(4) after the stabilizer bar and the bushing are placed in the bushing press-fitting tool 4, the base plate 11 is manually taken, the base plate 11 is correspondingly placed on the upper end face of the corresponding bushing, the pressing head 5 above the base plate is started to press the position of the base plate 11, the punched bushing is compressed and enters the clamping groove of the lug seat plate, and meanwhile, the position of the base plate 11 also falls to be matched with the lug seat plate 10;
