As a further improvement of the invention, the light-transmitting plate comprises a flexible plate, traction bars and transmission teeth, wherein the flexible plate is annularly nested at the outer sides of the four fixed wheels and is in sliding fit with the fixed wheels, the traction bars are buckled at the front end and the rear end of the flexible plate, and the transmission teeth are uniformly distributed in front of the traction bars at equal intervals.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the driving fluted disc is combined with the fixed wheel, the light-transmitting plate and the cleaning device, so that when more dust is accumulated on the bottom surface of the street lamp, the light-transmitting plate is driven to rotate outside the fixed wheel through the driving fluted disc, the clean light-transmitting plate is rotated to the position below the street lamp module, and the dust of the light-transmitting plate area attached with the dust is removed through the cleaning device, so that the lighting effect of the street lamp is improved, the street lamp is relatively simple and convenient to clean, and the normal use of the street lamp is not influenced in the cleaning process.
2. According to the invention, the dirt removing device is arranged, so that dust on the bottom surface of the flexible plate is scraped off by the cleaning roller sliding back and forth left and right, the scraped dust can be gathered in the storage tank, and the dust is compacted into a block shape by the two rolling wheels and stored in the storage tank, so that secondary dust rising is prevented, and the space of the dust in the storage tank is reduced.
