step 915: and obtaining first behavior evaluation information of the first user according to the first speech information and the first working environment.
Specifically, the first speech information is speech information of the first user in practical patient care. And performing semantic analysis on the first speech information to obtain a first core word. The preset conditions are standard words, polite words, active words and the like used by nurses in nursing patients. And judging whether the first core word meets a preset condition or not, and acquiring a first working environment of the first user when the first core word meets the preset condition. The first working environment mainly comprises the cleanliness of a treatment room, a nurse station, a treatment cabinet and an instrument cabinet which are responsible for a first user. Through combining the first speech information with the first working environment, the first behavior evaluation information of the first user is obtained, so that the training results of the user are comprehensively scored, and the scoring effectiveness is improved.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept as the nurse standardized training assessment scoring method in the previous embodiment, the invention further provides a nurse standardized training assessment scoring system, as shown in fig. 8, the system comprises:
the first obtaining unit 11 is used for obtaining professional theoretical evaluation information of a first user;
a second obtaining unit 12, where the second obtaining unit 12 is configured to obtain professional skill evaluation information of the first user;
a third obtaining unit 13, where the third obtaining unit 13 is configured to obtain a first weight ratio of the professional theoretical evaluation information to the professional skill evaluation information;
a fourth obtaining unit 14, where the fourth obtaining unit 14 is configured to obtain a first assessment score of the first user according to the first weight ratio;
a fifth obtaining unit 15, wherein the fifth obtaining unit 15 is configured to obtain first practice information of the first user at a first hospital;
a sixth obtaining unit 16, where the sixth obtaining unit 16 is configured to obtain first work quantification information and first evaluation information of the first user according to the first practice information;
a first judging unit 17, where the first judging unit 17 is configured to judge whether the first work quantization information exceeds a first preset threshold;

Further, the obtaining the first operation information of the first user further includes:

a fourteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first operation information of the first user according to the first video information of the first user and the first infrared action information of the first user.
Further, the identification information of the preset operation specification includes:

Further, the obtaining the first behavior evaluation information of the first user further includes:
a twenty-first obtaining unit, configured to obtain first speech information of the first user, where the first speech information is utterance information of the first user in practice;
a twenty-second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first core word according to the first speech information;
a fourth judging unit, configured to judge whether the first core word meets a preset condition;
a twenty-third obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first working environment of the first user when the first core word meets a preset condition;
a twenty-fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain the first behavior evaluation information of the first user according to the first speech information and the first working environment.
Various changes and specific examples of the nurse standardized training assessment scoring method in the first embodiment of fig. 1 are also applicable to the nurse standardized training assessment scoring system in the present embodiment, and through the foregoing detailed description of the nurse standardized training assessment scoring method, a person skilled in the art can clearly know the implementation method of the nurse standardized training assessment scoring system in the present embodiment, so for the sake of brevity of the description, detailed description is omitted here.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same inventive concept as one of the nurse normalized training assessment scoring methods in the previous embodiments, the present invention further provides an exemplary electronic device, as shown in fig. 9, comprising a memory 304, a processor 302, and a computer program stored in the memory 304 and executable on the processor 302, wherein the processor 302, when executing the program, implements the steps of any one of the nurse normalized training assessment scoring methods described above.
Where in fig. 9 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.
One or more technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application have at least one or more of the following technical effects:
according to the nurse standardized training assessment scoring method and system, professional theoretical assessment information of a first user is obtained; acquiring professional skill evaluation information of the first user; obtaining a first weight ratio of the professional theoretical evaluation information to the professional skill evaluation information; obtaining a first assessment score of the first user according to the first weight ratio; obtaining first practice information of the first user at a first hospital; obtaining first work quantification information and first evaluation information of the first user according to the first practice information; judging whether the first work quantification information exceeds a first preset threshold value or not; when the first work quantitative information exceeds a first preset threshold value, obtaining a first assessment coefficient according to the first work quantitative information and the first evaluation information; according to the first assessment coefficient and the first assessment score, the comprehensive assessment score of the first user is obtained, so that the technical problems that in the prior art, assessment scores of most of nurse standardized training are scored manually by related training personnel or examinees, the scoring accuracy is insufficient due to human errors, and the efficiency is low are solved, the assessment normalization and the scoring accuracy are improved, the efficiency is improved, the intelligent degree is high, and the training scoring fairness is achieved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (9)

1. A nurse normalized training assessment scoring method, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring professional theoretical evaluation information of a first user;
acquiring professional skill evaluation information of the first user;
obtaining a first weight ratio of the professional theoretical evaluation information to the professional skill evaluation information;
obtaining a first assessment score of the first user according to the first weight ratio;
obtaining first practice information of the first user at a first hospital;
obtaining first work quantification information and first evaluation information of the first user according to the first practice information;
judging whether the first work quantification information exceeds a first preset threshold value or not;
when the first work quantitative information exceeds a first preset threshold value, obtaining a first assessment coefficient according to the first work quantitative information and the first evaluation information;
and obtaining the comprehensive assessment score of the first user according to the first assessment coefficient and the first assessment score.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining expertise assessment information of the first user comprises:
obtaining first operation information of the first user;
inputting the first operation information into a training model, wherein the training model is obtained by training a plurality of sets of training data, and each set of training data in the plurality of sets comprises: the first operation information and identification information of a preset operation specification;
obtaining output information of the training model, wherein the output information comprises operation level information of the first user;
obtaining first care file writing information of the first user;
and acquiring professional skill evaluation information of the first user according to the operation level information of the first user and the first nursing file writing information of the first user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining first operation information of the first user further comprises:
obtaining first video information of the first user;
acquiring first infrared action information of the first user;
and acquiring first operation information of the first user according to the first video information of the first user and the first infrared action information of the first user.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the identification information of the preset operation specification comprises:
obtaining first action information of the first user;
obtaining first posture information of the first user;
constructing a first database according to the first action information of the first user and the first posture information of the first user;
classifying the first database to obtain first classified data information and second classified data information;
and obtaining the identification information of the preset operation specification according to the first classified data information and the second classified data information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining first practice information of said first user at a first hospital further comprises:
obtaining the number of attendance days of the first user at a first hospital;
judging whether the attendance days of the first user in the first hospital exceed a second preset threshold value or not;
determining the workload of a first time period when the attendance days of the first user in a first hospital exceed a second preset threshold;
and obtaining the first practical information according to the attendance days and the workload of the first time period.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining first behavior evaluation information of the first user;
judging whether the first behavior evaluation information of the first user is lower than a third preset threshold value or not;
and when the first behavior evaluation information of the first user is lower than a third preset threshold value, correcting the comprehensive assessment scoring information according to the first behavior evaluation information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining first behavior assessment information for the first user further comprises:
obtaining first speech information of the first user, wherein the first speech information is practical speech information of the first user;
obtaining a first core word according to the first speech information;
judging whether the first core word meets a preset condition or not;
when the first core word meets a preset condition, acquiring a first working environment of the first user;
and obtaining first behavior evaluation information of the first user according to the first speech information and the first working environment.
8. A nurse normalized training assessment scoring system, the system comprising:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining professional theoretical evaluation information of a first user;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain professional skill evaluation information of the first user;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first weight ratio of the professional theoretical evaluation information to the professional skill evaluation information;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first assessment score of the first user according to the first weight ratio;
a fifth obtaining unit configured to obtain first practice information of the first user at a first hospital;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first work quantification information and first evaluation information of the first user according to the first practice information;
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the first work quantification information exceeds a first preset threshold value or not;
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first assessment coefficient according to the first work quantization information and the first evaluation information when the first work quantization information exceeds a first preset threshold;
an eighth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a comprehensive assessment score of the first user according to the first assessment coefficient and the first assessment score.
9. A nurse normalized training assessment scoring system comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-7 when executing the program.
