相等的木皮,为用户提供了一种质地柔韧性强、防潮好、透气强、质地轻盈、色彩丰富和环保无污染的木质超薄皮。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
根据图1所示:
一种木质超薄皮,包括木皮1、无纺布2和粘合胶3,其特征在于,所述木皮1和无纺布2均设有一层,所述木皮1和无纺布2从上到下依次设置,并且两者间通过粘合胶3粘接。
因为所述粘合胶3材质为脲醛胶,所述粘合胶用胶量为80-125g/m2,由于脲醛胶使用方便、成本低廉和性能良好,使得木皮1和无纺布2通过脲醛胶粘接出结构牢固的木质超薄皮。
所述木皮1厚度为0.2-0.9mm、宽度为1300mm,长度为2500mm,所述木皮1由单一厚度、宽度和长度与木皮1均相等的木材形成或多条厚度和长度均相等的木材组合形成。
因为所述无纺布2重量为9-40g,相对于牛皮纸,其重量大大减轻,并且所述无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等,并且其由聚丙烯纺丝直接铺成网热粘结而成,制品强度较一般短纤产品为佳,强度无方向性,纵横向强度相近,使得木皮1和无纺布2粘接形成的木质超薄皮,不仅在防潮性、透气性和产品色彩度等带有进一步的改进,并且大大减轻了产品整体重量,还使得产品整体的柔韧性大大增加。
因为所述木皮1与无纺布2宽度和长度均相等,防止了木皮1或无纺布2过长,造成物料浪费。
一种制作权利要求1木质超薄皮的方法,包括垫胶膜-平铺无纺布-粘合胶涂抹-平铺木皮-循环叠加-冷压处理-热压处理:
①垫胶膜:先于制作机台上,平铺一层耐高温值大于130℃的胶膜;
②平铺无纺布:在胶膜顶端平铺一层无纺布;
③粘合胶涂抹;于无纺布表面每平方米涂抹80-125g的粘合胶;
④平铺木皮:在涂抹粘合胶后的无纺布顶端平铺一层木皮;
⑤循环叠加:然后在木皮表面平铺一层胶膜,然后在胶膜顶端平铺一层无纺布,然后在无纺布表面每平方米涂抹80-125g的粘合胶,然后在涂抹粘合胶后的无纺布顶端平铺一层木皮,依次循序叠加,叠加后总层数为十层;
⑥冷压处理:采用冷压机使用200-400t的压力对叠加总层数为十层的超薄皮进行30-120min冷压处理;
⑦热压处理:在冷压处理完成后,采用热压机在120-130℃的温度下,压力100吨-200吨对超薄皮进行4-5min热压处理。
案例实施:
一种木质超薄皮的制作方法如下:
①垫胶膜:先于制作机台上,平铺一层耐高温值大于130℃的胶膜;
②平铺无纺布:在胶膜顶端平铺一层无纺布;
③粘合胶涂抹;于无纺布表面每平方米涂抹95g的粘合胶;
④平铺木皮:在涂抹粘合胶后的无纺布顶端平铺一层木皮;
⑤循环叠加:然后在木皮表面平铺一层胶膜,然后在胶膜顶端平铺一层无纺布,然后在无纺布表面每平方米涂抹95g的粘合胶,然后在涂抹粘合胶后的无纺布顶端平铺一层木皮,依次循序叠加,叠加后总层数为十层;
⑥冷压处理:采用冷压机使用400t的压力对叠加总层数为十层的超薄皮进行100min冷压处理;
⑦热压处理:在冷压处理完成后,采用热压机在130℃的温度下,对超薄皮进行5min热压处理。

1.一种木质超薄皮,包括木皮、无纺布和粘合胶,其特征在于,所述木皮和无纺布均设有一层,所述木皮和无纺布从上到下依次设置,并且两者间通过粘合胶粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质超薄片,其特征在于:所述木皮厚度为0.2-0.9mm、宽度为1300mm,长度为2500mm,所述木皮由单一厚度、宽度和长度与木皮均相等的木材形成或多条厚度和长度均相等的木材组合形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质超薄片,其特征在于:所述无纺布重量为9-40g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质超薄片,其特征在于:所述木皮与无纺布宽度和长度均相等。
5.一种制作权利要求1木质超薄皮的方法,包括垫胶膜-平铺无纺布-粘合胶涂抹-平铺木皮-循环叠加-冷压处理-热压处理,其特征在于:
①垫胶膜:先于制作机台上,平铺一层耐高温值大于130℃的胶膜;
②平铺无纺布:在胶膜顶端平铺一层无纺布;
③粘合胶涂抹;于无纺布表面每平方米涂抹80-125g的粘合胶;
④平铺木皮:在涂抹粘合胶后的无纺布顶端平铺一层木皮;
⑤循环叠加:然后在木皮表面平铺一层胶膜,然后在胶膜顶端平铺一层无纺布,然后在无纺布表面每平方米涂抹80-125g的粘合胶,然后在涂抹粘合胶后的无纺布顶端平铺一层木皮,依次循序叠加,叠加后总层数为十层;
⑥冷压处理:采用冷压机使用200-400t的压力对叠加总层数为十层的超薄皮进行30-120min冷压处理;
⑦热压处理:在冷压处理完成后,采用热压机在120-130℃的温度下,100-200吨压力对超薄皮进行4-5min热压处理。
