Background
The lock is generally a case lock, is often used for two connecting panels at the closing position of the case, and is locked by a buckling mode, and the locking mode comprises direct insertion buckling, rotary buckling and the like.
The lock with the lock core structure is not arranged, the lock generally has the functions of sharing the bearing capacity of the main lock or temporarily locking, the lock in the prior art generally comprises a lock seat and a lock body, the lock is locked by buckling one side of the lock seat through the internal structure of the lock body, but the structure is not stable enough, the bearing capacity is insufficient, the locking and unlocking operations are complex, and the user experience is influenced.

The invention also discloses a self-locking type buckling box, which comprises any self-locking type buckling lock, a first box body, a second box body, a base, a buckling seat and a second box body, wherein the base is fixed outside the first box body through a first screw, the buckling seat is fixed outside the second box body through a second screw, the first screw is positioned in the first box body, and the second screw is positioned in the second box body.
Further, a backing plate is arranged between the first screw and the first box body.
The self-locking type padlock and the suitcase thereof have the beneficial effects that the locking groove structures are arranged on two sides of the buckling seat, the locking action can be realized from the buckling seat on two sides through the buckling blocks and the locking hooks, the locking structure is stable and firm, the whole structure is simple, after a button is pressed down, the locking hooks can be kept separated from the buckling seat by the structure in the shell, the unlocking can be finished after the buckling blocks are separated from the buckling seat after the knob is broken off, the unlocking operation is convenient, each structure is automatically reset after the unlocking and waits for the next locking, the locking can be finished after the knob is directly buckled in the buckling seat, the locking or unlocking operation can be finished by one hand, and the user experience is good.

When in locking, the buckling block 221 is buckled in the first locking groove 31, the lock hook 43 is buckled in the second locking groove 32 under the action of the first spring 44, the clutch block 45 is propped against one side of the buckling seat 30, the clamping block 47 is propped against one side of the pushing block 41, and the second spring 46 and the third spring 48 are in a compressed state; when unlocking is needed, the button 42 is pressed, under the action of the third inclined surface 421 and the first inclined surface 411, the push block 41 retreats away from the button 42, in the retreating process of the push block 41, under the action of the second inclined surface 412 and the fourth inclined surface 431, the lock hook 43 is pushed away from the second locking groove 32, the first spring 44 is compressed, when the push block 41 retreats to the clamping groove 413 to be opposite to the clamping block 47, under the action of the third spring 48, the clamping block 47 is inserted into the clamping groove 413, at the moment, the push block 41 stops moving due to being limited, the lock hook 43 is always positioned outside the second locking groove 32, the lock block 221 is separated from the first locking groove 31 by the knob 22, unlocking can be realized, the lock seat 30 is separated from the surface shell 20, and then the clutch block 45 is separated from the lock seat 30, the clutch block 45 which is not limited moves away from the push block 41 under the action of the second spring 46, because the top of the clamping block 47 is slidably connected in the clamping chute 451, after the clutch block 45 translates a certain distance, one end of the clamping block 47, which is far away from the third spring 48, is contacted with the end wall of the clamping chute 451, and in the process that the clutch block 45 continues to move away from the push block 41, the clamping block 47 is simultaneously driven to be separated from the clamping groove 413, so that the limit on the push block 41 is released, the latch hook 43 is far away from the push block 41 to reset under the action of the first spring 44, the push block 41 moves close to the button 42 under the action of the second inclined plane 412 and the fourth inclined plane 431, and the button 42 is lifted to reset under the action of the first inclined plane 411 and the third inclined plane 421; when the button is again fastened, the fastening seat 30 reaches one side of the knob 22, the buckling block 221 is inserted into the first locking groove 31, the first spring 44 is restored after being compressed, the locking hook 43 is inserted into the second locking groove 32, locking is achieved, the buckling and locking actions are achieved without being matched with other actions, and operation is simple and convenient.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the buckling block 221 is triangular, that is, the shape of the buckling block 221 is a V-shaped structure with a reversed side, so that the buckling block 221 can be ensured to have a sufficient avoiding space, and the buckling block 221 can be conveniently separated from the first locking groove 31 when the knob 22 swings.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the latch hook 43 is fixed with the first limiting plate 432, the first limiting plate 432 is located on one side of the push block 41 away from the knob 22, and the position of the latch hook 43 can be effectively limited by the first limiting plate 432, so as to avoid the latch hook 43 from separating from the face shell 20.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the clutch block 45 is fixed with the second limiting plate 452, and the second limiting plate 452 is located at one side of the push block 41 away from the knob 22, so that the position of the clutch block 45 can be effectively limited by the second limiting plate 452, and the clutch block 45 is prevented from being separated from the face shell 20.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the clutch block 45 near one end of the knob 22 is provided with a fifth inclined plane 453, the fifth inclined plane 453 faces away from the face housing 20 and the push block 41, and the smoothness of the action when the lock is locked can be effectively improved by the guiding action of the fifth inclined plane 453.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a self-locking type buckling box, which comprises any self-locking type buckling lock, and further comprises a first box body 51 and a second box body 52, wherein the base 10 is fixed outside the first box body 51 through a first screw 12, the buckling seat 30 is fixed outside the second box body 52 through a second screw 33, the first screw 12 is positioned in the first box body 51, the second screw 33 is positioned in the second box body 52, and the first screw 12 and the second screw 33 can be operated only after the box bodies are opened, so that the anti-theft performance is good.
Based on the above embodiment, the pad 13 is further disposed between the first screw 12 and the first box 51, and the stability of the mounting structure can be effectively improved through the pad 13.
